Booking Tracey for our month of planning and day of coordination was the best decision we made for our wedding, hands down. We can't count how many times throughout our wedding day we told each other how thankful we were to have Tracey there.

Leading up to the wedding, I was able to text Tracey with ALL my questions - even the crazy ones! She was always so patient with me and made the month of planning much less stressful.

My husband and I got married at The Venue at Birchwood, where we had 3 spaces - ceremony chapel, outdoor cocktail area, and indoor reception hall. Tracey had everything decorated flawlessly the morning of - and I didn't really lift a finger! My bridesmaids and I were able to enjoy the morning getting ready together which I am SO thankful for.

Family photos were one part of the day we were nervous about - we had no clue how everyone was going to cooperate and we didn't want these photos to take up too much time from our day. Not with Tracey!! She was right beside the photographer the whole time shouting out the names on the photo list I provided - and let me tell you, it went by SO smooth and fast.

I could go on and on about how amazing this experience was with Tracey, but to sum it up - our wedding day was absolutely amazing, stress-free, and FUN and that's truly thanks to Tracey working so hard behind the scenes.

My husband and I hired Tracey for full wedding planning services back in December 2019 on a friend’s recommendation and it was the absolute best decision we could have made. Even pre-pandemic, we were anxious about our ability to pull off the big, joyful party we were hoping for given our budget constraints (and living in Nashville), and Tracey’s self-assuredness, vendor connections and “cooler older sister” energy put us very much at ease.

When we moved our date a few months out and then a year out due to COVID, she was ever flexible, and the liaison we needed to interface with vendors when we were emotionally spent. And when it came to executing month-of and day-of, Tracey went above and beyond with the details, down to creating our seating chart, displaying our cherished family photos, handling attire emergencies, taking care of family, and making sure the two of us always had a drink in hand.

We had the time of our lives and are so full of gratitude for Tracey’s resourcefulness, expertise and kindness throughout a tumultuous 1.5+ years. We truly could not have pulled it off such a gorgeous, perfect day without her. Chattanooga brides, you got a good one!

I hired Tracey as my day of coordinator. She was absolutely phenomenal not only say of but also in the weeks leading up to my big day.
She was there whenever I needed her and even helped me with LITERAL last minute emergencies when minutes before I was supposed to walk down the aisle we realized my dress was still a little too long.
I’ve never seen someone stay so calm on such a big and important day. I originally didn’t plan on having a coordinator but I am SO glad I did and couldn’t be happier with my decision for that to be Tracey.

We had a backyard wedding with ~40 people, and Tracy helped me turn our backyard into a gorgeous wedding venue in just 2x months. I had gotten engaged in August, and called her up the next week and asked if she could help me put together a wedding with all the bells & whistles by October (2x months!!) Tracey not only pulled together my dream wedding based off of all my ideas, but she helped me with my own timeline and what I would need.. Little things that I would have forgotten if I had done this on my own. She was like a (super organized) supportive friend with all the wedding connections. Day of, I felt absolutely no stress, as Tracey handled everything from the food deliveries, venue set up, and parking for our vendors in a residential neighborhood. Even my parents, whose house we married at, were extremely impressed with the level of professionalism Tracey presented. They were able to also just enjoy the day with me, our family, and friends without having to worry about the event itself. For just one woman, Tracey sure knows how to get it done! But all the while keeping it personable and unique to your style & personality.

We hired Tracey for month of coordination and design support; however, she was SO involved through the entire planning process. She provided amazing recommendations, came with me to my appointment to pick out decor, and was very responsive to any and all of the questions I had throughout the process. She was extremely proactive and supportive in helping me secure a new date with all of my vendors when COVID got in the way of our original date. On the day of the wedding, she was an absolute BOSS -- had absolutely everything in order and pulled off a last minute ceremony location move when it started downpouring (without causing me or the groom any stress)! Wow. Where do we even begin?! After learning our venue required a day-of wedding coordinator, and knowing we had just 4 short months to plan the day, we started our search for someone we could connect with personally and who we knew would be truly invested in helping us pull off an amazing day. Tracey far exceeded ALL of our expectations! From the time we first connected, she was open and available for any questions and concerns we had. Leading up to the day of, we could completely relax knowing she had handled the coordination of all of our vendors and provided each of them with a thorough timeline of our day. When it came to our wedding day, we were simply blown away by Tracey’s attention to every tiny detail and sense of urgency with anything that was needed. Unlike most brides, I did not enjoy planning my wedding. However, Tracey helped make my experience simple, easy, and as stress free as you can get! I was planning a Nashville wedding from Chattanooga and have a crazy work schedule. Tracey was able to work with my schedule to make sure all the details were taken care of. She was a great advocate for my fiance and I to all the vendors before, during, and after our ceremony. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
