Since we were the first out of all our friends to get married, and we wanted to limit asking for help from our family, we really wanted to invest in a wedding planner to help guide us through the anticipated chaos of planning an Indian wedding...And Lets Groove Events delivered!!! It was so great working with Monica and Bhavya to help answer all our questions and to ensure our wedding weekend flowed smoothly! Our guests still can't stop commenting how beautiful and fun the wedding weekend was! It felt great to not worry about certain things the day of since they took care of it all! We also appreciated them helping us get deals on certain vendors to help keep our costs within budget as much as possible! And their calm and positive vibe throughout some of the stressful moments helped to keep us excited for our wedding day. We would recommend them in a heartbeat! -

Monica Ahuja with Let’s Groove Events was absolutely incredible. She was our day-of coordinator and event decorator for our wedding on August 30th and we could not have asked for anyone better. From the very beginning, Monica was organized, professional, and prepared for every possible scenario. She handled every detail with ease and grace and saved the day multiple times without us even realizing how much she was doing behind the scenes.
Beyond her professionalism, Monica is also one of the kindest and most caring people you could hope for. She made us feel supported, calm, and confident throughout the entire day. Her warmth and attention to detail created an atmosphere that allowed us to fully enjoy our wedding and celebrate with our friends and family without any stress.
Our wedding was beautiful, seamless, and joyful, and so much of that is because of Monica. She not only executed our vision perfectly but also anticipated needs we did not even know we had. We are so grateful for her guidance, her patience, and her genuine love for what she does. I honestly can’t recommend Monica from Let’s Groove Events enough. From the very beginning, I told her that sticking to our budget was super important, and she totally got it. She found ways to help us save—like doing our Haldi and Wedding decor in-house—which really made a big difference.
Monica didn’t just help plan—she and her team were there for everything. She showed up first at every venue, stayed on top of every detail, and made sure everything ran smoothly. We were especially stressed on the wedding day because the weather showed rain, but Monica kept us calm and somehow still pulled off the decor just a couple hours before the wedding, even in the drizzle! She was so passionate and determined to make it happen for us, no matter what.
At our Sangeet, she even grabbed the mic and hyped the crowd up—which everyone loved! And on the reception day, everything ran so smoothly and on time, which is seriously hard to do at a Desi wedding!
If you're looking for someone who will treat your big day like their own, stay within your budget, and take care of everything with love and care—Monica and her team are the best. So thankful for her! -

Definitely Booking Again!
Wedding planning is stressful, but Let’s Groove made it simple and FUN! I could not have asked for a better decorator & coordinator for my wedding ceremony than Monica and her team at Let’s Groove. I first consulted with Monica, who helped me define my vision and coordinated with the venue. From there, her and her team set up the most beautiful nikkah/kitab ceremony and dining. It was a dream come true and I hope to work with them again. :) -

We are beyond thrilled that we chose Let's Groove Events to plan our wedding. Our wedding planner, Monica, went above and beyond to bring our vision to life. Given the fusion of our Pakistani and American cultures, we wanted our wedding to celebrate the best of both worlds. We had two major events—the mehendi and the wedding day.
For our mehendi event, we wanted to create a distinctly Pakistani atmosphere. Monica helped us find the perfect vendors, guiding us through price negotiations and ensuring we stayed within our budget. She truly has an eye for detail and worked tirelessly to make sure every element was just right. We had some specific requests for the decor based on inspiration from the vendor, and Monica communicated those changes flawlessly. The final result was exactly what we had envisioned.
On our wedding day, we faced several last-minute changes and challenges. Monica handled them with such grace and composure, proving how well she works under pressure. Her ability to stay focused and keep everything running smoothly was invaluable.
One of Monica’s biggest strengths is her ability to keep the project on track. Whenever we found ourselves overwhelmed or veering off course, she grounded us by reminding us of our priorities and helped us maintain a clear vision. Her insights, especially when it came to budgeting, were incredibly helpful.
Throughout the entire process, Monica provided us with detailed research on potential vendors, which gave us a better understanding of the market and helped us make informed decisions. She was always transparent and thorough with her recommendations.
As working professionals, the most helpful part of our experience with Monica was her ability to take charge of vendor communication. We had minimal direct contact with the vendors, as Monica expertly handled everything on our behalf. This was a huge relief and saved us so much time and stress.
Monica was also incredibly hands-on. We were planning a small family gathering at home before the main events, but we were struggling with the decor. Monica, without hesitation, rushed over to help us decorate. She brought all the right tools and made our space look absolutely stunning, which we truly appreciated.
Wedding planning can be incredibly stressful, but having Monica by our side made all the difference. Her professionalism, guidance, and support were invaluable throughout the entire process. We couldn’t have asked for a better planner. Without a doubt, we would highly recommend Monica and Let's Groove Events to anyone planning their wedding. 10/10! -
