From the moment I reached out to Merzedes, they were responsive and helpful. Indya gave us a wonderful tour. She and Krysten made the tasting memorable. And every employee we met throughout the whole weekend were very upbeat and helpful.

We were working on a budget and asked a lot of questions about doing this vs that and they continued to be patient and helpful. We added a meet and greet for Friday night and a brunch for Sunday morning and they helped us come up with the best options to balance party with price.

The weekend was amazing. We had people coming from all over the country, many who had not met before so the meet and greet in the Courtyard was a hit. The buffet was amazing and we got so many compliments on the food. But, more than that, the coziness of the space and the happy staff made it a memorable event. Because PCI is centrally located, they were able to walk to another bar for the after party safely.

The wedding day itself was magical. The guests had so many options of things to do to pass the time. The bridal party spent the time in the bridal suite in comfort. There was plenty of room for hair and makeup, to dress and just to sit around talking. The ceremony venue and the reception was just magical. Indya even came to the rescue at the last minute by getting a phone from the bride to the Talented Wedding Singer so that a reading could be done. One of the best memories is walking down to the shore after the ceremony for pictures and getting a standing ovation from all of the beach-goers and people in the bar.

The reception was beautifully set up in the tiki hut. Once again, everyone raved over the food and the setup. Even a surprise thunderstorm after dinner didn't slow anything down as the staff hung around and got everything, including the cake, going after the rain stopped.

The brunch was delicious. The courtyard was once again set up beautifully and carried over the color scheme of the wedding. Everyone enjoyed it. The chef even came out for a visit.

Sadly, Helene hit 4 days after this weekend. I know they are doing there best to repair the damage, and I have no doubt the venue will come back strong. I am glad I held my wedding weekend there and will be back for weekend vacations again ASAP.

We recently had our dream wedding at Postcard Inn on the Beach in St. Pete, and it exceeded all of our expectations! From start to finish, the experience was flawless, and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue.

Location:
The setting at Postcard Inn is simply magical. Nestled right on the water, the views of the Gulf were absolutely stunning, especially during our sunset ceremony. The beachside location created a relaxed yet elegant vibe that our guests loved, and it made for some incredible photos.

Accommodations:
The retro, beachy charm of the motel made it feel unique and cozy. The rooms were beautifully designed, comfortable, and just steps from the beach. Having our guests stay right on-site added to the convenience and made it feel like a destination wedding without having to leave Florida!

Working with Mercezes:
One of the best parts of our experience was working with Mercezes. She was an absolute joy to collaborate with! Mercezes went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our day was perfect. From helping us with planning and coordinating the event to handling last-minute changes with ease, she made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable.

The Reception:
Our beachside reception was nothing short of amazing. The food was delicious, the service impeccable, and the laid-back, tropical atmosphere fit our vision perfectly. Our guests had a blast dancing under the stars, and the outdoor spaces gave the evening a fun and festive feel.

My husband and I always knew what was happening as they answered all of our questions, professionally and promptly. Mercedes and Indya were phenomenal to work with and I would highly recommend this venue. Space ended up being so beautiful.

After researching several St. Pete Beach venues for our daughter’s destination wedding, Postcard Inn offered everything we were looking for – a wedding ceremony on the beach, a catered reception, and accommodations for our guests. When I first started communicating with Merzedes Suarez, the Catering Sales Manager, I knew Postcard Inn was where we wanted to have the wedding. Working with Merzedes and Sales Coordinator Indya Kristensen to coordinate the ceremony, reception, and guests’ reservations was convenient and simplified by these amazing ladies. They go above and beyond in meeting requests and answering emails promptly! Merzedes and Indya worked diligently to make everything perfect for the bride and groom, the wedding party, and the friends and family who traveled from Colorado and Florida to celebrate the special occasion! As the MOB, planning a destination wedding from Colorado, my daughter and I could relax and enjoy every moment of their special day. The Bridal Suite was wonderful for the bride and her bridesmaids to get ready. It is very spacious and accommodating for the hair and makeup artists to do their magic. The entire PCI staff, from guest services to the servers, bartenders, and chief, was outstanding! The food we chose for the reception was delicious! Our guests were very complimentary of the food selections, presentation, and service. Thank you, PCI, for making the bride and groom’s destination wedding fabulous and memorable! It couldn’t have been more perfect!

