Callie with Lavender and Lace (now Gather and Heart) was the most wonderful person leading up to our wedding day! She made sure all details were taken care of, all loose ends were tied up, and made the day run perfectly smooth! She was such a god send! My only regret was only choosing the month-of-coordination package instead of just letting her plan the entire wedding from scratch. As soon as we got within our month of, my stress level decreased significantly because she took care of EVERYTHING!!

Miranda and her team were an absolute godsend! I was debating skipping a coordinator since there was a lot I wanted to DIY about my wedding but I am so glad my mom insisted and so happy I went with Lavender & Lace. Leading up to the wedding it was so helpful to have Miranda as a resource as I navigated the sometimes tricky world of wedding vendors and etiquette and to bounce ideas off of for inspiration. It was so wonderful to have a planner who had so much experience with making weddings look gorgeous even on a budget, and to not feel pressured to spend more for a beautiful wedding. Her recommendations on vendors saved us thousands, and we would have never found such an amazing caterer without her! Most importantly on the day of she was instrumental in helping keep the mood calm and tension free the whole evening. I cannot recommend her highly enough for a beautiful, stress free wedding day!

I had a destination wedding on 11/11/17 in Franklin, TN. The ladies at Lavender & Lace become some of my most trusted friends during the 9-month planning process. From the beginning when working with Miranda, she was a great sounding board for all my ideas. Everything had to be planned remotely, but she was my eyes and ears in Franklin. I did not even get to visit the venue (private rental) before the big day, but she worked out a visit with the owner months before so we could plan the set-up. During the planning, she changed her scheduling to an online system that worked great at keeping in touch. Callie was my DOC, and she was PHENOMENAL (nothing against Miranda; I'm sure she would have been great the day of too)!!! Callie and I started talking a month before the wedding on specifics. She was so encouraging and gave me the impression that I would not have to worry about anything on my wedding day. Boy, was she right! She took care of everything so I could just sit back and enjoy. The set-up was beautiful beyond words, and she was a much a part of the reception as my guests. I cannot recommend these ladies enough!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Miranda and Callie! They did a phenomenal job coordinating my wedding! My mother in law was so impressed with how they handled everything with such professionalism. We only hired them for day of coordination, but my husband wishes we would have met them earlier and had them plan our entire wedding :). I would highly recommend them for anything from day of coordination to full planning. You will not be disappointed!

After reading reviews and researching wedding planners online, I was instantly drawn to Lavender & Lace’s aesthetic. Then, after talking with Miranda on the phone for the first time, I immediately felt like we were on the same page and I really enjoyed her energy and calmness (an energy I knew that would be so important during wedding-prep and wedding-day chaos). I purchased the full-package and it was a thrill working so closely with Miranda and her team — anytime I felt like I had decision-fatigue, they jumped in for me to make sure everything was stress-free. I knew one of the most difficult portions of planning for me would be pulling together a cohesive style and this is truly where L&L shines….oh my word, when the wedding day rolled around, Miranda and team were flawless. They truly helped create our vision board and a day full of memories. They were two steps ahead of us at every move and ensured it was truly the best night of our lives.

I really wanted to like Miranda as I had heard great things about her. I am not sure if it was because I was in Texas trying to plan a wedding in Nashville, but she did not live up to the hype.

Cons: Poor communication. I was always following up with her and her team on where they were with things and certain items... She missed putting alcohol in our budget. She did not have our final walk through at the Clementine on her calendar, as I was on the phone with her reminding her we had it coming up and she told me she was going to be out of town. We planned it well in advance( since I was coming from Dallas) and a week before she told me she was unable to attend. The grooms cake was not put out. While we were cutting our wedding cake, my husband had to ask where his grooms cake was... The table/seating chart was not executed properly... I was told that as everyone was taking seats at their assigned tables, my father's table was too small for the amount of guests we had assigned to it... they had to switch tables with other guests and ended up in the far corner (not where the FOB should be sat...). We did not do programs as we told her we wanted calligraphy done on a chalkboard at the venue, well that never happened... Before my wedding party walked down the aisle, she asked them if the correct song was playing because she didnt know what it sounded like. I also would not consider her attire to be professional for what she showed up to our rehearsal in and what she wore at the Wedding and reception.. I dont consider cut off jeans and a tshirt or leggings with a shirt appropriate...

Pros: Extraordinary vision and design! I told Miranda what I liked vs disliked and she was able to create and pull together a fabulous look and design that was more than I could have dreamed of. Miranda is very creative and has tons of great ideas
