I had a great experience with Ms. Shirlene at JC Bridal. She was very helpful to me as I looked for my dresses. The alterations she did gave me the perfect fit! She really made the process stress free. I definitely reccomend her shop for great customer service and the beautiful gowns to select from!

How great is it to come to a shop and get all that you need. I walked in looking for one thing and was surprise that I could get everything that I needed. The salesperson there was very helpful. Still have a few items to get, but I will be coming back to purchase.

What a great place to purchase a dress. Small place, but large selection of dresses. They are wedding consultants, so they had everything that I need. Excellent customer service.

I used JC Bridal to alter my wedding gown, as the shop where I purchased it did not have an onsite seamstress. Shirlene is so friendly and did a great job of explaining what I should expect during the alterations process. The alterations turned out PERFECTLY. The dress fit like a glove, and I am so thankful that I found JC Bridal to alter my wedding gown.

I used JC Bridal for the alterations of my wedding dress. Missy, the seamstress, is extremely talented. She fixed everything on my dress that needed to be altered. I would HIGHLY recommend her. My only suggestion is to double-check when your appointments are scheduled. Communication between the owner and the seamstress seems to lack a little. There were multiple times were I was getting a phone call on the day of my appointment stating that it wasn't going to be that day. It wasn't a big deal for me, since my wedding had plenty of time for alterations. Other than the scheduling, GREAT alterations!!

I found my wedding dress at another store but wanted to shop around for a good price. I called a lot of dress stores. JC Bridal ordered my dress for my at a cheaper price. I didn't understand why my final payment had to be in cash in a world where credit is king. She was very nice and professional. This owner does wedding planning and decorating also so I think her time is stretched. Her responsiveness could have been a little better but overall she did a good job ordering my dress. I used her seamstress but I did not have to.

I call myself supporting the small businesses, esp an African American owned business but I will never make that mistake again at the cost of my stress level. Shirlene was the only person there as she use for an excuse many times.
She ordered the wrong dress size for one of my bridesmaids based on the sizes I gave her she should have ordered a 20 and she ordered a 22 and her only offer was to alter it for a fee of course, even though she realized she ordered the wrong size, not to mention my dresses that were suppose to be here in early June, and they didn't come until the middle of July, and all except one of my bridal party live in other states, so I was so stressed trying to get the dresses to them to get fitted and altered.
And furthermore, when I called her a week after they were due to come in, because I hadn't heard from her, she says she will check on them. So I go on planning this wedding and stressing out, after a few days I realize I haven't heard from her so I call and inquire why I haven't heard from her and she responds that I said I was going to call her back. This puzzled me because if you are a business, you are paid in full and this is your full-time job, you know that brides are super stressed then why couldn't you pick up the phone to call your customer with an answer you go the same day, her response is because she is the only one there, but honestly, that is not my problem if you can't do the job hire someone else or look for another line of work.
It got to the point where I just had my maid of honor deal with her and I just went to deal with her because I was ready to lay her out. I ordered my flower girl's dress from M'Jourdelle and the dress was here in 6 weeks (a few days early to be exact) and I got a call when it was shipped from over seas and when it was in MD so I could plan a pick-up and fitting and a call when it arrived and when they were available. Much better service from a place you pay you money too.
