We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Katie! She truly listened to our vision and brought it to life beautifully, handling every detail seamlessly and making sure everything ran smoothly on the big day. We were able to relax and fully enjoy our wedding knowing we were in such capable hands. If you’re looking for someone professional, dedicated, and genuinely invested in making your wedding perfect, we can’t recommend her highly enough.

I don't know how to fully express just how amazing Kelly was! She was on top of every single detail, no matter how small, beginning months before the wedding, and then on the day of. Everything went smoothly (even in the face of rain, a late mother-in-law, and more!), because Kelly handled everything so professionally and quickly. My wedding turned out just how I had imagined it, because of her. She is friendly, professional, and just amazing. I was wowed from our first phone conversation, and knew that things were going to be okay from there on out!

Listen if you are considering Jayme to be a apart of planning your wedding, let me make it an easy YES for you! From the moment we first started working together, I know I had made the right decision! Jayme truly made my dream wedding a reality. Not only was Jayme able to help us navigate planning the wedding through a pandemic, but she did so in a state and city she was not familiar with and she did not skip a beat! Jayme and her time are professional, hardworking, creative and competent. They live, breath and sleep weddings and upscale events so if you considering booking her, you will not be disappointed. Any big events I have in the future, I will book them again and again! It truly was the best investment regarding our wedding planning and played vital role in why our wedding day was one of the best days of our lives. Our guests are still raving about how wonderful the wedding was and how amazing Jayme was. Worth every penny a million times over!

Seriously stop your search and book Summer immediately. She was, hands down, the best vendor of our entire wedding and I don't know what we would've done without her. Even my husband keeps bragging to everyone about how incredible she was. She is the reason that we (me and him, bridesmaids, mom, everyone) were truly able to just enjoy the day. She was available for a rehearsal, she met up with us the week-of to get all of the decor so we just had to show up to The Cordelle with my dress and some coffee :) When our wedding day looked like it was going to be raining and freezing, she swooped in with plans AB and B and I knew it was in the best hands. When we had some issues with other vendors, she handled it and I didn't even know until after the fact. She has a take-charge personality and is unbelievably dedicated to you and your vision/day and making that a reality. I truly cannot say enough great things about Summer. If you are getting married in the Nashville are, this is your person, no questions. I could go on for days. Thank you for making our day so incredibly perfect, Summer.

My husband and I live in Nashville and got married on June 9th on St. George Island, Florida. I was having an extremely difficult time planning my wedding from out of state and it was proving difficult to get vendors to respond to my inquiries. At that point Ashlea reached out to me and asked if she could assist. She ran with it! Within 1 week I had food for the wedding, flowers, table/chair rentals and well organized to do lists and spreadsheets to help during this hectic time. Ashlea was always sweet, caring and on top of it! She always made me feel great about this process and was such an asset to wedding planning. Every time i called, emailed or texted she responded right away with "What can i do!" or "I'm on it!". I couldnt have done this without her. Wedding planning is hectic and stressful. Alex was a DREAM to work with! My venue required a day-of planner, and I had no idea how helpful a planner would be until we met Alex. We hired her as our "month-of" planner, but she was so much more than that. She checked in about once a month before the actual month of our wedding, and was quick to respond anytime I had questions. Once our wedding month came up, she was so on top of everything. She made sure all of our vendor contracts were being fulfilled so we were getting what we paid for, and that all details were figured out before the wedding day. What I appreciated most about Alex is that she was so helpful in letting us have our vision, but also gently nudging us in more practical directions when needed. As our wedding got closer and there were tons of small decisions to make, especially about the timeline, Alex was so great in helping us figure out what was important to us and how to prioritize that. On the day of the wedding, Alex kept things running smoothly! Alex was a pleasure to be around during our wedding weekend, and kept the perfect balance of being available while giving us space during our wedding day. She also did our wedding florals, which were absolutely beautiful. She helped us stick to a budget we were comfortable with, while filling the room and keeping true to our vision. I would highly recommend Westerhouse Weddings to any Nashville brides looking for a planner or florals, and in hindsight I regret not hiring her for the full planning package!

From our first conversation I knew Krystal had the calming and organized energy we needed to help us with our wedding. She was a pleasure to work with and checked in with us each month with a detailed call to make sure we were staying on track. When I had questions or needed a second opinion she was always a quick phone call away and gave me amazing guidance. Leading up to our wedding day Krystal was so helpful in putting together our timeline and work though logistical problems. Krystal is very flexible and understanding (we went back and forth on some details) and communicated frequently with all of our vendors. Our wedding day could not have been more joyful or fun, all thanks to every tiny detail Krystal was on top of. Hire her for all of your party needs!

Before meeting Morgan, my fiancé and I had tried planning our wedding by ourselves. We had already sent out save the dates and our friends and family had begun making travel arrangements, but then our plans with the venue fell through. In hind-sight, it was for the best because we found Morgan and Connie! With about six months remaining, we reached out to Morgan and several other wedding planners. Out of all of the wedding planners whom we spoke to, Morgan clearly set herself apart as an ultimate problem solver and someone who would work hard to make our modern chic LOTR vision a reality. Because our wedding occurred in a remote part of the Bay Area, she basically had to create a network of vendors from scratch and research venues for us to choose from. In the end, Morgan selected a fantastic team of vendors - on the day of, the chemistry between her and the vendors made it seem like they had all been working together for years. To make us feel like a part of the planning process, she would send us to local bridal events with her curated list of vendors so that our time was never wasted. Her thoughtfulness, patience, and attention to detail culminated in a wedding day that was full of the best food, fun, glitter, lighting and hidden wow factors. Morgan’s unique signature on a wedding is the inclusion of sentimental touches which for us included peacock feathers, hand-made wedding favors with customized and themed seals (with hand-written signs by Morgan and Connie!), and a beautiful tree centerpiece. On the day of the wedding, both Morgan and Connie helped keep our nerves down leading up to the ceremony and kept the ambiance full of love and whimsical energy throughout the evening. If you are looking for a wedding planner, consultant, or day-of coordinator who is not afraid to think outside of the box to make your vision a reality, look no further than Morgan.

I could not have written up a better duo than Katie and Rebecca to help coordinate our wedding. We used K&K for month of planning and could not be happier with the decision. We communicated back and forth with Katie to pin down the perfect wedding timeline and met with her a few weeks prior to our wedding to go over details and show her the space. Katie provided the best combination of support for our decisions paired with recommendations for fun touches or elements that help pull things together based on her experience. The day of, Katie and Rebecca were the best mix of organized, professional, timely, and considerate of us as the bride and groom. They made the ceremony prep with the family so comfortable and kept everything on time throughout the evening without coming across as pushy in the slightest. Katie and Rebecca also gathered and organised all our personal items and distributed final gratuities, which gave us the ability to focus on our day and guests! We even pulled Katie away from her quick break to help with a question that the servers had, at which time she jumped into action. I could not imagine our day without Katie and Rebecca and highly recommend K&K for any Nashville couples considering a planner for their wedding!

We needed a professional and flexible vendor to decorate for our Mom’s 90th birthday party. Our coordinator Courtney came through in such a big way. She was pleasant,accommodating and went above and beyond to insure our mom’s day was memorable!
