Gabby was truly OUTSTANDING and played a huge role in making our wedding day feel seamless and completely stress-free. From the early planning stages through the wedding day itself, she was incredibly professional, organized, and impressively quick to respond. Every time I reached out with a question or concern (which happened a million times), she provided clear answers that undoubtedly and persistently attested to her knowledge of the wedding industry. From the very beginning, Gabby was candid and honest when suggesting vendors, offering thoughtful recommendations without ever speaking negatively about others, which we really respected. This made the decision-making process so much easier, especially since we were not from the area and had very little familiarity with the venue or its surroundings. One thing that truly set her apart was that she made herself available for questions and advice from the moment we booked, rather than limiting communication to 30 or 60 days out like many planners do. That access was invaluable. Until you go through the wedding planning process yourself, you don’t realize how many small, random questions come up that are surprisingly difficult to figure out on your own. Take it from me, I initially planned on hiring only a day-of coordinator, but choosing partial planning and having access to Gabby’s wealth of knowledge and resources was a TOTAL game-changer. On top of her professionalism, Gabby is simply wonderful to be around; she was relatable, easy to talk to, and just radiated GREAT energy, which made the day itself even more enjoyable. Throughout the wedding, Gabby kept us updated so we always knew what was happening without ever having to worry about logistics ourselves. That communication allowed us to stay fully present and enjoy every moment. We also received countless compliments from our guests. So many people mentioned how kind, approachable, and helpful she was, and how smoothly everything ran because of her. Further, when touring the venue and notifying our other vendors that Gabby was our planner, they ALL had the nicest things to say about her which I feel probably says a lot considering the stressful/complicated work these vendors have to iron out together. Her attention to detail was evident both behind the scenes and on the wedding day. You could truly tell how much she cared about making sure everything unfolded exactly as we had envisioned. She handled every situation with warmth and professionalism, and we felt so, so, so lucky to have her leading the day. We would wholeheartedly recommend Gabby to any couple looking for a planner who is reliable, compassionate, and exceptionally capable.
