Our full service wedding packages are priced per person, starting at $55.95 per person. We also offer outside catering packages at either a per person or per event charge.

Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
The Holiday Inn Gaithersburg works closely with a select group of vendors that will provide you with outstanding service. If you so choose, you can utilize your own vendors.
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
No we do not require the wedding party to use a particular musician. There is no additional fee to bring your own musician.
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?
We offer a complimentary hospitality room for the bridal party that is adjacent to the ballroom. Here you can relax before the reception with hors d'oeuvres and beverages. We also offer locations for ceremony rooms.
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
No, By Montgomery County Law, all alcohol must be provided by the hotel.
What restrictions (if any) on decorations?
Clients can not make any holes in the wall with nails, thumb tacks, etc and can not have open flames. All candles must be covered, this is a Montgomery County Fire Code.
Does your venue often accommodate more than one event at a time?
The Holiday Inn Gaithersburg will cater to one event at a time, providing you with the utmost service and attention.
