Great experience

Just brought my dress home after the final fitting. Very happy through the whole process. Feel like I got my dream dress within my budget. Flora was amazing and helped me from start until finish. She was so sweet and kind and really listened to me as we tried on dresses and considered alterations!

One Stop Shop!

I had the best experience with Elegant Touch! I got my dress there and my husband and groomsmen rented their suits from there as well. My dress was absolutely perfect for a great price! Flora was a pleasure to work with and made the fittings so much fun! I also had my dress cleaned and preserved through Elelgant Touch and they did a great job! I had so much mud on my dress since it rained the day before and we had an outdoor wedding! The suits we perfect, also for a great price...less than Men's Warehouse! We had some out-of-towners in the wedding, but that wasn't a problem at all.

Dress was beautiful

I felt beautiful every visit for my dress. The dress itself was magical and made me feel beautiful! I went purposefully for a Maggie Sottero trunk show and left with my dream dress! I opted to have the cap sleeves added but needed no other alterations!

So Helpful and Kind!

So happy with Elegant Touch! They have a large variety of quality gowns. The owner Giselle & her team were so helpful in picking out gowns that complimented the bride's body type. They had great suggestions in veil selections to go with the gown and a large variety of headpieces. Alterations were done on-site and they made the dress fit perfectly! The material of the gown was so comfortable, Marisa was able to dance the night away! We also liked that the tuxedo rental was there too, as well as bridesmaid dress selections. You can take care of all your bridal needs there!

Love my dress!

I had a wonderful time trying on dresses! All the dresses were very different, but I felt like a princess in all of them! But the biggest surprise was the dress I was not sure about on the hanger became MY fairytale dress as soon as I put it on. Try everything on because you truly never know :)

Friendly Staff

I had such an amazing experience here! I tried on a few different dresses that were *almost* what I wanted but not quite. The lady listened to everything I liked about each dress and brought one that fit my vision perfectly. They were so nice and very helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Fantastic and Quick Quality Service

So, I needed a tux last min for a wedding due to unforeseen circumstances. I contacted Elegant Touch on 5/26. By 5/27, I had my tux ready for a wedding in 5/28. A very easy going experience

Made me so excited to be a bride

I came to Elegant Touch first to start my wedding dress shopping. Went to a few other stores and came back to Elegant Touch and bought my dream dress and veil here as well as bridesmaids dresses! I am the mother of the bride. Flora helped us select prom gowns during high school - which were always amazing and tailored to perfection. Princess Dress!

The store has a beautiful selection of dresses. Giselle is very kind and patient. She assisted me in making an appointment for a dress fitting promptly back in November 2019.

I was helped in and out of several dresses. Clipped up, pinned, brought veils and accessories for the full-effect. I ended up buying the first dress I tried on! The strapless Morilee by Madeline Gardner sample dress was in sand, and I purchased the dress in ivory & added beaded straps. They had catalogs and fabric to show the ivory.

I was impressed by their measurements and recommended sizing to order. I have read horror stories online of stores purchasing dresses way too big to make more money off their customers for alterations... The dress was nearly perfect fit! I had a few alterations: pinned the hips a little tighter, added cup padding, adjusted the strap length and added a bustle! All fair pricing.

I had a spot on my dress at the final fitting and they steamed it out and taught my maid of honor and mama how to bustle. Very satisfied.

And I felt like an absolute princess on my wedding day!

Wonderful Place

I decided to show up to find a dress without making an appointment which is a big no no, but Elegant Touch and Bridal made sure I felt welcomed and made time for me anyway. The entire staff was very friendly and such a pleasure to work with. Even when I needed an alteration to my dress they went above and beyond to make it perfect and finished way before the wedding. They made sure I never had to worry and made me feel beautiful. The alteration person does amazing work and I couldn't be happier with the outcome!

