I worked with Jen to find my perfect dress, and it was everything I could've asked for and more. The atmosphere was so calming and serene which definitely helped the excitement and nervousness that I had going into my appointment. Jen gave the perfect amount of input and support throughout the entire session and made me feel so comfortable. I have passed this bridal shop on many occasions since I was a little girl, and I feel so grateful to have my younger self's dreams come true.

Being from the area, I knew about Jennifer's great reputation, so when I got engaged I did not have to think twice about where I was going to shop for my dress. To no surprise, Jennifer's lived up to their amazing reputation, had just the ultimate gown selection that accommodated a range of budgets and visions, and made for the most special and perfect experience.

My ladies and I were warmly welcomed into this absolutely beautiful and quaint boutique by Amy, my amazing consultant. Amy was so knowledgable, made the most perfect suggestions after we discussed my vision and my venue, gave honest feedback, never rushed us, and was beyond patient with me when I had to try on my final two dresses time-and-time again. Amy truly made for a special experience as I found my dream bridal gown.

I then met Jen when I went back to try my dress on after it came in. Jen is just a special and wonderful human being who will always hold a special place in my heart for elevating my experience as a Jennifer’s bride to the next level. I could thank Jen over-and-over again for making my experience as a Jennifer's bride that much more special. Jen helped me find the most perfect (custom) veil that just added even so much more to my already beautiful gown. Jen also made me feel like a princess and gave me the confidence boost I needed to look in the mirror and just feel outright beautiful. Jen always brought the best suggestions, wisdom, and so much excitement and enthusiasm. She always made for such a personable experience and always just took the time to talk with my mom and I to get to know us as people. Jen also always stopped by the alterations side of the store each time I was there to check in with us and to see me in my dress showing her dedication to her brides! It is so obvious that Jen is just so invested in her job, her brides, and just loves what she does!

Jen also did something extra special for me. The day I went to try my dress on, I fell in love with a little white dress that I wanted for my bridal shower. I ordered the dress, not knowing there was a surprise shower planned for me and the dress would not be in on time. When I found out about the shower just weeks before, I called Jen in panic because my little white dress would not arrive in time. Jen already knew about the predicament I was going to be in as my mom let her in on this surprise, spoke with my mom, devised a plan, and gave me the sample dress from the store (the fit PERFECTLY) so that I would get to wear this beautiful little white dress to my shower!

Another positive about Jennifer’s Bridal is that they have multiple in- house seamstress. I was assigned to the wonderful El. El is simply AMAZING at what she does and has the most tender and sweetest soul. She fit my dress so perfectly and spent hours designing the most beautiful and elegant bustle for my VERY long train.

I will always cherish being a Jennifer’s bride. Being a Jennifer's bride made my wedding era so much more special and I would highly recommend Jennifer’s Bridal to any bride!

Jennifer's Bridal is perfect. There are so many different dresses to choose from and they actually let you look through them! I was terrified at the thought of wedding dress shopping, but the team here made it such a great experience, I wish I could bring them to Nordstrom with me to try on jeans.

Found my absolute dream wedding dress here for my 10.27.23 wedding with the help of Jen who made me feel like family. I received so many compliments at my wedding, with some guests saying it was the most beautiful dress they’ve ever seen at a wedding. Jennifer’s bridal truly exceeded my expectations and I felt like a princess. Thank you Jen for helping me find the perfect dress & Susan for altering it to perfection! Such a beautiful salon also with tons of styles to fit your aesthetic.

What an experience, was like a dream! I had visited several bridal boutiques and didn’t really fall in love with any of the dresses. When I finally visited Jennifer’s Bridal, there were SO MANY beautiful dresses to choose from all within budget! I was so floored! Of course the dress I ended up picking wasn't at all what I was looking for but I’ve heard they tends to happen! I put it on first and bawled la discontinued Hailey Paige dress which I had never heard of but I fell in love instantly!

I received so many compliments about how beautiful and different it was, which is exactly what I wanted! Different yet beautiful! The in-house alterations were also amazing! Susan did such a great job! The back of the dress was more open than I would have liked and Susan created a back piece that looked original to the dress! Workout needing to take any material from the train. It was so gorgeous and she was SO talented. She also helped repair my grandmothers old veil crown which I wanted to wear and it meant so much to me she was able to do that!

My overall experience with Jennifer’s was so amazing and all the ladies were so fun and just upbeat! They made me feel like a princess and were so incredibly kind. I HIGHLY recommend! Best dress buying experience ever!

I had the absolute BEST experience at Jennifer’s! When I began this experience, I was nervous about trying on dresses and knowing what I would like for my wedding day. When I went there for the first time with my parents, we met Jen, who was the kindest, most knowledgeable, and patient person we could have ever asked for. She pulled dresses in my size for me to try on so I could envision what I would look like in them. This was the part I was nervous about, but they had a plethora of dresses close to my size for me to try on! What a relief!! Jen was extremely patient as my mom and I went back and forth between two dresses until making my final decision. Although I ordered a size down and the dress did not fit, Jen never once made me feel bad about the decision; rather, she worked with my parents and I to find a solution, calm our nerves, and had me work with Karen who is truly a magician! She added the most beautiful corset to the back of my dress to be sure I could wear my dream dress on my wedding day! She took her time throughout our fittings to ensure it was up to HER standards! Even though I thought everything looked perfect, she has such great attention to detail that she went back and altered it to be even more incredible. She also added the most beautiful bustle that was easy to tie the night of my wedding. It was so comforting that through every alteration appointment, Jen was there with me. We laughed through every appointment and truly had fun every time I was there! Again, although I mistakenly ordered a size down, Jen and Karen never made me feel guilty or negative about myself, rather than found the most beautiful solution to my problem. I drove an hour and a half to this salon and would not have traded it for the world. It is the only salon I went to and they made my experience memorable. Thank you to everyone for being absolutely incredible! You are all amazing and made me feel like the most special bride!!

Jennifer’s bridal is amazing! They have a huge selection in every price range for wedding dresses, accessories, bridesmaids and other formal dresses. Their store is so cute inside, clean and bright. Amy was a great consultant and actually picked the dress I ended up choosing. The tax free shopping is the icing on the cake!

I can not speak highly enough of Jennifer’s! I found my dream dress in my first shopping trip and enjoyed every minute of trying on gowns. My stylist made sure to pull a variety of silhouettes and fabrics so I could narrow down my options, and when I was between two choices, she allowed me time to try them on again and with different veils to complete the look. I felt like I was in such great hands throughout the entire process. I also went with their alterations department which was equally as wonderful! I’m so glad I went to Jennifer’s!

I was so surprised after going to Jennifer’s bridal, I expected the cost of their dresses to be way out of budget but was please that my dress ended up being just right. The staff is super nice and accommodating, and the seamstress did an absolutely beautiful job perfecting the dress.
