I never thought that I wanted a "big wedding" because of all the of stress/anxiety I assumed the planning would put on me. However, from the moment I began working with Brielle and her team at I Do, I felt I was in extremely capable hands and I felt all of the stress I had slowly start to disappear. Brielle, Joe, and their team not only handled everything professionally and efficiently, but also truly got to know me and my fiancé in order to best curate the PERFECT day for us. They recommended AMAZING vendors and facilitated all calls/meetings with them. A portal was created with EVERYTHING (seriously, the attention to details and logistics was exactly what I needed) regarding the preparation for and layout of the big day that I had full access to. I actually enjoyed wedding planning, and I never thought that would be the case.
On the day of the wedding, I woke up truly feeling at peace knowing that everything was handled and in the amazing hands of our lead planner, Joe. He handled absolutely everything with grace and calmness, which is what meant most to me and my fiancé. The day moved so smoothly, and we were able to fully enjoy every moment. I cannot recommend I Do Planning (specifically Brielle and Joe) more highly - they truly made our wedding day exactly what WE wanted and I am forever grateful.

Brielle was the best wedding planner we could have imagined. We had less than 12 months to plan our wedding day, and throughout the entire process she was attentive, responsive, and informative. Brielle completely understood our vision for our wedding. We wanted some creative and no traditional like us, and she helped make our wedding so unique and so us. Throughout the vendor process, she was super helpful in helping is communicate our vision to the vendors so everyone was on the same page the day of. She went above and beyond to help us design specialized programs and so many little details to make everything come together. The day of the wedding, she made sure to communicate clearly with the vendors and wedding parties and made sure we had nothing to worry or stress over. We couldn’t more strongly recommend someone!!!

We are so glad we found I Do Wedding Planning for our wedding coordination! Choosing the three-month coordination package was absolutely worth it. Alysson and Brielle were incredible and truly brought our vision to life. Any hiccups throughout the day were handled so seamlessly that did not know about them until the next day! Alysson was amazing. She was thoughtful, organized, and so calming throughout the entire process. She took the time to really get to know my husband and me, handled all of our vendor communication in the month leading up to the wedding, and was present on every call. It was such a comfort knowing she had worked with many of our vendors before. Alysson was always just a text or email away and made us feel completely supported. On the wedding day, she went above and beyond. From fixing marks on my dress with her well-stocked emergency kit to ensuring every escort card was perfectly placed. Our families and bridal party were blown away by her attention to detail. The documents, diagrams, questionnaires, and seating charts I Do gave us were so thorough and useful. We truly couldn’t have asked for more. We’re also so thankful for Brielle, who attended our rehearsal at the church. She was respectful but made sure our vision came to life perfectly. Alysson, thank you for making our day magical! We are endlessly grateful for you and the entire I Do Wedding Planning team. If you’re considering hiring them, do it! Brielle and her team were absolutely incredible! The planning process was so much more enjoyable and stress-free with the I Do team by our side every step of the way. Their calm professionalism and care made all the difference, turning what could have been a stressful moment into one of complete peace.

Thanks to Brielle and all our wonderful vendors, my husband and I had the best day ever! I would hire them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone looking for a team that goes above and beyond.

Michael and his team were incredible. He helped us come up with a vision for our wedding that we were happy with, hire vendors and make the day perfect. He kept track of EVERYTHING so we didn’t have to and everything ran smoothly because of him. The design was beautiful and just as we hoped and when anything did not go as expected, he handled it flawlessly. We would recommend Michael and his team to anyone who is looking for a great planner, organizer and person to have by your side at your wedding!

We can’t recommend Brielle and her team enough. She made the wedding planning process so simple and by the time we were a month out we had very little to do or worry about because of her attention to detail. There wasn’t one thing she forgot. She made our big day so stress free and perfect!!

We worked with Michael R. who was an absolute king at knowing how to wedding plan and get stuff done. He's clearly done a lot of weddings and took a lot of our stress out of the experience, and helped make it an absolutely wonderful day. Highly suggest.

From start to finish, the planning was made as breezy as possible and the wedding day went flawlessly. Because of their incredible coordination and attention to detail, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment without a single worry. All of their recommended vendors were absolutely top notch, and the reception turned out exactly as we had hoped—a joyful, love-filled dance party that captured everything we wanted to share with our guests.

Michael our coordinator was amazing from beginning to end. His personality meshed with ours perfectly. His attention to detail and organization really helped things run so smoothly. Any hiccup that occurred was taken care of promptly. Our assistant planner Alysson was great too! If you are wondering if you should work with Michael, don't hesitate!