Elegant Touch Tuxedo and bridal were extremely helpful with our tuxedo rental. My groom wanted to be different and they helped him order a suit that was perfect! When the suit came in it fit him perfectly because he was measured so accurately. My dad also wanted a tie and pocket square to match my moms gown and they found the perfect match. Thank you for your attention to detail and the willingness to help make our day perfect. Mr. Kal is great to work with and will make sure that everything is ready for you. I should also mention that I had alterations done at this shop for my wedding gown. Mrs. Angie is a rockstar she was able to do a ballroom bustle for me which looked AMAZING. I went to Elegant Touch Bridal & Tuxedo for a trade show. They had a very nice selection of dresses. The service was fantastic. The dress that I chose was gorgeous!- it hadn't even been fully released yet and provided that "Wow!" factor that I was looking for. The appointment for alterations was flexible and I received my dress in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to any of my family and friends. I absolutely loved the experience!

Perfect place to find the perfect dress! Friendly and easy to work with!

I went to elegant touch because that was where my sister in law got her gown.
I made an appointment and the day of I had no idea what I was looking for as far as style. Flora helped me into multiple different dresses this day and I thought I decided on a style. I narrowed my choices down to 2 dresses.
My second appointment I took my bridal party and mother with me. Upon arrival I noticed a gorgeous gown in the window I didn’t see the first time, I immediately knew I had to try it on.
Flora had the same idea and let me know she wanted me to try on some new arrivals.. the dress in the window being one of them!
From the second I put this dress on I knew it was my dress.
I showed my mom and bridal party and they all agreed! I said yes to the dress!
I had lost quite a bit of weight and was continuing to lose so I waited a few months before my first fitting. Their seamstress is amazing and altered everything about the dress perfect ! She also did my bridesmaids dresses that needed to be altered. Thank you elegant touch! Highly recommend!

Very Helpful in Picking my Dream Dress!

I went to Elegant Touch with 3 bridesmaids and the mother of the groom to look for a wedding dress. The saleswoman was very helpful in picking dresses that I liked and roughly sticking to my desired budget. She helped me try on at least a dozen dresses, two of which we couldn't decide between! She let me borrow heels and try on a veil for both of those dresses, and I must have tried on each of them 3 times! After a lot of thought, I chose a dress and a veil to match that were perfect. They'll be doing alteration onsite, which is also very convenient. I can't imagine getting a dress somewhere else.

Elegant Touch is awesome! I was a little hesitant to pull the trigger on my gown purchase because I feared that they would close down after what had happened to Alfred Angelo. I worked for Alfred Angelo at the time of the closure and it was traumatic. When I called and spoke to Gisele she was nothing but nice, understanding and ready to help me. She listened to my story about the closure and assured me that the store would not close on me before my dress came in. I ordered my gown in February and it was here by May! They were so accommodating, they took my many payments over the phone (it was much easier for me this way). I received a call from Gisele saying that my gown had come in and I was beyond thrilled. Gisele sounded genuinely excited for me that it had come in. I had not previously tried this gown on in my size so I was naturally thrilled to try it on when my size came in. I tried it on with all of my accessories and they were kind enough to facetime my mom! They were patient and made sure that I saw every side of the gown and so did my mom! I continued to make payments and yesterday I picked it up! They were so sweet and let me try it on again in the store to show my bridal party. To say they are accommodating is more than an understatement. While I only purchased my wedding gown from Gisele, I did get to look around at their selection. They have a stunning selection of Mother's gowns! They also have several trunk shows for Demetrios and Montage. They were having a Demetrios sale yesterday when I picked my gown up and those gowns are incredible! Their prom selection is also really nice and their bridesmaids too. They also have a great selection of tuxedos. Elegant Touch is a one stop shop and you should definitely check them out! Thank you Gisele for your awesome service and amazing selection. I truely appreciate it.

Elegant Touch was my second stop when looking for my wedding dress and I had a definitive vision for what I wanted when I went in. The woman I worked with brought me exactly what I wanted and in the budget I wanted it to be in; the first dress I put on was the one! I actually ended up fitting in a sample, so I was able to get a nice discount on a beautiful Maggie Sottero dress that I loved. I was a low key bride and my consultant gave me exactly the experience that I wanted!

