Booking a wedding planner was not originally on our to-do list for our September 2022 wedding. Shortly after starting the wedding planning process, we knew that we couldn’t go through this process alone and needed help/guidance from someone who had experience. Truthfully - I’m a “Type A” person and thought I could do everything myself but I quickly learned that SO MUCH MORE goes into planning a wedding than I realized. After our first phone conversation with Amanda, we just clicked and knew that we needed to hire her to plan and design our wedding. This was THE best decision we made. Amanda was with us every step of the way throughout the planning process and helped with everything from booking vendors, reading contracts, creating a checklist of to-dos, putting together our hotel welcome bags, day-of coordination, etc. Amanda was even willing to send our save the dates and track RSVPs. From the flowers, to the table settings, to the stationary - every small detail was executed with perfection. Amanda has such an eye for aesthetics and she helped put together my dream black and white, modern, chic wedding. After getting married, I truly do not know how couples go throughout the process without some sort of planning help or at least day-of coordination. Our day ran so smoothly and everything went off without a hitch all thanks to Amanda and her team. Words cannot describe how thankful we were to have Amanda by our side on the day-of but also throughout the entire wedding planning process. We are beyond grateful for all of the time and energy that Amanda and her team spent on our special day. We absolutely loved working with her and can’t wait to hire her again for a future event!

My husband and I have nothing but incredible things to say about Jen, mostly because our day probably wouldn't have happened without her! From the start Jen was the most organized and communicative "vendor" we worked with (more like a friend then a wedding vendor). Joe and I worked with Jen for ~2 years before our wedding since we had such a long engagement and Jen stayed close via email/call/text the entire time while planning. She was extremely helpful in terms of getting in touch with vendors, figuring our scheduling and beyond helpful in terms of suggesting things I hadn't even thought of. I would obviously recommend Jen 10/10 times. Our actual wedding day went SO smooth all because of her. We truly don't know what we would have done without her.

Ryan was absolutely wonderful to work with. I hired her a few weeks out from my wedding as I had a bad feeling about the staff at my venue and wanted someone on my team (not associated with venue) to ensure things went smoothly. Upon my first call with Ryan, I knew she would be perfect as a day-of-coordinator. I was right about both my venue (unfortunately), as well as Ryan (thankfully)! When my venue's planner told me nonchalantly three days before my wedding that she would not be attending, and when at the rehearsal the "stand-in" venue planner had the wrong bride and wedding party on the list in her hands, I would have freaked out. But I knew with Ryan on my side everything would be taken care of. I honestly don't even know half of what Ryan did to ensure the day went smoothly - but that's exactly the point. I had the best day of my life because she took care of all of the issues and roadblocks without me even knowing. Additionally, both of my matrons of honor were unable to make my wedding last minute (due to Covid). She not only coordinated with the band/MC, venue, etc. to ensure everyone's programs and announcements were up to date, but she also worked with my Dad to help him figure out a way to video in my sister. We didn't end up going that route - but needless to say Ryan was willing to go the extra mile to make everything work in a very tough and upsetting situation. I highly recommend her for wedding planning or coordinating services!
