From our first meeting to our goodbyes at our reception, Rachael was a joy to work with. We went into planning knowing very little, so Rachael provided us with a ton of helpful resources, such as planning timelines, vendor recommendations and vendor contact information. All this and her incredible willingness to chat made for a smooth planning process! The month leading up to the wedding, she was even more responsive, with several planning meetings set up. She handled vendor contracts, answered questions and, most importantly, worked to put our day off schedule together! On the wedding day, she handled all of our concerns and made sure we didn’t feel rushed or behind schedule. She worked seamlessly with our Maitre D, ensuring that everything ran smoothly in the background. She constantly checked up on us and coordinated with all of our vendors on our behalf. Looking back at our wedding day, it truly could not have been done without her. Rachael made our wedding feel special from day one, and lives up to her company name of Glass Slipper Weddings. I offer my sincere recommendation to any couple wanting a magical day!

Oh my goodness -- booking wedding planning with Bel Momento was easily the best wedding decision we possibly could have made!! Kristin + team made every step of the process so EASY and fun -- and her organization helped us stay on top of every little detail, despite our busy schedules! She was trustworthy, quick to respond, and so comfortable to be with through it all! You will NOT regret choosing Bel Momento for the wedding of your dreams!!

Ashley was an amazing day of coordinator for our wedding in September. She paid close attention to detail when setting up our venue and collaborated with all our vendors. She ensure the day went smoothly and we wouldn't have been able to do it without her!!!

We booked partial planning with Caitlynn about a year out from our November 2025 wedding. The planning process was so easy and Caitlynn checked in on me even before our timeframe started just to make sure I was on track. She shared so many helpful tools & lists and was always available via text if I had questions or just wanted to talk through an idea. The planning process was so smooth all thanks to Caitlynn!  The day of our wedding Caitlynn and her assistant Brianna got to the venue and started coordinating decor and all of our vendors. They worked seamlessly with our venue to make sure my vision came to life. I don’t think I fielded one vendor question all day which was exactly why I wanted a planner in the first place. Caitlynn was there every step of the way making sure we had everything we needed and were sticking to the schedule. The day felt so smooth and not rushed at all.  I 100% recommend booking an assistant too. Having Bri there was a huge help and she’s a master at decor. I bought a bunch of random stuff for our sweetheart table and with very little direction Bri was able to make it look better than I ever imagined.  Caitlynn and Bri truly went above and beyond and even helped watch my matron of honor’s kids (2 year old and 5 month old) while we took photos or were doing other things since their dad was also our officiant and a groomsman. I know that helped a lot with the parent’s stress levels and they were able to enjoy the day too.  If you’re thinking about booking do it!!

I don't know what we would have done without Jeri Anne and Pop & Clink!!! There's so many little tasks and details that you don't think about until the day itself arrives, and it would have been so overwhelming if we had to tackle each of those ourselves. Instead, we were able to be fully present in the moment and just have FUN on our wedding day. Jeri Anne took care of the rest! All of my bridesmaids mentioned how great she was. Especially when we had to bustle my dress and none of us knew how 😂 Our wedding day was on October 11, 2025 at the Union League National Golf Club in Avalon.

Still floating from the most perfect day and we owe so much of that to Kristen. She was truly a key player in bringing everything together. With less than 2 months until my wedding day and overwhelmed by the last minute details, the stars aligned and Kristen came highly recommended by a colleague! Being a local to Ocean City, she brought invaluable insight, amazing connections, and a deep understanding of the area that made all the difference. Kristen went above and beyond, even gaining special access to the boardwalk rides so we could capture the most incredible and memorable photos. As we got closer to the wedding, I really needed someone to take the finalization of details completely off my plate and Kristen did exactly that with calm confidence and care. Because of her organization and dedication, we were able to fully enjoy the day without stress. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more, and we will be reminiscing about it forever. Hiring Sarah was one of the best decisions my husband and I made while planning our wedding for over 14 months. I was a bride who had a vision of what I wanted on my day so having Sarah at the helm of our "team" helping us curate vendors and an overall vibe that stayed in budget and helped keep my vision at the forefront of what was wanted was truly invaluable. Sarah is not only creative, resourceful, experienced, and efficient but most importantly she is excessively KIND and empathetic. She is so well-respected in the wedding industry and I could not rave enough about how well she communicated with my husband and I, but also our parents, our venue, and each and every one of our vendors. Our wedding was definitely "maximalist" but Sarah was able to reign me in when appropriate to make sure the design of the day didn't go completely off the rails and everything remained cohesive, classy, and romantic. With that being said, she also encouraged my husband and I to lean into the less traditional parts of our wedding design and really championed our quirky, modern, eclectic vision. We are genuinely sad not to be communicating with Sarah on a daily basis anymore so if you are considering bringing on a planner, I can't wholeheartedly recommend Sarah and A Lovely Universe enough!!