Elegant Touch was SO professional, accommodating, and uplifting during my long dress search! I tried dresses on here twice because of the service and people, and they ended up having my perfect dress! They listened so well to the kinds of things I was looking for, they notified me about the trunk show that contained what ultimately contained my dress, and they were all so warm, friendly, and complimentary that it really did feel like home. They even gave me a nice trunk show discount AND half off on a mildly damaged hair accessory! When my complicated bustle had my mom and bridesmaid baffled, they talked us through it. They also offered to hold my dress in store as long as necessary, since I bought it over a year before the wedding. All in all, couldn't be more pleased.

I had great experience shopping for my gown here. Every person on the staff went out of their way to please each time I came in to the store. My consultant Flora was truly the best..she found me the most beautiful gown and for a plus size girl , I did feel gorgeous on my wedding day . I felt spoiled with the huge selection they have. The seamstress was wonderful, She created a modesty panel for the bust area that made dad happy. All my guys were very happy with their tuxes. The selection, the fit, being able to try on and make adjustments on the spot was a huge plus. I had visited other stores and this one has it all. Thank You I will send pictures soon.

My wedding dress was one of the store's own designs. It was beautiful and had an amazing top piece that came off, making for a completely new look. The staff was so friendly. The seamstress was great too! I had to be very clear about the way I wanted my dress to fit, but she made it work! My dress fit so well that I couldn't even sit down! It was absolutely perfect!

The staff and owners at Elegant Touch Bridal+Tuxedo are worth more than the 5 stars I'm limited to give them. They are kind, helpful and extremely accommodating. We returned to the salon for the fourth time today (the first was for a trunk show, the second to return to purchase the dress, the third to try on the dress upon it's arrival in my size, and today to try on the dress with accessories my sisters mother-in-law has created for my dress) and each time the staff has welcomed us with open arms, allowing us to spend as much time as we needed in the store, even browsing for MOB and BM dresses. I really appreciate every member at this boutique, and recommend them highly to anyone looking for their wedding/prom/special event attire.

I went in exactly 6 months before my wedding to find a dress and I did. Despite the time crunch, the lady helping me was extremely helpful. I made the deposit on the dress a day later! I came in for about 2-3 fittings after the dress was ready and because I was driving all the way from dc(traffic et al), the people at elegant touch always managed to accommodate and fit me in. Overall a stress free experience because I had been to about 6 other stores prior and did not get the same quality service. They were also pretty reasonably priced , compared to any of the other stores I had been to

I worked with Colleen at Elegant Touch Bridal and she was perfect!!! She helped me find the perfect wedding dress for my wedding day. I wasn't happy with the back of my dress because it was a little low and pinched my back. Colleen made sure to help find a way to fix the issue so I felt like a princess in my dress. We added part of a veil to the back of my dress and not only did it make my dress gorgeous, but it made my dress a 1 of a kind!!! Everyone still talks about how perfect my dress was and that they have never seen a dress fit so perfectly!

Our daughter was married on December 14, 2014. We looked at several bridal salons but ultimately we elected to use Elegant Touch Bridal & Tuxedo located in Perry Hall, MD. Their salon had such a huge selection of gowns, not only for the bride, but for the entire wedding party. In addition, they have a very large selection of accessories such as veils, shoes, and jewelry. Their dressing rooms and viewing areas are spacious and comfortable and the lighting is great. Our daughter worked with Pat and she was fantastic! After trying on several gowns, Pat new exactly what our daughter wanted for that special day! She found her dream gown at Elegant Touch and after a few alterations she had a "one of a kind" gown. She looked so beautiful and the gown was exquisite!!! Gisele and her staff are so friendly and helpful. We couldn't have asked for better service. Also, the seamstress that did the alterations does quality work. If you are planning your wedding, do yourself a favor and visit Elegant Touch Bridal and Tuxedo. I promise, you won't be disappointed!!!

