I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional services provided by Lauren. Her expertise, organization, and support turned our special day into an unforgettable experience. From the very beginning, she was attentive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran seamlessly.
One of the standout moments that truly showcased their dedication happened when, in the midst of the whirlwind, I realized I had forgotten my vows at home. I was on the verge of a panic, but Lauren, being the incredible coordinator she is, with a calm demeanor and a reassuring smile, took charge. Without a moment's hesitation, she offered to retrieve my vows from my house, saving the day. This level of dedication and quick thinking truly amazed me and put my mind at ease during what could have been a stressful moment.
Throughout the planning process, their organizational skills were unparalleled. Every detail was meticulously taken care of, from coordinating with vendors to creating a seamless timeline for the day. Their ability to keep everything on track allowed us to relax and fully enjoy our celebration, knowing that we were in capable hands.
What stood out the most was their genuine passion for her work. It was evident that she truly cared about making our day perfect, and her enthusiasm was infectious. She listened to our ideas, offered valuable suggestions, and executed every aspect flawlessly. Her attention to detail ensured that the day unfolded beautifully, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
Lauren not only met but exceeded our expectations. Her professionalism, patience, and kindness were apparent in every interaction. She made us feel like a top priority, easing our worries and allowing us to focus on the joy of the moment.
Lauren and Ryan were an absolute dream team. Their dedication, expertise, and genuine love for what they do transformed our wedding day into a seamless, stress-free, and truly magical experience. I worked with the City & Terrace team to plan my engagement and surprise engagement party that immediately followed. I don’t know what I would have done without them! The day turned out to be exactly what my fiance and I had always dreamed of.
I told Lauren I wanted to propose in the Financial District and wanted a venue within walking distance, but thought I could just kind of figure it out on the fly. After having a quick call with Lauren, she introduced me to so many questions that I hadn’t considered!
Lauren took that information from those questions and contacted local venues to make sure it met both my vision and needs for the day. We did a site-walk and pointed out all of the logistics of how the day would work.
The day of the big question, Lauren was in communication with attendees of how the surprise was going to work and then with the venue to ensure everything was set up correctly.
The day went smoothly and seamlessly from the location of the proposal to the venue to celebrate with our friends and family!
With Lauren handling all of the logistics and details of how the day ran, I was able to be present in the moment to have one of the best days ever!
We are currently working with City & Terrace to plan our wedding welcome party and rehearsal dinner so we can continue to be in the moment.
I’m so excited to be working again with Lauren and City & Terrace and I’d recommend them for any type of event! -

City & Terrace Events are run by two of the most detail-oriented and precise people you'll ever meet. Every detail you could think -- and many you won't! -- will be handled with great depth and care. Their expertise and attention to detail are obvious within a few minutes of talking to them, and I'd trust Ryan and Lauren to plan any event.
