We are beyond thrilled that we chose Let's Groove Events to plan our wedding. Our wedding planner, Monica, went above and beyond to bring our vision to life. Given the fusion of our Pakistani and American cultures, we wanted our wedding to celebrate the best of both worlds. We had two major events—the mehendi and the wedding day.

For our mehendi event, we wanted to create a distinctly Pakistani atmosphere. Monica helped us find the perfect vendors, guiding us through price negotiations and ensuring we stayed within our budget. She truly has an eye for detail and worked tirelessly to make sure every element was just right. We had some specific requests for the decor based on inspiration from the vendor, and Monica communicated those changes flawlessly. The final result was exactly what we had envisioned.

On our wedding day, we faced several last-minute changes and challenges. Monica handled them with such grace and composure, proving how well she works under pressure. Her ability to stay focused and keep everything running smoothly was invaluable.

One of Monica’s biggest strengths is her ability to keep the project on track. As working professionals, the most helpful part of our experience with Monica was her ability to take charge of vendor communication. We had minimal direct contact with the vendors, as Monica expertly handled everything on our behalf. This was a huge relief and saved us so much time and stress.

Monica was also incredibly hands-on. We were planning a small family gathering at home before the main events, but we were struggling with the decor. Monica, without hesitation, rushed over to help us decorate. She brought all the right tools and made our space look absolutely stunning, which we truly appreciated.

Wedding planning is stressful, but Let’s Groove made it simple and FUN! I could not have asked for a better decorator & coordinator for my wedding ceremony than Monica and her team at Let’s Groove. I first consulted with Monica, who helped me define my vision and coordinated with the venue. From there, her and her team set up the most beautiful nikkah/kitab ceremony and dining.