I wish that I could post a picture to show how beautiful my daughter and her wedding party looked on Saturday November 16, 2014! We had a huge entourage !! One bride with two veils, ten bridesmaids and two flower girls. Five of the bridesmaids live out of state ... one in Hawaii and when the order was placed, two of the girls were out of the country. I was a little concerned about the logistics of the entire production. Giselle and her staff are experienced professionals!! Every minute was a pleasure working with them!! My daughter's dress fit perfectly!!!! Several of the girls had their dress shipped from the store ..everything went off without a hitch. I found that if their was a problem , Giselle worked diligently to assure me and fix it!! I wish I could post a picture here to show how gorgeous everyone was!! We looked at a lot of wedding gowns and hit every salon in Baltimore ... I am grateful we chose Elegant Touch to purchase the dress because after you do their is a long journey to follow . They are as accommodating and helpful on the day you pick up the dress as the day you purchased it... genuine and sincere ..they want everything to look as perfect as you do!! Pat ...you were right... she did look like a princess in that dress ... you my friend along with Giselle...will always be remembered!! It is becoming a legacy in our family to work with Elegant Touch. My cousin 's daughter purchased their dresses from ET a year ago too!! My daughter decided to move her wedding date up a year. The staff at Elegant Touch jumped right in to help us make that a reality. We worked with Colleen and we felt so comfortable with her and felt like she was looking out for us. She took one look at my daughter and gathered up several dresses that were just perfect for her. She helped us work with the seamstress on the alterations to make sure everything was just right. They also helped with the tuxes. The dress was beautiful and everyone looked elegant. Thank you to all the staff at Elegant Touch Bridal and Tuxedo. I felt like a valued customer from the start. My gown was lovely...we purchased the bridal party gowns....mothers dresses... everything here. There were also many tuxedo styles to choose from ...my husband had gone everywhere and this store by far had the best selection and the best fit . He is very particular...and was very happy especially since the out of town guys could just call in their measurements and the tuxes were ready for them when they came in. They were all very handsome. My dress was perfect, with my bridal consultants helping.. I never thought I could look this good. I had visited many shops but here I felt cared for and not just a number . thank you so very much to everyone here . I will send you many customers!!!

I would like to recommend this store to all future Brides. I am having a winter wedding and the girls here patiently helped me find my gown, a well as maids dresses to fit my theme. On a whim my Mom and I went to Elegant Touch to check out wedding dresses. We made an appt in the middle of the day on a weekday and I loved that it wasn't crazy in there, like I could imagine a weekend being. Pat helped by asking very specific questions about what I liked, and since I didn't know much about what I wanted, I kind of let her take charge and pick out some she thought would look good on me. Wouldn't you know it she picked out THE ONE for me!? She was so helpful with getting me in/out of dresses and pinning them to fit. She was super friendly and nice to me and my mom through the whole process. I never saw myself as a girly girl princess type, but at Elegant Touch I was made to feel really special and beautiful. Everyone that worked there was pleasant and had such nice things to say about my dress. I hope the rest of the process (alterations, fittings, etc) are as nice & easy as this step was...But it also helps to be a nice and easy bride versus a bridezilla. :-P

Very happy to have purchased my gown here. I walked in not knowing at all what would look good on my body type, they were very patient and spent well over two hours trying on different styles on me ...very caring and not at all pushy. I never knew I could look this good. They have a great selection of beautiful gowns and I honestly had trouble choosing but I finally said "yes to the dress" I will be back with the rest of my bridal party including my Fiance' to choose tuxedos as they have a huge selection of those to. Elegant Touch was amazing! I was looking for a wedding gown for our Las Vegas NV wedding. It was just going to be the two of us to celebrate the seven year anniversary of our first date by getting married. I went in looking for a simple gown that I could wear for our wedding and then afterwards to dinner. I was collecting photos of gowns that I liked which I brought to the appointment. Well, after trying on a few simple gowns, Heather, my bridal consultant, said to trust her as she had an idea of what I really was looking for based on the photos I had chosen. She showed me the dress she had in mind, and I thought no way. Well, Heather was right! I put on the gown and immediately went into tears - It was PERFECT! Much more than what I was thinking, but just what I needed.

Everyone at Elegant Touch was extremely professional and customer service focused. My gown was delivered and altered on time, and without a hitch. It was a great experience working with Elegant Touch, and I have recommended them to friends and family.

