Best Decision We Made
Lauren delivered all that and more. We chose to work with her because of her warm demeanor and organized strategy. She was thoughtful, budget-conscious, and took great care to help us bring our dream wedding day to life. We thoroughly enjoyed working with her and appreciated her flexibility given our limited free time.
When the big day came she was in perfect form! Our wedding was everything we hoped it would be. We never felt like we had to lift a finger, even despite all the moving pieces and drama that can be associated with a big wedding (including, in our case, a last-minute rain storm!). City and Terrace was there so that we could enjoy our big day.

I told Lauren I wanted to propose in the Financial District and wanted a venue within walking distance, but thought I could just kind of figure it out on the fly. After having a quick call with Lauren, she introduced me to so many questions that I hadn’t considered!
Lauren took that information from those questions and contacted local venues to make sure it met both my vision and needs for the day. We did a site-walk and pointed out all of the logistics of how the day would work.
The day of the big question, Lauren was in communication with attendees of how the surprise was going to work and then with the venue to ensure everything was set up correctly.
The day went smoothly and seamlessly from the location of the proposal to the venue to celebrate with our friends and family!
With Lauren handling all of the logistics and details of how the day ran, I was able to be present in the moment to have one of the best days ever!
We are currently working with City & Terrace to plan our wedding welcome party and rehearsal dinner so we can continue to be in the moment.
I’m so excited to be working again with Lauren and City & Terrace and I’d recommend them for any type of event!
