Katie is fantastic all around and I cannot recommend her enough! As the groom, myself and my groomsmen were never wondering where we needed to be or what the timeline looked like. I have known Katie for about five years, and after being a bridesmaid in a wedding she planned, I knew as soon as I got engaged that I wanted her to be our planner/coordinator. It was one of the best decisions we made. Katie and her assistant were incredible from start to finish. She helped review contracts, answered countless questions, texts, and phone calls, and made the entire process feel so much smoother and less stressful. HIRE HER!!! Katie, and her team went above and beyond for my wedding. We were truly able to enjoy the day stress free, and without her team this could have never been possible. They set up every bit of my personal decor (I had a lot), candles, as well as each tablescape. They even moved flowers from the ceremony to another location on the property for the reception. They also loaded every bit of it up at the end of the night without a single item getting broken (we used some of my grandmother's china in our wedding). More importantly, nothing stresses her out, or flusters her in the slightest- even difficult wedding party members and guests, weather, uncommunicative vendors, you name it! She handles everything in a calm manner, and approaches everything with the bride's wishes in mind. She is organized, timely, and efficient with all meetings, and final walk throughs leading up to the wedding. She truly knows everything there is to know about weddings, and also provided some great advice along the way. I texted her at least once a month, and she was always so responsive. The month out, I probably texted her a couple times a week. My only regret is not hiring her sooner-I did one month out planning. All I can say is that we are still on cloud 9 from our wedding running so smoothly, and it is all thanks to the Katie O Team!!

Katie and her team are amazing. I had booked Katie in April, but she would really step into play 6 weeks out. Even though she was mainly giving services 6 weeks from my wedding day, she gave me a lot of guidance leading up to it before the 6 weeks. She is kind, helpful, and honest. I cannot recommend Katie O and her team enough. Everything about Katie's nature and personality makes her a perfect wedding coordinator. She's fun to work with but knows how to put her foot down and make things happen. I genuinely believe she was the most important vendor of my day.
One of the most valuable parts of working with Katie was the vendor recommendations. She was so helpful in helping me stay within my budget by suggesting vendors in my price range, and also by telling me what was worth the splurge and where to save. Without her I may not have found my perfect vendor team.
Katie made recommendations along the way and considered things I would have never thought to consider. From planning out the schedule to last minute ordering to the way she delivered on every single thing I asked of her, I could not have done it without Katie. Everything went so smoothly and I had zero complaints. It was genuinely the best day of my life!! So so grateful for Katie O and she would be the first vendor I'd recommend to anyone and everyone getting married.

I wish there were words to describe how incredible Katie is. I am an event planner in the hotel business, and Katie surpassed every expectation I could have dreamed of. She is incredible at what she does. She manages all of your vendors, meanwhile also ensuring your vision is met. She is kind, and understanding. She will love your family and be your best friend on your wedding day, you truly will feel like you've known her for years. I can't say enough wonderful things, so I will tell you a 3 things Katie did on my wedding day: 1. We couldn't zip my dress..... for 35 minutes.. as you can imagine, I am crying, and stressed, so someone goes to find Katie (she is busy setting my stuff up) but she comes running and within 30 seconds my dress is zipped. Magic. Angel. 2. My mom lost her diamond earring and was upset.. all I can say is Katie found it. Life saver. 3. It was a little hotter than expected and my cake melted.. Katie was in the back piecing it back together. Incredible.... Genuinely, I can't thank her enough! She is great at what she does and you won't regret having her by your side.

Katie Will Make It Memorable
I have two daughters that both were married in the last two years. We had a coordinator for both weddings. One wedding was exhausting for me, running around a large venue the day of, taking things from the grooms suite to the brides. Welcoming vendors and showing them where to go. Setting up lunch for the two suites. Overseeing the decorations and having to remind the coordinator about the brides vision. She never met with us in person except for a zoom call before the wedding. Fortunately, for one of the weddings, we hired Katie! She met with us in person and also at the venue to do the walk through. This review is from the mother of the bride who made great memories at her daughter’s wedding by letting all the details that are so important fall to a professional, dedicated planner so I could be present for all the moments that really matter. Katie helped us plan, organize and execute with care and attention to detail. The day of the wedding, I barked out orders like a General and Katie handled every detail beyond my expectation. She thought around the blind corners we would not have seen due to her experience and expertise. She had also worked weddings at the venue we chose, which was awesome that she came with best practices that made the wedding even better. Her team the day of was professional and caring. The prices for her services are very reasonable and priceless if you want to guarantee less stress for you and your bride when planning such a big and important event. You will not be disappointed in hiring Katie, she is phenomenal at her job. Thank you Katie and team for helping me make great memories with my daughter on her special day! ❤️

