Booking Tracey for our month of planning and day of coordination was the best decision we made for our wedding, hands down. We can't count how many times throughout our wedding day we told each other how thankful we were to have Tracey there.
Leading up to the wedding, I was able to text Tracey with ALL my questions - even the crazy ones! She was always so patient with me and made the month of planning much less stressful.
My husband and I got married at The Venue at Birchwood, where we had 3 spaces - ceremony chapel, outdoor cocktail area, and indoor reception hall. Tracey had everything decorated flawlessly the morning of - and I didn't really lift a finger! My bridesmaids and I were able to enjoy the morning getting ready together which I am SO thankful for.
Family photos were one part of the day we were nervous about - we had no clue how everyone was going to cooperate and we didn't want these photos to take up too much time from our day. Not with Tracey!! She was right beside the photographer the whole time shouting out the names on the photo list I provided - and let me tell you, it went by SO smooth and fast.
I could go on and on about how amazing this experience was with Tracey, but to sum it up - our wedding day was absolutely amazing, stress-free, and FUN and that's truly thanks to Tracey working so hard behind the scenes.
You will not regret booking her for your wedding!! Thank you Tracey! -

Everyone hire this woman
My husband and I hired Tracey for full wedding planning services back in December 2019 on a friend’s recommendation and it was the absolute best decision we could have made. Even pre-pandemic, we were anxious about our ability to pull off the big, joyful party we were hoping for given our budget constraints (and living in Nashville), and Tracey’s self-assuredness, vendor connections and “cooler older sister” energy put us very much at ease.
When we moved our date a few months out and then a year out due to COVID, she was ever flexible, and the liaison we needed to interface with vendors when we were emotionally spent. And when it came to executing month-of and day-of, Tracey went above and beyond with the details, down to creating our seating chart, displaying our cherished family photos, handling attire emergencies, taking care of family, and making sure the two of us always had a drink in hand.
We had the time of our lives and are so full of gratitude for Tracey’s resourcefulness, expertise and kindness throughout a tumultuous 1.5+ years. We truly could not have pulled it off such a gorgeous, perfect day without her. Chattanooga brides, you got a good one! -

Great style, wonderful ideas, all put into action in a seamless & timely manner
We had a backyard wedding with ~40 people, and Tracy helped me turn our backyard into a gorgeous wedding venue in just 2x months. I had gotten engaged in August, and called her up the next week and asked if she could help me put together a wedding with all the bells & whistles by October (2x months!!) Tracey not only pulled together my dream wedding based off of all my ideas, but she helped me with my own timeline and what I would need.. Little things that I would have forgotten if I had done this on my own. She was like a (super organized) supportive friend with all the wedding connections. Day of, I felt absolutely no stress, as Tracey handled everything from the food deliveries, venue set up, and parking for our vendors in a residential neighborhood. Even my parents, whose house we married at, were extremely impressed with the level of professionalism Tracey presented. They were able to also just enjoy the day with me, our family, and friends without having to worry about the event itself. For just one woman, Tracey sure knows how to get it done! But all the while keeping it personable and unique to your style & personality. -

We hired Tracey for month of coordination and design support; however, she was SO involved through the entire planning process. She provided amazing recommendations, came with me to my appointment to pick out decor, and was very responsive to any and all of the questions I had throughout the process. She was extremely proactive and supportive in helping me secure a new date with all of my vendors when COVID got in the way of our original date. On the day of the wedding, she was an absolute BOSS -- had absolutely everything in order and pulled off a last minute ceremony location move when it started downpouring (without causing me or the groom any stress)! Wow. Where do we even begin?! After learning our venue required a day-of wedding coordinator, and knowing we had just 4 short months to plan the day, we started our search for someone we could connect with personally and who we knew would be truly invested in helping us pull off an amazing day. Tracey far exceeded ALL of our expectations! From the time we first connected, she was open and available for any questions and concerns we had. Leading up to the day of, we could completely relax knowing she had handled the coordination of all of our vendors and provided each of them with a thorough timeline of our day. When it came to our wedding day, we were simply blown away by Tracey’s attention to every tiny detail and sense of urgency with anything that was needed. All with a huge smile on her face and an energy that was truly contagious. We, and our family and friends, can’t praise her enough. She’s a serious BOSS! Tracey did month-of coordinating for me. I got married outside at my parents farm with 120 guests, so there was a lot of vendor coordinating -- and people coordinating -- to do! I was nervous because of all of the moving parts and the fact that it was our place. I essentially planned the wedding, including many details, and then relied on Tracey to bring it all to life. She nailed it! My friends and family even brought it up after the wedding because Tracey made such a positive an impression on them. She is very professional, capable, kind, calm, and just gets things done! I already referred a friend to use her services. Her prices are also more reasonable than the others I looked into. I'm so glad I went with her! -

Best wedding planner!!
We hired Tracey for our wedding planning and she also did our floral arrangements. She is amazing and she made our wedding day perfect! She is organized and attentive to every detail. She kept calm when we had unexpected last minute changes. The floral arrangements and decorations were gorgeous. We highly recommend hiring Tracey! -

AMAZING Wedding Coordinator
Tracey was an AMAZING coordinator. As someone who does event planning as part of their job, I was frustrated when my venue told me that they required at least a day-of coordinator....but my goodness, was I grateful to have Tracey! Although I understood planning, there was SO much going on the day of the wedding. Tracey handled all the little tasks that day- she had the champagne already poured as we cut the cake, our votive candles were lit by the time the sun went down and she kept a glowingly contagious positive attitude the entire time. Tracey was responsive, organized and knowledgeable. She has worked with all of the big vendors in Nashville and can tell you who's best to work with and what to expect. 10/10, I would absolutely recommend Tracey to any one. -

More than your average planner!
Tracey is one of the most incredible people I’ve ever met. I was required to have A day of with the venue I got and when first calling planners they were wanting to charge half my budget for a day of planner and I couldn’t even fathom spending that much on something I didn’t feel I needed.
Now that my ‘special day’ is over I literally couldn’t fathom not doing it with Tracey. I want to have another wedding just to work with her again.
Tracey went above and beyond expectations! She organized, planned and coordinated more like a friend rather than a vendor I was paying! She made my day stress free and I’m honored that she was at my wedding and made it as beautiful as it was. I hope to call her a life long friend and anyone in Nashville planning a wedding NEEDS to hire her. Thank you Tracey, you are truly a gem. -

I hired Tracey to be responsible for day of wedding planning. While she did amazing the day of, she was so helpful starting months before. Like many people, I had to totally change my wedding plans/date when COVID hit. She was so quick to call all of my vendors for me to plan a new date and took the replanning with such ease and confidence. For my personality, she was laid back which helped keep me calm, but also super organized and I trusted that she would handle anything I forgot or lacked. I would recommend her to anyone looking to have a relaxed and beautiful day.
