As we started our wedding planning process, we wanted to explore how a planner could help us, even as someone who already handles corporate events. I'm so glad we found Willmus Weddings! Heather was wonderful from our very first call, and we appreciated having the flexibility to choose between partial or full planning. During our first in-person meeting, she helped us identify what mattered most in selecting our venue. We ultimately chose partial planning based on our venue, Kijami Overlook at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park, and she found us incredible vendors to complete our day. As we got closer to the wedding, I couldn't have imagined how grateful I would be to have Heather to rely on. She kept us on track with every little detail and was always ready with a thoughtful opinion whenever we had questions. On the day of our wedding, Heather and Ava were absolutely fantastic! I was able to trust them completely to set up our decorations exactly as I had envisioned, while we enjoyed getting ready and sharing our first look. Throughout the reception, Heather made sure we actually got to eat, including trying our appetizers and sitting down to enjoy our dinner. Looking back, I'm so thankful we found Heather and Willmus Weddings!

We just got married this January 2026 and Nicole was absolutely amazing!! She is so efficient, organized, and knowledgeable - all while feeling like a friend! She made the process and the day go by so smoothly and as a bride I can’t recommend her and her agency enough!!

Randy was a great DJ but also a better MJ. He kept the flow of everything going so smooth and went above and beyond our expectations from going up to the tables and telling them they were excused instead of over the mic, adding some fun commentary in between speeches, and even made a cute 4 minute long video recapping the reception. He worked well with our budget and heard he was used many times at the venue we we at. We didn't have a wedding coordinator but we didn't need one with Randy! Just a great person!

What an angel. Where do I even start. Lauren was such a blessing just wow. If you planned your wedding and need someone to come in and make it all work...she is EXACTLY the person you want on your team. She took care of everything and so much more than I ever could have asked for. I really couldn't reccomend her more. I feel like I got away with highway robbery at the rate she charged vs the value she brought like I just have no words left for this review I just want to say... if your doubting your descion to hire a day of cordinator ot if your debating between coedinators just choose Lauren. She is everything and more that you need on your wedding day 💛 💕 I almost didn't hire a day of coedinator and am so so so so so thankful I chose to go with her and you will be to. The best descion I made for my wedding.

As a former professional event planner I placed a much higher bar on expectation for coordination services. So, for Yvanna and her team to meet and exceed that standard was impressive. I had planned on making all the arrangements personally and only having a day of coordinator to execute. Life events got in the way of that idea and I engaged Bella Mia a few months out from the big day. This was a destination event for us, and the “go the extra mile”‘attitude from this team to execute all the details made my life so much easier! Being able to ship items to the Bella Mia warehouse for safe keeping; a rendezvous for exchange of the dress when our flight arrived; following up with all the vendors to ensure flawless execution; and the attention to detail the days leading up to, and on the day of the wedding made it feel like we had a personal high-end wedding concierge. Yvanna has a great eye for design and was absolutely willing to work with my vision and unique ideas. She and her team EXCEL when it is go time…with a single focus on delivering perfection. The days before the wedding were completely stress-free so we could enjoy time with our out of town guests, on the day of, they were never out of our line of sight ready to address anything that needed to be handled. The wedding was purely magical thanks to Bella Mia. Thank you!

When starting to plan my wedding, I had planned to use fake florals and do my own😅THANK GOD FOR TAYLOR! When my initial plans became too overwhelming, Taylor stepped right in and took over! I had no real vision of what I wanted for my florals. I knew color scheme. Taylor worked with me to help capture exactly what I didn’t even know I was looking for! Not only is Taylor quick to communicate, and incredibly talented Taylor is one of the kindest individuals I have ever met. She truly values her clients and goes above and beyond! Her creativity and talent is captured in everything she does! I would recommend Taylor to anyone looking for beautiful florals, wedding day ease, and a vendor who truly cares about her clients. 10/10 would hire Taylor again and again!

Gina did an amazing job with only like 2 weeks notice. She asked about my budget, stayed within budget and still went over and beyond to create a beautiful setting for my mom’s 80th! If you hire Gina, you will not be disappointed.

We absolutely love Allie Applegate! She was incredible in every single way possible for our wedding in December 2023. We had an intimate (read: small) backyard wedding. Allie was able to absolutely transform the space into something that fulfilled our dream wedding. She was so great to work with; she managed things beautifully; she has wonderful design; she was on top of it the entire way. Our wedding was completely atypical in the best way possible. Allie made everything a reality, and it came together flawlessly (Always Flawless = very apropos!). Allie is a rare mix of so fun and kind, so capable, and so great to work with. We interviewed numerous wedding planners, and she really stood out. She delivered our dream wedding, and she did magic for us. Thank you, Allie!!!

Michele was great to work with and did much more than day of coordinating. She was quick to respond and communicated with all vendors to make sure everybody was on the same page and the day ran smoothly. Would highly recommend!

5 stars is nowhere close enough to what Ann deserves!!! From the first moment I communicated with Ann I knew I was going to be in better than good hands for my dream wedding. Ann was always kind, personable, thoughtful of my opinions, and also transparent about suggestions that I wouldn’t of even considered as a first time bride. Ann felt like a big sister walking me through such a big moment in our lives leading up to our wedding day. Her coordination with the venue and all vendors was incredible and helped me feel less pressure of getting every single thing done. Her ability to create such seamless timelines for rehearsal, to ceremony, to reception is chefs kiss! I can’t forget about how my heel strap literally BROKE off and Ann came to the rescue with her mini sew kit, and I was able to dance the entire rest of the fight and my heel strap did NOT budge. Also, Ann absolutely nailed exactly how I envisioned the decorations set-up for ceremony and reception. She respected how much our cats mean to us and how we wanted them integrated in our wedding. I honestly could not imagine how our wedding experience could have gone without Ann.