Katie and her team went above and beyond to help us plan and execute our dream wedding! From the very first meeting we had with her, Katie was professional and kind. She is detail-oriented and cares about her couples as people, not just as clients. The Best Wedding Coordinator!
Katie was a phenomenal month of coordinator for our wedding in June! She was available by text from the moment I booked her back in November all the way up to the wedding day. At first, I didn’t quite know how to let go of my “wedding baby” in April as I had just spent 6 months planning it. However, Katie was able to soothe any worries I had any took over the logistics/planning so I could enjoy the final days leading up to the wedding. As for the wedding week/day itself… we had a few last minute issues that Katie was able to handle professionally and quickly when I was in bride freak out mode. She told me she had it handled and she did! The Nashville weather got the best of our outdoor ceremony, but Katie was able to still make my wedding day dreams come true with a last minute decision to be inside. My husband and I truly couldn’t recommend Katie O more. She helped us throughout the entire planning process and made everything so easy. From managing vendors, deciding where we wanted to spend or cut back, to making sure we’d checked everything off before the big day, Katie was there every step of the way. But the thing that made Katie stand out is how she somehow managed to turn a terrible weather situation into something better than we could imagine. We were planning a fully outdoor wedding, from the ceremony, cocktail hour, to a seated dinner. However, when the day arrived, it was quite literally raining sideways with tornado warnings. Katie came up with an entirely new game plan and shifted everything indoors, while still keeping the vibe and aesthetic we were hoping for at the top of my mind. She kept everything on time to the minute and helped make the day all we could’ve hoped for. Like I said, we can’t recommend her enough!

The best there is!
My husband and I truly couldn’t recommend Katie O more. She helped us throughout the entire planning process and made everything so easy. From managing vendors, deciding where we wanted to spend or cut back, to making sure we’d checked everything off before the big day, Katie was there every step of the way. But the thing that made Katie stand out is how she somehow managed to turn a terrible weather situation into something better than we could imagine. We were planning a fully outdoor wedding, from the ceremony, cocktail hour, to a seated dinner. However, when the day arrived, it was quite literally raining sideways with tornado warnings. Katie came up with an entirely new game plan and shifted everything indoors, while still keeping the vibe and aesthetic we were hoping for at the top of my mind. She kept everything on time to the minute and helped make the day all we could’ve hoped for. Like I said, we can’t recommend her enough!

The BEST wedding planner!!!
I had met with several different wedding planners before I found Katie and her team. One of the planners I had met with before Katie left me in tears after telling me I couldn’t have a wedding in Nashville for under $80,000 and I was wasting my time if I thought I could. When I found Katie she was quick to tell me that was totally NOT true and she would help me plan the wedding of my dreams for the budget I had in mind! Katie did that and so much more!! She helped me every single step of the way finding vendors, planning every small detail, answering all of my questions and keeping me on track with my budget! I truly could not have had the wedding of my dreams if it weren’t for Katie and her incredible team. On the day of our wedding, she took care of EVERYTHING!! She kept us on schedule and made sure everything and everyone went according to plan! I know this is a long review but I needed to paint an accurate picture of just how amazing Katie is because she is an absolute GEM and if you want the perfect wedding you need her to help you pull it off!!

May Wedding at the Noelle
We worked with Jessica and she was a dream come true!
My (now) husband and I have crazy work schedules and planning a wedding seemed daunting on top of the day-to-day. We hired Jess to be our month-of coordinator, and I literally could not have had this wedding without her! She knew exactly how to make me feel at ease, she was professional and worked on so many details with the vendors. After the wedding 10 of our guests came to me and said how kind, helpful and efficient she was! She helped me and all of our wedding party so much, everyone noticed how great she was! She had two assistants who were helpful and took photos for us to enjoy until our professional photos come in. I cannot recommend Katie O & Jessica more. They are top notch people and professionals. We had our dream wedding and a huge contribution to that was Jessica & her team. Definitely book them if they are available for your date!

