We got married in June 2024 in Princeton, NJ, near our families. During the wedding planning process, we were based in the UK, and moved halfway through to Switzerland, so we knew we would need someone experienced and calm "on the ground" to help everything run smoothly. Billie absolutely filled this role from day 1! Planning a wedding from another country is no small feat and with Billie's guidance it was the least stressful it could have been. We were fairly confident about most of the wedding planning process, and signed up for Billie's 'wedding management' package. Truthfully, this was even more than we were planning to do when we first started looking at coordinators, but trust me, IT IS WORTH IT. You are not just investing in your peace of mind, you are also unlocking a treasure trove of wedding wisdom—and importantly in this industry, Billie will always try to help you figure out what YOU want, and how you can make that happen. There are no rules! From our first meeting, Billie took the time to get to know us and our preferences, and although she had never coordinated a Quaker wedding before, she was curious and so thoughtful throughout the process. Having someone who could 'bridge' the very simple Quaker ceremony with our slightly more traditional reception ended up being crucial, since at a wedding sometimes (even in a democratic Quaker setup!) you need someone who's in charge! We even ended up doing an extra consultation with her about halfway through the process (~4 months out) to discuss the wedding-day timeline, which was incredibly helpful. On the day, Billie (sometimes literally) held our hands throughout. She made sure vendors and guests knew where to go, helped with the signing of the Quaker wedding certificate, coordinated our transport bus, handled tips — everything you would expect from a day-of coordinator, but with an extra level of professionalism and conscientiousness. Billie had taken the time to get to know us as a couple, and unlike someone who comes in "on the day of," she was able to answer questions without needing to bother us on the most exciting day of our lives. We got more time to spend with our loved ones, which is always what you want! We would recommend Billie and Best Day Ever without hesitation to anyone planning a wedding or other event in central NJ. (Just make sure you reach out in good time — we were really lucky that she had our date open, and that was nearly a year in advance!) Thank you, Billie, for helping to make our wedding day so spectacular and so relaxed!

Felicia was absolutely one of the best decisions for my wedding day!! She was on top of everything and so incredibly helpful! Leading up to the wedding she was organized and helped me make sure everything was planned to a tee! On my wedding day she made everything go so insanely SMOOTH! I had no worries with her and her team on top of everything! they made sure the room was set up perfectly and that the day went according to schedule and it was so easy and it all happened so FAST! Felicia made me feel so special and was always making sure I had a drink or food and that I was happy!