Elegant Touch Bridal & Tuxedo has done an incredible job in helping me plan for my wedding! Not only did they have the gorgeous and exquisite gown I chose for my big day, but they also carry a variety of important embellishments, that suite every style, for the bride-to-be. They supplied my head piece, shoes and all jewelry! My gown came in ON time and was flawless! While I wasn’t positive on which to choose, Elegant Touch was extremely helpful in offering opinions and expertise in helping me choose a head piece, appropriate style shoe and jewelry that fit my personality and style. While opinions were offered, they were always respectful of my asking questions and making my own decisions. I often felt very comfortable at Elegant Touch and became very friendly with a lot of the lovely ladies at the store. I always felt relieved when I left the shop knowing we had tackled another “to-do” on the never-ending list before the wedding! In addition, to their assisting with embellishments, they were also extremely kind and friendly, including the ladies who were not working with me. My appointments were always on time with a knowledgeable and friendly individual willing to assist me. Elegant Touch is extremely clean and well kept. I even like the smell upon walking into the store! I am sad that I only have one more fitting and won’t need to be returning to Elegant Touch. They provided me with more than a lovely experience which is what every bride should receive. I purchased my gown at Elegant Touch after visiting four other bridal shops, my search was endless, I had to find the perfect gown. Colleen’s patience with me helped me to find my dream gown. I was able to accomplish everything at this shop on my other visit; I found the perfect bridesmaid dresses and my mother’s gown. Jeff selected a perfect Steel grey tuxedo which complemented my bridesmaids. All and all it was a great experience since it relieved allot of my stress. Absolutely amazing service!!! I started my search for a wedding gown shortly after I was engaged, and after visiting tons of bridal stores I found the gown of my dreams here! The salon is gorgeous, the staff is very professional, and the selection is unbeatable. With the help of my bridal consultanti I chose 5 gowns to try on, and although all of them were super flattering, I was blown away by this chiffon Maggie Sottero dress that my consultant selected for me. I ended up dressing my entire bridal party with fashions from Elegant Touch, and man am I glad that I did. The staff here really took the worry off my shoulders!!!

The staff at Elegant Touch were very friendly. Della was especially helpful. We got both the dresses and tuxs at Elegant Touch and didn't have any problems at all. The dresses arrived when they said they would, which was very close to our wedding date. They were very busy with prom season but still fit in all our fitting in a timely fashion.

This was a good experience especially for a large wedding party with so many opinions. Each of my friends have been in many weddings and each had their own experience with what they like and don’t like in a bridal shop and the service. We all left the shop satisfied and pleased with the service at Elegant Touch Bridal. After many shops and many hours online, I found my dress and could not be happier. The plus at Elegant Touch is their patience and the service that I received, that I did not get from other shops, I returned twice to try on my gown, just to be sure this is the one. My mother and my best friend both loved this dress on me.

I spent another afternoon shopping for my bridesmaid dresses; each girl tried on several gowns to see what would look good on them. We found the most flattering one that would look good on all body sizes; I have every size imaginable and needed something that could work for everybody. Elegant Touch selection was great. I found the dress and the color I wanted, that was perfect.

We just finished picking out tuxedos for my wedding. Elegant Touch had the exact vest color to match my bridesmaids; Jeff my fiancé will wear a white vest to match me. He went along with everything I wanted. It helped that before I brought Jeff, I selected everything with the owner and wrote it down, which left very little for him to decide.

Overall, I am very pleased with my dress, the girl’s dresses and the Tuxedos. The prices were reasonable and the service was excellent. I recommend this jewel of a find to everyone.