We got married here in April and it was wonderful! We chose the beach for our ceremony and they also have a garden option. They have several choices for the reception as well that are all very nice and we chose the tiki pavilion. They have many food and beverage packages to pick from and the banquet staff is amazing, especially Merzedes who truly went above and beyond to ensure our special day was nothing less than perfect. Our guests enjoyed the food and everything went as planned. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend!

We hosted our wedding rehearsal/pre-wedding gathering at Postcard and had all of our guests stay in a block as this was a destination wedding for us. From the beginning the team at the Postcard were super helpful in our planning, and flexible with us in determining our event and block options. Merzedes was super responsive to all of my inquiries and helped us increase our room block multiple times. On the day of our planned outdoor space event, the team communicated with me early about our back up plan and helped us seamlessly move the event to an indoor space. Lastly, when we arrived the staff made us feel very special and enhanced our experience with a bottle of champagne in our beautiful poolside room. Our group has the best time all weekend, and we thank the team at Postcard for this experience. We all want to come back every year to enjoy the beautiful beach and facilities at Postcard.

Choosing Postcard Inn on the Beach as our wedding venue was one of the best decisions we made. My family was skeptical when we picked Postcard Inn on the Beach - it was so far from the formal ballroom setting that they had envisioned for us. But from the first time we spoke with Postcard Inn, we knew this was where we wanted to get married.

I am especially grateful for Postcard Inn's Catering Sales Manager, Merzedes Suarez. Merzedes will go above and beyond for you. She literally walked over to the neighboring building and relocated two of their trashcans so they wouldn't be in our line of sight during the ceremony. That is a level of care and detail that is totally unmatched.

I'm also grateful to their Sales Coordinator, Indya Kristensen. Indya worked so hard to make everything look so perfect!

Thanks to Merzedes and Indya, we were able to relax and enjoy every moment of our special day without a worry in the world.

Some additional highlights:

-Every single person who works at Postcard Inn is so warm and helpful - from the front desk staff (shoutout to Aaron who gave us much needed tissues before our first look) to their bartenders and waiters. Everyone is truly kind and cool.

-The food is AMAZING. Their chef is so talented. I wish I could eat our wedding buffet every night for the rest of my life.

-Security did a great job and the bar was quiet throughout the entire ceremony which we were so grateful for.

-The bridal getting ready room was so spacious and comfortable! The "garage" game space we used for the groom getting ready room was super fun and cool. Guys don't really have to get ready so it was nice that they could hang out and play games together.

-Merzedes and Indya left such a sweet welcome gift in our room! It was such a nice touch and we're going to cheers and cherish our PCI wine glasses forever!!

Postcard Inn is not your stuffy ballroom wedding, and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way! Thank you again to everyone at Postcard Inn. We had the greatest day of our lives and we look forward to seeing you all again on anniversary trips!!! :)

Postcard Inn was very easy to work with and very responsive. Their bridal suite was perfect for my group of 9 girls plus ample room for hair/makeup girls. They checked in on us throughout the day making sure we didn't need anything. They were helpful with giving us vendor options when we needed a walkway in the sand for my dad. My friends and family loved the vibe of PCI and can't wait to go back.

The Postcard Inn team was so accommodating for our last-minute ceremony! The sales team was so thoughtful, Merzedes and Indya helped ensure our special day was just that. As we planned our children’s wedding, we knew we had stepped into the perfect place immediately. Even though we did not have an appointment, my husband and I stopped by on a Sunday morning last spring, as the hotel was unloading its overnight guests. They welcomed us to scout the property and we’re happy to answer any questions. They sent down their awesome wedding coordinator, Merzedes Suarez. Ask for her by name. No one that we met through this entire process at many venues made us feel as at home and confident as she did. From the smallest details like the sunset and canapés to the bigger items like group planning. And setting up a special room for the newlyweds. She thought of things before I did.
