Nashville Audio Visual was the preferred vendor for our reception venue and I am so glad that they were the company we worked with for the lighting. They had a great suggestions, were responsive, and incredibly creative with some last minute lighting due to weather/temperature changes. They have an extensive inventory and professional experience, which makes the company easy to work with and accommodating.

Working with Stephanie was a DREAM come true. I had an idea in my head ( actually a part of an idea) that I could not explain at all. After sitting down with Stephanie the first time, she laid it all out for me, it was like she read my mind. Our wedding was GORGEOUS and to this day people are still talking about it. My husband and I were so impressed with her professionalism, she was also so "down to earth" she made us feel so comfortable coming to her with ANY and EVERY thing. I originally was just going to use her Decor services but I fell in love with Stephanie's patience and understanding and keen eye so much so that I terminated my contract with my wedding planner !! Stephanie explained to me she was NOT a wedding planner but would be more than happy to help me . When all was said and done there is no way anyone would have believed she was not a wedding planner. She is an Angel and she handled everything from invitations and flowers to helping me with hairstyles and colors. I have referred her to countless people and I wont use anyone else for any of my events. Thanks again Chicbystephanie !!!

We loved working with Bradfield Lighting Company. Greg was a pleasure to work with, as well as the owner, Jim. We told them our lighting ideas and they went above and beyond at our reception! We had string lights over the dance floor, as well as some spotlights that were multi-colored. They made the reception space look elegant, as well as fun! We highly recommend using Bradfield Lighting Co!

From the start, they provided multiple quotes with different lighting styles, helping us envision exactly what would work best for our space and vibe. I'm so happy and grateful that I found Red Umbrella for my wedding decor. Tejas, Sejal, and the entire RU team worked so hard to make each event unique and special. They are extremely talented, organized, and caring professionals who will take the time to understand your vision. Truly a hidden gem in the Indian wedding decor industry. Hire them for any event—you won't regret it!

We hired Luma for up lighting, pipe & draping to hide the tables for the flip, and a TV setup so we could have football available to our guests since we got married on a Saturday in October. They did a great job with everything, even handled the multiple changes, and were fine with us paying for majority of the quote except for the TVs since we were waiting on final game times to determine the number of TVs needed. I greatly appreciated their flexibility. The furniture was beautiful and exactly what our space needed. Hailey was the contact that we worked with the most and she was great and even better worked very well with our event coordinator. I do with that their website had the prices available on their furniture, even if it depends on what is in stock, as that could have cut down on a little bit of back and forth, but that's just a small minor thing. One thing that felt weird with Luma compared to other vendors was the fact that we never did a signed contract. I'm thinking it is because we hired them for a relatively smaller amount of items and majority of our communication was through my event coordinator, but did want to also mention that to help set any expectations with future clients! All in all Luma delivered on what we requested.