My dress was beautiful and came in a timely manner. The alterations were completed quickly and accurately. They are very knowledgeable on how the dress should look on a bride and were helpful in picking out accessories as well! I purchased my dress, veil, tiara, and shoes there. Everyone one of the staff members there are very personal and warm. I don't think I possibly could have been happier any where else. They have a wide price range of dresses and accessories. The staff members really know what they are doing! Everytime I went in there, I was helped by Pat. She helped me pick out my dress and my bridesmaids. I went in the shop for the first time with a picture of what i wanted in my head. When I described it to Pat, she showed me exactly what i was looking for! She even brought out a few different dresses I would like for the bridesmaids! My mom was thrilled with Pat as well, since she helped pick out my mom's dress too. Elegant Touch was my first stop when trying on bridal gowns. I ended up buying a dress the first day when looking. I couldn't have been happier working with anyone other than working with Colleen, a sales rep. Colleen was professional. She paid attention as to what it was that I told her that I was looking for and did not talk me into anything! She did recommend finishing touches that I would have never thought of and I walked out a happy customer!

Because of Colleen's quality of service, I came back to the shop to look for bridesmaids gowns and tuxedos. She helped me out once again!

I loved the fact that alterations could be done here and that they have a tuxedo warehouse at the store in case on the day of, something does not fit, they can easy swap an item.

My husband and I received many compliments the day of our wedding on the way that everyone from our bridal party looked.

Elegant Touch has great customer service and comes highly recommended.

Great Place for a Wedding Tux

Elegant Touch Bridal and Tuxedo were extremely helpful with our tuxedo rental. It was so nice working with a family owned business that had all of their clothing in store. When we were looking for a tuxedo for the wedding, we had an idea of what we wanted and Elegant Touch had exactly that. They were able to customize the tuxedo accessories exactly how we wanted and even took care of the Fathers of the wedding as well. When it came to being fitted for the last time, the staff was so easy to work with and so eager to make sure everything was perfect for our wedding day. The groomsmen also could not say enough nice things about the way it looked. We had such a great experience with Elegant Touch and would recommend them to any future couple!

Loved my dress!

I ordered my dress a year in advance. I picked out a beautiful A-line dress with some bling on the top and a long train. I ordered the dress in white. When the dress came in, I was in the fitting room and unzipped the bag.. the bag was white, however, my dress was not. It was ivory. I had 3 months left until my wedding. I didn't say anything and still tried on the dress and once I got out to the mirror, no one noticed it wasn't white. The only time you noticed was when I was next to white. I was a little upset but knew it was too late to order another one, since this one took 6 months to come in. I ended up adding lace sleeves and a rhinestone for each button down the back of the sleeves and loved how it all turned out. My bridal party had to switch the shirts under their tuxes from white to ivory so my dress wouldn't look "dirty" next to them. In the end, I loved it more than if it were white. My pictures turned out beautiful and you still would never know it was ivory! I highly recommend Elegant Touch, just double/triple check when ordering that it is correct!!!

I sought out a Maggie Sottero dress which brought me to Elegant Touch. Flora helped me to find the perfect dress! She worked with my budget first and foremost, then quickly learned my style and was fun to be around for what can be a very tough decision.
She was patient and I appreciated how willing they were to work with my limited budget. I cannot wait to where my gorgeous dress that is completely my style.

The consultants at Elegant Touch are amazing!! I was struggling with the dress buying process and decided to give this boutique a shot one evening. I went by myself and explained some of the struggles I was having, stating that I didn't want to try on any dresses if they didn't have my size or larger in the store, and unlike other small boutiques, they had plenty of dresses over size 8. My consultant took all of the details I gave her and went quickly to work, she was helpful but did not overstep and gave her honest opinion. I found my dress that very night!! They let me come back as many times as I wanted to show my mom and others, the fitting was perfect, and I was able to pick it up the week before the wedding -- NO ISSUES! Obviously, designer dresses are going to be designer prices, but they do offer off-the-rack sales whenever possible. I had an excellent experience and recommend this shop to any bride I come across :)

I found my dream dress in this boutique, and the service I received was excellent from the beginning. I just picked up my dress yesterday and it is STUNNING. It fits like a dream and I can't wait to dazzle everyone with it the day of my wedding.

