I visited a couple of other bridal shops before Betsy Robinson’s, and none of them compared to the experience I had here. From dress shopping all the way through alterations, Mallory and her team were incredibly kind, supportive, and welcoming throughout the entire process. I visited twice before ultimately choosing my dress, and I never once felt pressured into making a decision just so they could make a sale. I ended up calling in the next morning after my second visit to make my decision, and they sounded just as excited over the phone for me as they would had I made the decision in person. For my alteration appointments, I worked with Rachel, who was wonderful every step of the way. She was patient, helped voice any concerns I had to the seamstress, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. My dress turned out perfect, and I could not have been happier with the final result.
