Katie is fantastic all around and I cannot recommend her enough! As the groom, myself and my groomsmen were never wondering where we needed to be or what the timeline looked like. I can honestly say that Katie made the day extremely seamless, non stressful, and an amazing day all around. Our wedding was extremely detailed and Katie never missed a beat. She is extremely easy to work with and is always on top of everything, even the things you are not thinking about. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Katie is amazing!! I can't say enough wonderful things about her. From the beginning she was so helpful with vendor recs and making sure we stayed on track throughout the planning process. She was always available to answer questions. On wedding day she and her team set up the reception space perfectly and truly made my vision come to life! She took care of every detail. Our wedding day ran so smoothly and I was not stressed for a single second knowing that Katie was handling the day. I highly recommend Katie and her team!!

Jessica Rosenthal who works within the team was our lead coordinator and was fantastic! She was communicative and easily reached if we had any questions.

I have known Katie for about five years, and after being a bridesmaid in a wedding she planned, I knew as soon as I got engaged that I wanted her to be our planner/coordinator. It was one of the best decisions we made. Katie and her assistant were incredible from start to finish. She helped review contracts, answered countless questions, texts, and phone calls, and made the entire process feel so much smoother and less stressful. On the wedding day, she was absolutely amazing. I did not have to think about a single detail — I was able to just be present, be a bride, and enjoy the day. She handled everything so seamlessly and always seemed to know what we needed before we even did. We truly could not have done it without her, and we cannot recommend her enough.

Katie's coordination services are a must have! From our first initial meeting to the wedding day, Katie was extremely communicative, creative, and had amazing vendor recommendations. Katie and her team made the day as seamless as possible and we had nothing to worry about. The inside of the venue was transformed into more than what we could have imagined and was absolutely stunning. HIRE HER!!! Katie, and her team went above and beyond for my wedding. We were truly able to enjoy the day stress free, and without her team this could have never been possible. They set up every bit of my personal decor (I had a lot), candles, as well as each tablescape. They even moved flowers from the ceremony to another location on the property for the reception. They also loaded every bit of it up at the end of the night without a single item getting broken (we used some of my grandmother's china in our wedding). More importantly, nothing stresses her out, or flusters her in the slightest- even difficult wedding party members and guests, weather, uncommunicative vendors, you name it! She handles everything in a calm manner, and approaches everything with the bride's wishes in mind. She is organized, timely, and efficient with all meetings, and final walk throughs leading up to the wedding. She truly knows everything there is to know about weddings, and also provided some great advice along the way. I texted her at least once a month, and she was always so responsive. The month out, I probably texted her a couple times a week. My only regret is not hiring her sooner-I did one month out planning. All I can say is that we are still on cloud 9 from our wedding running so smoothly, and it is all thanks to the Katie O Team!!

Katie is first class all the way! Her level of communication and competence is rare these days. She is prompt, thorough and also very kind! Her experience and confidence was clear from the beginning and the wedding day exceeded any and all expectations!