After a disatrous experience with a seamstress making my "dream" wedding gown I found myself two weeks from my wedding with NO DRESS! I'm a street size 16 which translates anywhere from an 18 to a 22 wedding dress size based on the designer. I had to buy a dress off the rack that would fit close enough to only need minor alterations. I began my search again after having visited more than 10 dress shops previously at the beginning of my wedding planning. I needed to find a shop that had floor samples in my size, I found a few and Elegant Touch was my second stop. A bit out of my way but I was hopeful to find a dress I could love. Not only did I find a dress I could love, I found "THE" dress. Had I found this dress when I first started looking I wouldn't have ever made the mistake of having a dress handmade. I had called the day before and explained my situation and they set me up with an appointment the very next day. I got there a little before my appointment but they were ready. Pat was my saleswoman and she pulled so many dresses for me to try on I was shocked they had so many in my size. Some were a tad to small, some a tad to large, all of them were gorgeous designer dresses. Then about half way through I was trying on a style I hadn't even considered and I told Pat I would love the dress if it weren't so sparkly... I really wanted only a little bling on a simple flowing dress. She immediately knew which dress would be "the" dress. She said they had sold the one in my size just this week but she was sure they could get one overnighted if I wanted. She went to get the smaller size off the rack to show it to me and to her surprise it was the one that was my size. I tried it on and almost cried. I was gorgeous! Yes the dress was expensive.. but still within the budget I had given her when I walked in.. even with the alterations it needed it was still in my budget. Alerations were quick and well done, My new husband says the dress was worth it!

I had been to several of the bridal boutiques in the area but I was pleased most with Elegant Touch. From the beginning when I was trying on gowns to the alteration process; I was met without any issues. The shop itself, is spacious and clean, the dress selection is good, and the prices are reasonable. On my wedding day, everyone commented on how beautiful my dress was and it made me very happy that I chose Elegant Touch.

We got my Maggie Sottero dress, the grooms tux, parents attire, and the entire bridal parties clothing at Elegant Touch. The alterations they did on my dress turned out perfectly. I did not have any problems with my dress at all. I did have one bridesmaid that had a stain on her dress but they were able to get it out quickly. Also, some of the guys things were not the right size but they were able to fix that/give them new things the same night they were there to try everything on before the wedding. They also have beautiful accessories there...I got my tiara, veil, and shoes there also.

I had a wonderful experience at Elegant Touch Bridal. I initially went there because it was close to my mom's house and carried Maggie Sottero. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I found the wedding gown of my dreams at their store (yes, it's a Maggie!). The dress looked amazing after alterations...the bustle was great and stayed up throughout the entire night of dancing. They easily coordinated the fittings of my various bridesmaids. My mother bought her mother-of-the bride gown there, and everyone said how amazing she looked. I always received a prompt and informative answer to my inquiries. The staff were genuinely excited about the wedding, and requested that my mom and I return to show them pictures. The only problem I could imagine is that they are a small shop...don't expect Kleinfeld's size...but all you need is to find one great dress, and you can definitely do that at Elegant Touch Bridal and Tuxedo.

I purchased my wedding dress here and the service was always very good. Their prices are pretty reasonable for alterations too. All of my bridesmaids had their alterations done here, even though they purchased the dress elsewhere. I would definitely purchase a gown from them again.

Absolutely loved the experience I had! Made my appointment only a few days out and they were extremely accommodating! After I explained what kind of dress and budget I had they made sure to only pull dresses within that budget.

The bridal shop is a bit stuffy, but other than that, you will find this to be a lovely bridal shop. They are very flexible with their fittings if you need to reschedule. I feel the alterations were quite pricey, but since it was a quickly planned wedding, that might have added into the cost.

Prices are in range of most boutique bridal salons. Watch for discounts and trunk shows. Check dress before leaving especially if buying off the rack. They fixed stitching on the spot, great service.

Perfect Wedding Dress!

As a curvier bride, I was actually dreading dress shopping since I had heard so many horror stories. Not here!! Evelyn assisted me when I came in with my bridesmaids and my mom, and she listed to what I was looking for, and after a few dresses that I had selected and listing what I liked and disliked about each, she went and selected a dress for me. It was THE dress!!! I received so many compliments on the dress and felt beautiful. Elegant Touch did an excellent job with the alterations and ensuring I had my veil and hair piece as well. Thank you so much!!

Beautiful Selections!

