We are did the month/day of package with Haley and she was the best!! She helped us in so many ways and made sure our day was perfect!!! She also was always reaching out to us to check in on us during the planning phases!!🤍

There are many difficult decisions to make when planning a wedding, but your coordinator doesn’t need to be one of them— Haley and her team are incredible and absolutely crushed it! They made the entire process easy, smooth, and stress-free. We worked with Haley as our day-of coordinator, and had a couple of virtual meetings with Haley ahead of time to nail down details (including the timeline, which was super helpful) and relay our vision and details of the day. She made sure all of our vendors stayed in the loop and that we had everything we needed from them ahead of time. When our wedding day came, Jordan and Julia were our coordinators and I cannot say enough great things about them. They were always one step ahead of the game, making sure things were handled before we even had a chance to think about it or ask. They headed-up flipping our venue between the ceremony and reception, working with our DJ/MC to be sure the timeline stayed on track, and even handled the details of turning up or down the lighting as the night progressed. They were so professional (and fun too!) and genuinely are the reason we were able to enjoy our wedding day without stressing over the details. 14/10 recommend.

Haley was the single most important decision we made for our wedding day. When we first started looking for a day-of coordinator, we reached out to about ten different people—and Haley was not only the first to respond, but also the most thoughtful and detail-oriented from the very beginning. Her communication was fast, clear, and immediately made us feel at ease.

In the month leading up to the wedding, she scheduled two planning calls to walk through the timeline with us. She was incredibly organized, attentive, and really listened to our vision while helping shape it into a seamless, realistic plan.

On the day of the wedding, Haley and her team showed up early and took charge of the setup—even as we dealt with off-and-on rain. She handled everything with such calm professionalism and still made the ceremony space look absolutely perfect. She also managed the ceremony music flawlessly, which was something we’d been a little nervous about going in.

After the ceremony, her team transitioned everything to the reception space and made sure every table was styled exactly as we imagined. If anything went wrong, we never knew—because Haley had it all handled behind the scenes. She was truly exceptional and brought immense value to the day.