Katie O is the BEST!!
After our engagement, we had no idea where to begin. I started searching for vendors and ended up overwhelmed and had so many questions. I searched for wedding coordinators and saw nothing but great things about Katie O Coordination. Once I messaged with her, I knew I had made the best choice! She eased all of my worries and made wedding planning a breeze. I never felt stressed and was able to enjoy the entire process.
Katie always makes your day feel like her top priority! I am very indecisive and she helped confirm my vision and offer her expert opinion when I needed it. She helped put together the most amazing team of vendors who worked amazing together. Our wedding day could not have been more perfect! She was in all the right places at the right time to ensure everything went smoothly and I had more than I could ever ask for. Waking up the day after to an entire album of photos and videos she and her team took was so special and gave us memories we will hold on to forever!

We had a wonderful experience with Katie. She helped us with recommendations throughout the planning process, kept us on track for all major milestones and handled the day of amazingly! Katie is truly a gem. From the moment I first sat down with her, she and I clicked right away. She's professional, kind, and down to clown. It was such a blessing to have Katie Osborn as our wedding coordinator. She is kind, attentive, professional, and her attention to detail is outstanding. She always responded quickly and thoroughly when we contacted her. We had to make the decision to move our ceremony inside at the last minute due to rain and she took care of every detail and the transition went smoothly. Every detail was taken care of and she did it all in 20 minutes! The ceremony with 220 guests began right on time. It was amazing. If you are looking for a coordinator you need Katie Osborn.

Katie was absolutely incredible! She made my life so easy. When I was stressed about reaching out to vendors month of, she took over and took all of that off my plate and made the month of run smoothly. Day of the wedding went better than I could have imagined; she was on top of every detail. If there were any problems, I didn't know about it because in the eyes of Spencer and I the day went perfect. She had all of my decor set up just like I dreamed. Anytime I tried to help she made sure I sat back and just enjoyed the day. She has a great relationship with the vendors I chose and knew exactly what to do with each. I swear she was in 20 places all at once! She was always right there with Spencer and I making sure we had all we needed. Anytime I needed water or a drink she was two steps ahead of me already waiting for me with it. I could not say enough good things about Katie. I will forever be grateful for all she did to make it the most special day. On top of that outside of her work, she is such a sweet and caring person that I truly enjoyed any time I got to meet up with her. Thank you, Katie! You are a beautiful person inside and out. You were born for this job! We will be telling our friends about you anytime we talk about our wedding!

Katie was an absolute blessing through the whole process of planning! I am not good at making decisions or dealing with a lot of stress and she was there any time I had a problem/question. Even though I hired her for 6 weeks, she allowed me to call/text/video call her any time I needed her. The day of the wedding, her assistant was amazing as well! Anytime I needed something they were right there ready to help. I cannot recommend them enough. Even the guests at the wedding complimented her and her staff to me after they wedding.

Working with Katie and her team was so easy and wonderful! Which when you are in the depths of wedding planning is truly a breath of fresh air. As I reflect on my wedding day, absolutely nothing went wrong. And if something actually did go wrong, I literally have no idea because Katie managed everything so that my husband and I could fully enjoy our day without stress!! Our vision did not follow the typical wedding timeline but Katie ensured that everything progressed seamlessly and just how we envisioned. One thing that stood out to me was during our Timeline meeting 4 weeks out, I asked Katie what she needed from me or what I could do to help (Type A personality here). Her response was "nothing". She said she would manage all the vendors from there and that she wanted my fiance and I to be able to relax and enjoy the weeks leading up to our wedding. The way she truly cares for her couples is unmatchable! She exceeded all of my expectations and I am so so thankful she was apart of our special day! There is not one thing I would change from my wedding and I fully believe that is due to Katie's guidance during planning and her support on the day of!

Katie and her assistant Jessica were so amazing on our wedding day! They kept the day so organized and didn’t miss a beat. Katie was my wedding planner this year for our September 9 2023 wedding. She is AMAZING and truly a pleasure to work with. She brought our vision to reality. Very flexible and easy to work with! The day of the wedding ran PERFECTLY. There were no hiccups (at least none that I, the bride knew about). She dealt with all the vendors the day of where the bride and MOB did not have to do a thing, other than just sit back, relax and truly enjoy the day! Katie kept the schedule flowing and everything ran on time. She truly took over and simplified the entire process and planning this day would truly not have been possible without her, even things we would not have expected such as our cold drinks ready for us during photos, dinner plate ready for us at reception so we could actually eat, making sure my dress and hair looked perfect for all the photos. She is an Angel! HIGHLY recommend.