My older sister found her dress here, I found my dress here, and my younger sister will be back later this fall to find hers. Beautiful selections and Flora was fantastic. She did a wonderful job of keeping me focused on what I wanted amidst the chorus of a very vocal mother and sisters. We also rented the grooms, groomsmen and Father of the Bride/Groom tuxes here and they turned out looking very handsome.

Beautiful dress

The dress was everything I dreamed of. They worked to make it perfect. At first the train wasn’t right but they made sure to call the designer to correct it. Everyone talked about how beautiful the dress was and how unique.

Loved the dress that I found there, but their selection of under $500 gowns was limited, and I would've loved to have a wider selection to choose from, but I am very happy with the dress I bought.

I had already been to a local mass-seller of bridal gowns and tried on everything they and I could think of. I decided just to call Elegant Touch and make an appt the same day. They were very flexible and made time for me between brides. The first dress I tried on was it! But, they did encourage me to try on a few others just to see. The lady who helped me is European (Marta might be her name) she has tons of experience and was so very helpful. Did i mention, that i went by myself. For me, that was really the best way. Thanks ladies for getting my lovely gown ready for me on time and teaching my Mother and Bridesmaid how to cinch the corset back and make it look professional!!

I had a fantastic experience at Elegant Touch. During my first visit, I fell in love with two dresses. There was no pressure from the salesperson to immediately buy or make a decision. A few days later I came back by myself to make the final decision. I kind-of regret not having family there with me when I finally made the choice but the staff was so nice and made me feel great.
I also had my fittings at Elegant Touch, the second fitting was fretful but the seamstress was ultimately able to make it work. During the last fitting I made some minor changes and they were patient with me despite my indecision.
I highly recommend them. They were very nice and helpful but not pushy.

Overall I had a good experience. We had some highs and lows but in the end I was well cared for and very happy. To start, the consultant who ordered my dress ordered wrong and shortly after left the business. However, this left the owners with a dress that no amount of altering could make fit. So they called the dress maker and after a couple days of communication were able to have a new dress made and shipped within a month! That's crazy talk since it typically takes 6 months to have a dress made. I was not charged for the second dress of course. Then the cost of all my alterations was waved. Plus they gave me a free garter. They really took care of me and made sure everything was right. It was really a nightmare what the consultant had done but I'm thankful that Giselle and her team were incredibly responsive and attentive. That consultant is no longer there so there's no need to worry about it happening to anyone. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. However, this is why I gave them 3.5 stars on the quality of service since there was the initial flub up but they fixed everything and then some.

They were very helpful in finding the dress that I wanted. I took a photo ad of the wedding dress that I've liked for years and they said "no problem, we can order that in." Everything went well with the bridesmaid dresses and the groomsmen tuxedos. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone.

I went wedding dress shopping with my mom and sisters in Toronto but then bought my dress here. I can't comment on the process of trying on dresses here but can offer my buying and alterations experiences. I bought a Maggie Sottero dress and was called when it arrived. My dress only needed minor alterations (taken in on the bust, hemmed shorter and a bustle). I was a little after reading some of the other reviews that my alterations would be poorer quality but everything was great. I had no problems with anything and my dress looked great. The guys and my dad also rented tuxedos from here which was very convenient! They all came in and tried on their tuxedos a few days before the wedding and alterations were finished by the next day. There is one woman that is an aggressive salesperson in the annoying way but just avoid her and you'll have a good experience.

I purchased my wedding gown from Elegant Touch It was for a destination wedding. After a half-hour of bustling my gown all three bustles broke. It was not a heavy gown so i'm not sure why they broke. I had to wear the gown again for a reception back home so the bustles needed to be fixed. Elegant Touch fixed the bustles for me. The bustles broke yet again only after a short while at the second reception.

Elegant Touch was my second stop in my wedding dress search and I'm glad I went here! It was a wonderful experience - the consultant (i'm sorry I don't remember her name...) was very helpful in helping with choosing a dress, with getting into the dress, dealing with my overly opinionated mother and aunt, and choosing accessories. I'm very excited to receive my dress in February!
