Me and my family used The Wild Pampas Event to plan our last big event and it was nothing less than perfect! Calista helped us with absolutely anything we needed and she made our dream party come to life! From the decorations, to the sweet treats everything was absolutely stunning. I have absolutely no complaints. If you're looking for a very good and reliable event planner she is the one to call! 10/10 Recommend using Wild Pampas Events to plan your dream event!

These ladies did a fabulous job of bringing my vision to life! They were able to problem solve without me and are a huge reason I was able to be so present and in the moment the day of my wedding. I knew they were handling all the logistics and my faith was not misplaced!!

Rachel was incredibly easy to work with. She listened to and executed our wish list and helped us think through details we hadn’t thought about at all. I definitely felt comfortable to relax and enjoy our wedding day knowing she was taking care of all the logistics. Her many years of experience gave us much needed advice as we navigated the puzzle of wedding planning. Couldn’t recommend more!

Claire did an excellent job coordinating our wedding. She responded quickly to all my texts, emails, and calls. She made sure I got everything I wanted to have happen on the day of the wedding. She made sure we were happy. For example, I really wanted a video shown before I walked down the aisle, she worked with church staff to make sure it showed properly and had sound. When she saw that one person was calling me too often about wedding setup on the wedding day, she got the phone number and had the person call her instead. Another thing that happened was we did not have a cake knife on the cake table. Before I could look for her she appeared, saw we needed a knife, and came back from the church kitchen within seconds. Oh, and by the way, we had buffet style food service at the reception, but guess who got our food for my husband and I? It was Claire! She truly relieved my stress and anxiety. We are forever grateful, she is worth every penny we spent!

Lindsey & Emmi were amazing to work with. Easy to communicate even from Indiana. Very flexible and changes were easily made.

I have known Katie for about five years, and after being a bridesmaid in a wedding she planned, I knew as soon as I got engaged that I wanted her to be our planner/coordinator. It was one of the best decisions we made. Katie and her assistant were incredible from start to finish. She helped review contracts, answered countless questions, texts, and phone calls, and made the entire process feel so much smoother and less stressful. On the wedding day, she was absolutely amazing. I did not have to think about a single detail — I was able to just be present, be a bride, and enjoy the day. She handled everything so seamlessly and always seemed to know what we needed before we even did. We truly could not have done it without her, and we cannot recommend her enough.

Hiring Kristy and Margaret Claire’s as our full-service wedding planner was one of the best decisions we made!! From our first conversation, we were impressed by her talent and expertise. Kristy was organized, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She and her team guided us through every step of the process with ease. What was overwhelming became genuinely enjoyable because we knew we were in expert hands. Kristy took the time to understand our daughter’s vision and brought it to life in ways that exceeded our expectations. Every detail from vendor coordination and timelines to design, logistics, and last-minute adjustments was managed flawlessly. On the wedding day, Kristy and her team made sure everything ran seamlessly, allowing us to truly relax and be present in the moment. We didn’t have to worry about anything. She and her team were amazing resources for any questions we had. Not only are Kristy and her team exceptionally talented, but they are also kind, responsive, and fun to work with! Our wedding was beautiful and stress-free, and we are forever grateful! Friends and family haven’t stopped complimenting everything about the wedding! Dani was a great wedding planner, from the time I hired her she helped me through every single step. We started off with a zoom meeting once a month and as time got closer, we had a meeting every 2 weeks. Dani talk to every vendor and made a lot of decisions easy for me. I had a destination wedding and she was excellent. If you’re looking for a wedding planner look no further. Definitely worth the money and great service!!!

Brittany and Ella were absolutely amazing. They are incredibly sweet and down to earth people. On top of them being great people, they are extremely talented at their job. They met with us in person prior to the wedding and also the day before for rehearsal practice. They made sure to have our wedding run as smoothly as possible and it sure did! Nothing went wrong, everything I expected happened exactly the way I imagined it to be. They also were little ninjas when it came to closing down the wedding and packing everything up. It helped us so much and my family keep raving to us about how amazing they were and how it was the best decision for us to hire them, and we definitely agree! I couldn’t ask for anything better and we are so grateful that they were a part of our day!!

Maura is great for helping you plan and execute your wedding! She is super flexible when it comes to setting up meetings or just sending her a quick text if you need something! She went above and beyond for our wedding and I am so grateful we had her there to execute on the big day and see my vision come to life!