I had a perfect wedding, somehow some way nothing went wrong and I'm eternally grateful to Kelsi for making that happen. I want to start off by saying if you are looking for a wedding coordinator BOOK KELSI. I always heard from family and friends "just be ready for it to not be perfect on the day of and be okay with it" when planning my wedding. However, Kelsi not only took the challenge of my specific desires to my celestial wedding theme with 618 in Freehold, NJ, but she executed them PERFECTLY. Absolutely nothing went wrong on my wedding day, and I owe so much of that to Kelsi. She was so kind and easy to work with, caring and attentive to all my desires & needs. She built an amazing timeline, got all my details in a row for me, offered guidance when needed, and was just such a great help during the leadup to the big day. Day of, she had her fanny pack of wonders with so many tools to make sure we all were set and weren't missing anything. She had a tool to help cut open pockets on my brother's suit that he realized were still sewn shut, as well at the coat tails on his suit jacket. A crochet hook to assist in doing my dress's bussel, and just so many other trinkets you may not think about day of. If I had to use one word to describe Kelsi it would be mindful, she has everything in mind for you, your family, your friends, and making your day the best it can be. She stayed with us until the end of the night, helping every step of the way and watching to make sure nothing went wrong. Even near the end of the night my husband was sweating a bit so he started to get a bit of a BO smell and she had deodorant on her for that - like seriously she has everything! My mom was so impressed and it takes a lot to impress her. Any person I know that is getting married soon I've been asking if they need a coordinator because Kelsi is just that girl - the total package for all your wedding needs! If you are on the fence, definitely give her a go it will NOT be regretted!!

Booking a wedding planner was not originally on our to-do list for our September 2022 wedding. Shortly after starting the wedding planning process, we knew that we couldn’t go through this process alone and needed help/guidance from someone who had experience. Truthfully - I’m a “Type A” person and thought I could do everything myself but I quickly learned that SO MUCH MORE goes into planning a wedding than I realized. After our first phone conversation with Amanda, we just clicked and knew that we needed to hire her to plan and design our wedding. This was THE best decision we made. Amanda was with us every step of the way throughout the planning process and helped with everything from booking vendors, reading contracts, creating a checklist of to-dos, putting together our hotel welcome bags, day-of coordination, etc. Amanda was even willing to send our save the dates and track RSVPs. From the flowers, to the table settings, to the stationary - every small detail was executed with perfection. Amanda has such an eye for aesthetics and she helped put together my dream black and white, modern, chic wedding. After getting married, I truly do not know how couples go throughout the process without some sort of planning help or at least day-of coordination. Our day ran so smoothly and everything went off without a hitch all thanks to Amanda and her team. Words cannot describe how thankful we were to have Amanda by our side on the day-of but also throughout the entire wedding planning process. We are beyond grateful for all of the time and energy that Amanda and her team spent on our special day. We absolutely loved working with her and can’t wait to hire her again for a future event!

Victoria was awesome to work with. We hired her for day-of-coordinating and she was so helpful during the planning process. She would help with giving some ideas or opinions on certain things if I wasnt sure. She has so much experience and it really helped when trying to figure out shuttles, schedules, or napkins colors etc. She's super responsive, honest and so sweet. The day-of, I dont know where to start, her and Michelle absolutely nailed it!! From the afternoon throughout the evening they were on point with everything. From setting the details and decor I brought with me and executing it the way i imagined, to helping me with my dress or having the most amazing emergency kit I've ever seen.... they were truly the BEST. Look no further... this is the best team you will find. Thank you Victoria and Michelle for an unforgettable day!
