I like that they took the layout of the venue and made sure the theme of the wedding fit for the space in a cohesive way. Haley was the single most important decision we made for our wedding day. When we first started looking for a day-of coordinator, we reached out to about ten different people—and Haley was not only the first to respond, but also the most thoughtful and detail-oriented from the very beginning. Her communication was fast, clear, and immediately made us feel at ease. In the month leading up to the wedding, she scheduled two planning calls to walk through the timeline with us. She was incredibly organized, attentive, and really listened to our vision while helping shape it into a seamless, realistic plan. On the day of the wedding, Haley and her team showed up early and took charge of the setup—even as we dealt with off-and-on rain. She handled everything with such calm professionalism and still made the ceremony space look absolutely perfect. She also managed the ceremony music flawlessly, which was something we’d been a little nervous about going in. After the ceremony, her team transitioned everything to the reception space and made sure every table was styled exactly as we imagined. If anything went wrong, we never knew—because Haley had it all handled behind the scenes. She was truly exceptional and brought immense value to the day. We’re so grateful she was part of it—Haley made everything feel effortless and exactly how it was meant to be. Thank you Haley and team for everything you did for us!!

Rachel was incredibly easy to work with. She listened to and executed our wish list and helped us think through details we hadn’t thought about at all. I definitely felt comfortable to relax and enjoy our wedding day knowing she was taking care of all the logistics. I cannot recommend Katie O and her team enough. Everything about Katie's nature and personality makes her a perfect wedding coordinator. She's fun to work with but knows how to put her foot down and make things happen. I genuinely believe she was the most important vendor of my day. One of the most valuable parts of working with Katie was the vendor recommendations. She was so helpful in helping me stay within my budget by suggesting vendors in my price range, and also by telling me what was worth the splurge and where to save. Without her I may not have found my perfect vendor team. Katie made recommendations along the way and considered things I would have never thought to consider. From planning out the schedule to last minute ordering to the way she delivered on every single thing I asked of her, I could not have done it without Katie. Everything went so smoothly and I had zero complaints. It was genuinely the best day of my life!! So so grateful for Katie O and she would be the first vendor I'd recommend to anyone and everyone getting married.

Where do I even begin? Hiring Morgan as our month-of wedding coordinator was hands down one of the best decisions we made throughout our entire wedding planning process. From start to finish, Morgan went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was flawless and exactly what we had dreamed of. One of the most impressive things about Morgan was her ability to anticipate our needs before we even knew what we wanted. There were little touches and details that we mentioned once, in passing, and she made sure they were incorporated into the day—without us even having to remind her! A magical week in Italy ended with a fairytale palace ceremony orchestrated by Siena & Co. Events. I didn’t have to worry about anything. I shared what I would like with Joanna and she made everything happen. She connected me with all of the professionals I would need to complete our day. I could not have planned a wedding in Italy without her. I knew I could trust her, because her attention to detail is unmatched. I was so thrilled with the way she was able to bring to life everything I dreamed about. It was so incredible. Our day turned out more meaningful and beautiful than I even imagined.
