The consultants are all very friendly, the owner prioritizes checking in on you if you have any issues or emergencies last minute (the week of my wedding, I realized I needed additional boning in my dress).
Liz is their seamstress and she is an absolute gem - highly recommend! She was able to put in my extra boning ASAP and have me wedding ready in no time. My dress got TONS of compliments and fit me like a glove.