Package of perfection!
Katie and her team are THE best wedding coordinators in the south. I'm a planner myself, and Katie thought of things I never even dreamed of. She is the perfect balance of sweet and kind, but extremely professional and gets things DONE. Her communication, creativity, and attention to detail are outstanding, and my day would not have been as perfect as it was without Katie and her team!

From our very first meeting with Katie, I knew that we were in good hands! She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, creative, and very responsive. She helped with picking out final vendors, coming up with the venue layout, making the timeline, communicating with all vendors in the final weeks and SO much more. Katie is exceptional, we absolutely love her!
Working with Katie felt like having a close friend by our side. She took the time to understand our vision, preferences, and unique personalities, to ensure that our wedding reflected who we are as a couple. She made us feel so loved and celebrated, and she was only a phone call or text away whenever we needed her. I honestly don't know what we would have done without her!
Having Katie help us through the wedding planning process was such a blessing. If we had to do it all over again, Katie would be our first call!

Katie was a blessing as our day of coordinator. She was always only a text, email or phone call away. She handled everything beautifully even when we had a little issue with the sound. She was right on top of it. I’ve coordinated weddings myself but when it’s your own daughter it sure helps to have someone else in charge on day of.

Katie was better than a therapist!
I had never used a party planner before for an event, but hired Katie at the recommendation of a trusted friend. Katy was incredibly organized, and kept me on track for contacting vendors, sending out invites, and preparing for the event itself. As the big day approached, she added to her role as party planner, and stepped in a therapist reassuring me everything was going to go beautifully. When we arrived at the party, she had everything ready to rock and roll with the caterer, the bartender and the photographer, and had decorated the space even more beautiful than we had expected. The party was perfect...not a thing that we would have changed...Katie thought of everything, and helped us execute it all without stress, so that we could enjoy ourselves at the party, and create a memorable experience for our guests. Thank you, Katie!!! You're a rock star!

Best decision I made for my wedding!
Hiring Katie was the best thing I did for my wedding. From the very beginning, she was able to guide me toward stellar vendors and create a framework to go about planning a wedding. She was responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. We had several meetings in the weeks before the wedding to finalize details, and she really put my mind at ease that she had thought of every detail so I didn't have to. On the day of the event, I found myself (a normally very anxious person) completely relaxed because I trusted that Katie would take care of any bumps along the road in a way that aligned with my vision for the event. She is a natural leader and was able to control large groups of my friends and family with grace. Katie is kind, organized, creative, and an all-around amazing human being. She made my wedding day perfect. She was the first person I hired for my wedding, and I wouldn't change a thing.

Katie was such a important part of our day. She made sure everything ran so smoothly and took all of the stress off of me. Katie and her assistant were incredible. Whenever anyone asks about wedding planning tips, I automatically say hire a wedding coordinator/planner and I know the best one. You need a wedding coordinator
Katie was an amazing addition to our team! My venue actually required a month of coordinator, a vendor I was not originally planning on having. However, I now realize how crazy that would have been!! I was planning an out of town wedding, and it was such a relief to have Katie take over the communication between my vendors as the date grew nearer. She knew the location better than I did, knew what worked well and what would be challenging, and even advocated for the things I wanted that were a bit out of the ordinary or harder to achieve.
Day of, she and her team worked to be the support I needed as a bride, with so many tips and tricks to keep the event moving and give me a breather here and there. Could not recommend Katie enough!

Katie is incredibly professional, timely, organized and creative. Our wedding would not have happened if it wasn't for Katie. She supported every vendor, aspect of our wedding and execution. We are so grateful she was recommended to us. She tailored our package to exactly what we needed & went beyond expectations day of. Working with Katie was an absolute dream and I'm so glad she stuck with us even when we had to postpone the wedding due to the pandemic. I consider myself an abnormally organized person and she still managed to take care of things before I even thought of them. She was there for us in times when we were overwhelmed and "needed an adult" to make choices or calls, she didn't judge our eclectic/quirky wedding choices, and she floated around like she was in roller skates our whole wedding day, putting everything in it's place and making sure our day was everything we dreamed it would be. An absolutely wonderful experience.
