Eric was so helpful and patient with us! We kept on changing dates and he just went with the flow until we had it nailed down. Our trip to Aruba was perfect. Would recommend this agency again!

Debbie did such an amazing job on our honeymoon. She was extremely knowledgable and sweet! She came and spent time with us to get an idea of what feel we were looking for. She knew every detail about EVERY hotel. Our honeymoon was literally perfect, over the top, amazing! The best!

Kristen with Dream Vacations was such a pleasure to work with when booking our DREAM vacation destination for our honeymoon. She was helpful in narrowing down the time frame of when we wanted to go and which resort/suite option was best for us. She even found the nearest airport with a direct flight to our desired destination which only had flights on certain days of the week; made picking out dates easy! Working with Dream Vacations really was a dream!

Carol was a huge help for my family and I to book a recent trip the Caribbean. We had no prior experience with cruises and were anxious about getting everything right with a price within our budget. Carol stayed on the line with us several times to walk us through the options and booking process. Her support made us fully confident and comfortable throughout the journey. Highly recommended!

I cannot begin to tell you enough how much my husband and I LOVED D'Amico travel. They were so responsive, attentive, and literally just lovely to work with. Our planning experience went from stressful to fun due to their knowledge and dedication to our vision. Heather and the rest of the team went above and beyond for us in every way possible, and our guests (who I will mention travel to Mexico quite frequently) were absolutely blown away by our hotel. I am cross posting this review! here are not enough stars for RoseAnne and Primo Travel, LLC Working with RoseAnne, owner of Primo Travel, LLC, was hands-down one of the best decisions we made for our destination wedding at Secrets Playa Mujeres. From start to finish, her service was nothing short of exceptional — truly above and beyond in every possible way. Planning a destination wedding with 108 guests could have been overwhelming, but RoseAnne made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. She guided us through countless options, helped us make informed decisions, coordinated directly with our resort and wedding vendors, and handled every detail with professionalism, expertise, and genuine care. She managed all guest travel flawlessly — flights, airport transfers, RSVPs, contracts, and even created and maintained our wedding website. She hosted Zoom calls with us, the resort wedding team, and our guests, ensuring everyone felt informed and confident every step of the way. Our guests raved about her communication, responsiveness, and how easy she made everything for them. During our stay, RoseAnne continued to check in with us to make sure everything was perfect. It is difficult to put into words how amazing this travel agency is. I chose to have a destination wedding, and with that decision came a wave of anxiety. We spent months trying to find a great travel agent to help us make our fantasy wedding come true, but none of them clicked. At some point we actually were reconsidering having a destination wedding, until we called TravelSmiths. With one call with Sally, I instantly felt a connection, followed by a calmness and confidence that this company would be the one that would help in making our dream wedding come true. The first step was finding a destination, where do you start! Sally took the time to have numerous phone calls with my then fiancé about what we preferred. She asked us all types of questions, helping us narrow down island by island. Once we picked Jamaica, the TravelSmith team helped us get down there Labor Day weekend for a preview. In addition to having Sally help with choosing our destination, we had also met Jamie, our wedding planner. She was absolutely unbelievable. Her knowledge, followed by her kindness, helped make the planning process a breeze. I am not a planner by any means, but Jamie made sure things were broken up in deadlines so that I at no point felt over whelmed. She understood my "Type A" personality, (which is not an easy one to deal with), and was patient with me even in my most intense "freak out" bride moments. She made sure to correspond with the wedding coordinator down in Jamaica on a weekly basis, and constantly made sure I was always in the loop. Her suggestions were helpful, her creativity unique and perfect. I could not have imagined planning this wedding without her. Once our wedding was booked, the entire TravelSmith team helped get our family and friends to the Hyatt Ziva/Zilara in Montego Bay, Jamaica flawlessly. We had 102 guests, all of which said booking was a breeze thanks to the assistance and professionalism of the TravelSmith team.

Marcia was so incredibly helpful and got us so many deals! I never thought we'd be able to stay at the Polynesian in Disney but because it would be too expensive but because of all the discounts she was able to get us it made it so affordable! All of the special touches she added were great too, we even got free tickets to the water parks and DisneyQuest! Thank you Marcia and CruiseOne for giving us an experience of a lifetime.

After researching my dream Mexico all-inclusive resort honeymoon online and nailing down all of the specifics I was looking for, I thought I'd run it by a travel agent to see if they could meet / beat the price and ask for advice on what I had chosen. Well I found Sherie and she made that dream come true. She matched the internet price, including all of the specifics (flights, room type, honeymoon package, etc.) and confirmed she'd been to the resort and loved it. She even booked us her preferred transportation which was safe, on time and had clean air conditioned vans. Instead of paying 100% up front to a website, I was able to speak to a real person, leave a deposit and pay the remainder after our wedding (a huge relief during peak vendor payment time in our wedding planning)! Sherie is sweet, knowledgeable and genuinely excited to help you book the perfect vacation. Although she suggested some alternatives to look into, she wasn't pushy and totally allowed us to choose our original selected resort without any pressure. In the weeks leading up to our departure, I was able to ask her questions and she helped us a ton...especially with what and who to tip...we would have been clueless and the staff at the resort really appreciated it! She also provides specific advice for the country / location of your trip such as cultural norms, security tips, weather related advice, etc. If you're apprehensive about booking with a travel agent, don't be. It's exactly the same as booking with an online vendor, except you get to speak to great people like Sherie that have actually been to these places and will be there to help you with any questions or issues along the way.
