Katie and her team did more than we could even imagine. Katie was so helpful and quick to respond during the whole planning process. Her and her team helped accomplish everything I had envisioned and made it even better than I imagined. She made the entire day run so smoothly with no hiccups. I could keep going on and on about how grateful I am, hiring Katie was the best decision we made while planning! -

I cannot recommend Katie O and her team enough. Everything about Katie's nature and personality makes her a perfect wedding coordinator. She's fun to work with but knows how to put her foot down and make things happen. I genuinely believe she was the most important vendor of my day.
One of the most valuable parts of working with Katie was the vendor recommendations. She was so helpful in helping me stay within my budget by suggesting vendors in my price range, and also by telling me what was worth the splurge and where to save. Without her I may not have found my perfect vendor team.
Katie made recommendations along the way and considered things I would have never thought to consider. From planning out the schedule to last minute ordering to the way she delivered on every single thing I asked of her, I could not have done it without Katie. Everything went so smoothly and I had zero complaints. It was genuinely the best day of my life!! So so grateful for Katie O and she would be the first vendor I'd recommend to anyone and everyone getting married. -

I wish there were words to describe how incredible Katie is. I am an event planner in the hotel business, and Katie surpassed every expectation I could have dreamed of. She is incredible at what she does. She manages all of your vendors, meanwhile also ensuring your vision is met. She is kind, and understanding. She will love your family and be your best friend on your wedding day, you truly will feel like you've known her for years. I can't say enough wonderful things, so I will tell you a 3 things Katie did on my wedding day: 1. We couldn't zip my dress..... for 35 minutes.. as you can imagine, I am crying, and stressed, so someone goes to find Katie (she is busy setting my stuff up) but she comes running and within 30 seconds my dress is zipped. Magic. Angel. 2. My mom lost her diamond earring and was upset.. all I can say is Katie found it. Life saver. 3. It was a little hotter than expected and my cake melted.. Katie was in the back piecing it back together. Incredible.... Genuinely, I can't thank her enough! She is great at what she does and you won't regret having her by your side. -

Katie and her team went above and beyond to help us plan and execute our dream wedding! From the very first meeting we had with her, Katie was professional and kind. She is detail-oriented and cares about her couples as people, not just as clients. She has a wealth of experience in the wedding industry, and her recommendations and vendor connections were so helpful. I swear she answered within 5 minutes any time I reached out to her with questions or concerns! She was more than just a coordinator; she was a friend. We purchased the month-of coordination package, and we are SO glad we did. We have already recommended Katie O to all of our engaged friends. On our wedding day, we were able to actually be present, laugh, and have the best day of our lives thanks to Katie O and her incredible team. Tara and Jess were our day-of team, and all of our family and friends spoke so highly of how patient they were yet how they ensured everyone was on time and everything went smoothly. I could go on and on about the Katie Osborne coordination team... BOOK THEM! We are so glad we did. :) -

Katie was so valuable during the planning process. She had multiple recommendations at various price points for everything needed. We didn’t need to waste time on some comparisons because she had all that info handy. Multiple suggestions saved us money well beyond what we paid to her. Reassuring to know that she was managing changes and communications with all venders as counts and layouts get updated in the final weeks and days. She and her team made the wedding day stress free and gorgeous! We got to show up and just enjoy the party! We highly recommend her! -

Katie was a phenomenal month of coordinator for our wedding in June! She was available by text from the moment I booked her back in November all the way up to the wedding day. At first, I didn’t quite know how to let go of my “wedding baby” in April as I had just spent 6 months planning it. However, Katie was able to soothe any worries I had any took over the logistics/planning so I could enjoy the final days leading up to the wedding. As for the wedding week/day itself… we had a few last minute issues that Katie was able to handle professionally and quickly when I was in bride freak out mode. She told me she had it handled and she did! The Nashville weather got the best of our outdoor ceremony, but Katie was able to still make my wedding day dreams come true with a last minute decision to be inside. Katie took care of us every step of the way and there is absolutely nothing we would change about our wedding! Thank you to Katie and her team for giving us the wedding of our dreams! -

Katie Osborne and her team were exceptional. I hired Katie for her month-of coordination services, but she provided me with so much more support than I could have imagined. She was always there for a text or a call (whether it be to answer substantive questions or calm my bridal nerves), she stayed on top of vendors and remembered every detail about my day, making sure my vision came to life, handled my difficult family with grace - the list goes on and on. I can’t even imagine my wedding if I had decided to work with anyone else. If you hire Katie for your wedding planning/coordination needs, I promise you won’t regret it! -

Katie was such an amazing help during the whole wedding planning process. I truly couldn’t have done any of it without her. The day of, both Katie and her staff were so helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly. Even though I had some delicate family issues, Katie handled it perfectly. Her staff even made sure to take some behind the scenes pictures for me on my wedding day! It was such a nice suprise to get the next day! -

My husband and I truly couldn’t recommend Katie O more. She helped us throughout the entire planning process and made everything so easy. From managing vendors, deciding where we wanted to spend or cut back, to making sure we’d checked everything off before the big day, Katie was there every step of the way. But the thing that made Katie stand out is how she somehow managed to turn a terrible weather situation into something better than we could imagine. We were planning a fully outdoor wedding, from the ceremony, cocktail hour, to a seated dinner. However, when the day arrived, it was quite literally raining sideways with tornado warnings. Katie came up with an entirely new game plan and shifted everything indoors, while still keeping the vibe and aesthetic we were hoping for at the top of my mind. She kept everything on time to the minute and helped make the day all we could’ve hoped for. Like I said, we can’t recommend her enough! -

We worked with Jessica and she was a dream come true!
My (now) husband and I have crazy work schedules and planning a wedding seemed daunting on top of the day-to-day. We hired Jess to be our month-of coordinator, and I literally could not have had this wedding without her! She knew exactly how to make me feel at ease, she was professional and worked on so many details with the vendors. After the wedding 10 of our guests came to me and said how kind, helpful and efficient she was! She helped me and all of our wedding party so much, everyone noticed how great she was! She had two assistants who were helpful and took photos for us to enjoy until our professional photos come in. I cannot recommend Katie O & Jessica more. They are top notch people and professionals. We had our dream wedding and a huge contribution to that was Jessica & her team. Definitely book them if they are available for your date! -

Katie and her team are absolutely amazing. Hiring her was by far the best decision we made. She made sure our day ran seamlessly and made sure me, my husband, and our families were able to enjoy our day to the fullest.
