I hired Kelsey for both of my daughters’ weddings, as both the florist and the wedding planner. She surpassed all of my expectations. Her flower designs were even more gorgeous than I had hoped they would be. Her knowledge and talent made the wedding planning process, in particular managing vendors’ contracts, reception setup, and wedding day management so easy on me, that I could really enjoy my daughters’ wedding days! I recommend Kelsey with no hesitation. She is a highly professional Wedding Planner!

My wife and I hired Kelsey as our wedding planner and florist for our October 2024 wedding, and it was quite possibly the best decision we made during the entire wedding planning process! In the months leading up to the wedding, Kelsey was prepared, thorough, and went above our expectations to showcase what our wedding vision would like. She brought us so much peace of mind through her experience and extremely reliable communication. On the wedding day, Kelsey did an excellent job of coordinating everything, and provided us with some of the most breathtaking flowers we could have hoped for. I highly recommend considering Kelsey for florals and/or coordination!

10/10 - Kelsey is the entire reason our wedding was so beautiful and enjoyable. She was both our wedding planner and our florist. She is patient, kind, reliable and organized. The thing that made me choose her initially was her kind and calm demeanor. She wants you to have your perfect day, but knows that can only happen with realistic expectations and action. Kelsey is so level-headed and organized, we never had to worry if everything would come together. One of our vendors was very difficult to work with but since it was what we wanted, Kelsey made it happen for us. If you're not looking for a planner (I would urge you to re-consider ;)) but need a florist, she was amazing at that too. All of our florals were beautiful and we got so many compliments from guests. Our photographer, caterer, HMU and venue reps also all commented on how wonderful Kelsey is to work with as a professional. If you want a beautiful, peaceful wedding + planning process, Kelsey Gray Events is the planner/florist you've been looking for!

When we chose Kelsey as our partial wedding planner, I (the bride) was in the process of relocating from Memphis to Middle Tennessee. At that point, I was looking for a new house to live in and new job. As you can imagine, planning a wedding on top became quite stressful. The only thing we had done at this point was our venue, caterer, and photographer and were left to do with the many details that are involved when planning a 150 person wedding. After we began working with Kelsey, we quickly saw that we made the right choice. Kelsey is organized, detail oriented, and reliable. Most importantly in my opinion, Kelsey excels in communication with her clients as well as bridging conversations with other vendors. We trusted Kelsey and valued her opinions with all things Wedding. I often felt overwhelmed with the choices and decisions that went along with planning but having Kelsey on our team felt like a weight off my shoulders. She helped us stay on track and realistic with our budget and even saved us money in some instances! For example, our venue allowed tent sharing between clients. When the couple whose wedding was the day after ours expressed interest, Kelsey took initiative in getting the tent share agreement started then done (which involved collaboration between us, the other couple, our venue manager, and tent vendor) and saved us quite a bit of our budget. The day of the wedding, I was blown away by how well Kelsey integrated all of my preferences and choices with her design expertise. On top of being our awesome wedding planner, Kelsey was our florist too! Flowers were not at the top of our priority list as far as budget allocation went but still, Kelsey created beautiful bouquets and boutonnieres and floral arrangements for our altar and guest tables. After the wedding, I kept my bouquet in a vase at home and it continued to be beautiful for almost two weeks! I highly recommend Kelsey as an event planner. We have greatly appreciated her hard work and patience with us as we muddled through this process. The only thing I would have done differently was have her on with us from the very beginning!

Kelsey made our day go by so easy!! I felt so relaxed and knew I didn’t have to worry about a thing with her there - and what more could you want on your wedding day! Our perfect day wouldn’t have been nearly what it was if not for her. We are so grateful to have found her! Also recommend her as your florist! My flowers were beautiful and received so many compliments! She’s a wonderful person and wonderful planner. I’ve attached some pictures of our flowers!

Kelsey was wonderful to work with and I was absolutely blown away with my floral. She exceeded my expectations! Kelsey had time for all of my questions and concerns and really eased my angst with her responsiveness and back up plans during strange times. I got married in November, but always imagined a spring wedding so Kelsey collaborated a few ideas with me and everything turned out beautiful. She is not overpriced and was in a very reasonable range and worked within budget.

Kelsey was our coordinator, designer, and florist, and I almost wish I had hired her for more. I'm not a great planner, and my husband and I have very busy jobs. She was so patient and helpful throughout the original planning and our postponement, she even sent us a care package on our original date. I'm in near tears just remembering how beautiful everything was, even on Polaroids.
Another thing we LOVED is her focus on sustainability and creating less waste, which is who we are as a couple. She did however offer to use the flower blocks, but emphasized how amazing it could be without. She also donated our flowers after!
From the original communication and planning, to design and floral work, to the seamlessness of our day, Kelsey was one of the best choices we made. She was willing to try something new and truly listened to everything we wanted, and it was a scatter brained nearly 2 years!
