Seriously, I cannot imagine what we would've done without Ashley. We did the month-of package with Ashley, and she helped us with everything. Leading up to our September wedding, she sent over referrals for vendors she trusts, communicated with all our vendors so they were all aligned (this includes coordinating the timelines/schedules for everything with catering, DJ, band, florist, event staff, rentals- everyone!!), and answered any and all questions we had about the weekend. She was perfectly professional but also so friendly and genuinely cared about us having the most perfect day possible. When it came to the actual wedding day, Ashley was 10/10 fully locked in. The day itself happens so fast and all of a sudden it's time to put your dress on and actually get married, and Ashley had everything set up so I could just walk down the aisle without having to worry about- where this thing is or why that's out of place- none of that was a concern because everything was taken care of. Somehow, there was a stain on my reception dress before I even put it on, and I got super stressed about that the second I saw it. I looked at my mom and said, "I need Ashley." She went to get Ashley who then came back and very calmly and assuredly had what we needed to get the stain out, and then it was good to go. Having Ashley at our wedding was like having peace of mind. If things were missed or almost missed, we had no idea, and that's likely because Ashley was taking care of everything behind the scenes just so we wouldn't have a clue anything was out of place. Seriously, we cannot thank you enough Ashley!!! My mother would've aged 40 years in 10 months without you!!!!

Patrice was wonderful to work with. We hired her for month-of support and she was professional, responsive, supportive and so helpful especially the day of our wedding. My husband and I definitely felt she was in our corner and did a great job of kindly but firmly directing our wedding party and making sure the sequence of events went off without a hitch! We had several of our guests also share compliments about her, saying they could tell she was great at her job because of how smoothly things ran but also you could tell she was orchestrating it all and made sure to take care of all the little details during our reception. She caught the vision of what I wanted and was also very intentional to take care of the things I didn’t want to worry about—but she even made sure we had a celebratory drink after we said I do! I absolutely recommend her and her team for any of your wedding needs!

Absolutely loved our florals and decor that Charming Bridal did. Naomi really understood our vision and we let her be creative from there and she did not disappoint. Not only was she budget conscious and honest, she was just all around fun to work with! I recommend her for budget friendly brides looking for gorgeous creative florals.

Rachel was incredibly easy to work with. She listened to and executed our wish list and helped us think through details we hadn’t thought about at all. I definitely felt comfortable to relax and enjoy our wedding day knowing she was taking care of all the logistics. Her many years of experience gave us much needed advice as we navigated the puzzle of wedding planning. Couldn’t recommend more!

A magical week in Italy ended with a fairytale palace ceremony orchestrated by Siena & Co. Events. I didn’t have to worry about anything. I shared what I would like with Joanna and she made everything happen. She connected me with all of the professionals I would need to complete our day. I could not have planned a wedding in Italy without her. I knew I could trust her, because her attention to detail is unmatched. I was so thrilled with the way she was able to bring to life everything I dreamed about. It was so incredible. Our day turned out more meaningful and beautiful than I even imagined. I highly recommend her and her team. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We hired Ad Astra to do month-of coordination for our wedding and are so glad we did. We handled majority of the planning but wanted someone to take the reins on the big day so that we could relax and enjoy ourselves. Our coordinator Dana did exactly that. She was in constant communication with our other vendors to make sure we had everything we needed, and always communicated any changes back to me. Our wedding day went off without a hitch! I was overwhelmed with excitement when I walked into my reception and everything was exactly how I had imaged. If you need someone to help get you across the finish line, do not think twice about hiring Ad Astra!

Hiring Melinda and the Inspired Help team was hands down the best decision I could have ever made for my wedding. Not only did she handle the entire day perfectly, but she made the entire wedding planning process so much easier from the moment we hired her. She recommended amazing vendors to us, set up several meetings to discuss logistics, and was always an email away if I had questions. She is an absolute wedding expert! Everything went so perfectly thanks to her, and I could truly enjoy my big day from start to finish because I knew she had everything under control. She made my wedding look better and more beautiful than I could have even imagined it to be, and she went above and beyond in every single aspect. From making sure our drinks were filled, to having our glowsticks on and ready the second the dance floor opened, to handling set up and breakdown for us, even running some errands for us the day after the wedding, and a million other details she took care of, I could not imagine the day without her! Ontop of of being an unbelievable coordinator, she also handled my florals which came out so beautiful! If you are on the fence about who to hire as your wedding coordinator, look no further because this is 100% who you NEED!

I used Dana as my day-of wedding planner for our wedding that was held at my parent's residence and the only thing I would have changed about the wedding is to have her as my wedding planner for the whole thing. For a wedding with 250-300 people attending, she was able to keep me on track throughout the night, but I never felt bothered or annoyed. She had this quiet presence about her without being a nag or anything like that. Also, she helped set up all the place settings (with some help, of course), flowers, and other little details along the way. She was great and I honestly do NOT know how I would have pulled the whole thing off without her. HIGHLY recommended. Oh...and she does flowers too!

We hired Premier W.E.D. for our daughter's wedding in July. From the very first meeting to the moment we loaded into the car after the reception was nothing short of stress free and amazing. They are incredibly professional, have amazing design taste and can execute a plan better than anyone in the business. I'm sure there were hiccups along the way but we didn't know about them because they handled them. The entire process was joyful and easy. They will definitely be helping with my younger daughter's wedding when it's her time. I cannot stress enough how highly I recommend them. Professional on every level and amazing to work with!

I don’t even have good enough words for how wonderful they are. When I say that they handled everything, it’s an understatement! They helped us with so many details that were important and that we would’ve easily missed-VERY professional and organized. These ladies never sat down from early morning until late night. They truly took such great care of us and never left our side all day! They are THE BEST! We’re forever grateful for them 💕
