Arun and his team (Dhara, Sargam, Anmol, Dhrishti, Gia) provided the highest level of service I could've expected for my wedding. Let me preface by saying that as project managers, my husband and I didn't feel we needed someone to manage our wedding. We were also hesitant to book somebody who we would have to explain our vision and every detail to - how would we convince a planner that we want a double baraat and no cake cutting?! But Arun is that person who not only understood us but went full speed to ensure we got what we wanted.

Arun came recommended to us by some friends who had used his team for their wedding. Since we got to see his work live in action, we knew we had to work with him. We started our wedding planning back in 2019. My husband and I were flying from the west to the east coast every few months and we were in constant communication with Arun over the phone. There are so many times he did vendor visits on our behalf to keep the ball rolling , especially when we couldn't fly out to Jersey.

Then COVID hit - and he navigated us through two postponements (from 2020 to 2021 to 2022). Through it all, Arun kept us on track right from venue selection to his team lint-rolling us before we walked down the aisle. He fought hard for us when we had difficult conversations with vendors, would check in on us routinely, and became our best friend and confidant through all of this. His attention to detail, care for our needs during the planning process, and ability to execute on the weekend of our wedding was nothing short of amazing and did not go unnoticed by us or our guests. During the reception, he even surprised my husband and I with a pizza cutting ceremony (which we were insistent about from the start and had let go of the idea somewhere down the line). The special details that Arun incorporated to make us happy just blow my mind.

Any compliments that I receive about my wedding are all along the lines of "it all went so smoothly." Of course it did! It's all thanks to Detailed Affairs Team that we had the wedding of our dreams.

We are so glad to have had Arun and the Detailed Affairs team on board for planning and managing our wedding! We initially had this idea of a Bollywood x Broadway themed event, and Arun helped us refine this idea and recommended vendors who could perfectly bring our vision to life. In the lead up to the wedding, Arun was extremely responsive and kept us on target with what was needed, down to the little details of which family members are involved in which tasks. On the actual day of the wedding, the Detailed Affairs team made sure everything went so smoothly - we just sat back and had a fun time!! Every time I look back on our wedding day, I just think of how seamless and effortless it was. This is a direct reflection of the work put in by the Detailed Affairs team. They made sure that my wife and I got to simply enjoy our day and leave the worrying to them. Arun and Anmol truly thought of EVERYTHING. We have had such great feedback from friends and family that it was the most efficiently run wedding (specifically when it came to group photos directly following the ceremony). I would recommend working with the Detailed Affairs team ten times over!!!

We got the Detailed Affairs Team for day of coordination and it was the best decision we made. From the initial interview to all of the follow-up calls, Arun was kind and had a calming presence. He provided us with great suggestions prior to the wedding, and came up with a timeline that met our needs (any reminded us to hydrate!). And that was all before the real work began! The day of, Arun and Dhara were making sure everything was running on schedule, everyone was where they needed to be, coordinating with vendors, etc. My husband and I throughout the day kept saying that we don’t know how we would have gotten through the day without them. They even had snacks prepared for the ring bearer when he wouldn’t stop crying. His team, Anmol, Priya and Melissa, were just as wonderful and helpful throughout the day from making sure we were up, fed, and in the right places. Special shoutout to Anmol who was by my side getting ready for the wedding, holding my hand, lifting my heavy skirt, and providing a head massage after removing all the bobby pins from my hair! We felt so lost without them the day after. Because of them, we were able to be present with a lot of our guests and actually enjoy our wedding. They had so much foresight and it truly helped to ensure there were no issues at our wedding. Take this as your sign that you need to hire them - you will not regret it.

Working with Detailed Affairs was one of the best decisions we made for our multi-day Indian wedding. We worked with them for day of coordation services for our wedding weekend. As the mother of one of the brides, I can't say enough positive about Detailed Affairs Team. Arun and his team worked with the two brides and and all the various vendors to create a wonderful wedding for my daughter and her bride. I would highly recommend them! Neil and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better team to guide us through every moment of our big day. From the very beginning, Arun, Tripti, and the entire team at Detailed Affairs were right by our side. Arun was always responsive—never making us feel like any question was too small or silly. Whether it was showing endless patience, grabbing me a Starbucks even if I only took two sips, or simply making us feel completely at ease, the support we received meant the world to us.

Arun and his team is fantastic. From the get go, they were an integral part in planning this wedding. They sat down with us multiple times to go over wedding timelines, gave feedback and input regarding various things regarding wedding day and kept us on a strict timeline so that things could flow seamlessly the day of. They were extremely prompt about coordinating our vendors with the venue and ensured that everybody was on the same page.

What astounds me even more is the actual day of the wedding. Their team was so on it - the Indian Wedding can be a chaotic day and they did a phenomenal job making sure my wife and myself got food, water, refreshments and time to decompress between ceremonies. We had a vision for our wedding and without a doubt, Arun and his team helped carry this vision out beyond our wildest imaginations. I would absolutely trust him 10/10 times and would use their team again - we really would not have been able to make this work without them!
