We booked partial planning with Caitlynn about a year out from our November 2025 wedding. The planning process was so easy and Caitlynn checked in on me even before our timeframe started just to make sure I was on track. She shared so many helpful tools & lists and was always available via text if I had questions or just wanted to talk through an idea. The planning process was so smooth all thanks to Caitlynn! The day of our wedding Caitlynn and her assistant Brianna got to the venue and started coordinating decor and all of our vendors. They worked seamlessly with our venue to make sure my vision came to life. I don’t think I fielded one vendor question all day which was exactly why I wanted a planner in the first place. Caitlynn was there every step of the way making sure we had everything we needed and were sticking to the schedule. The day felt so smooth and not rushed at all. I 100% recommend booking an assistant too. Having Bri there was a huge help and she’s a master at decor. I bought a bunch of random stuff for our sweetheart table and with very little direction Bri was able to make it look better than I ever imagined. Caitlynn and Bri truly went above and beyond and even helped watch my matron of honor’s kids (2 year old and 5 month old) while we took photos or were doing other things since their dad was also our officiant and a groomsman. I know that helped a lot with the parent’s stress levels and they were able to enjoy the day too. If you’re thinking about booking do it!!

Working with Jeanne Coon-Bogath of Bogath Weddings & Events was an absolute dream and the #1 reason why we had a smooth, problem free wedding weekend! Jeanne is the kindest soul, and from the moment we met her, we knew she was the perfect wedding planner for us. We booked her for both our rehearsal dinner/welcome party and our wedding, and she exceeded all our expectations. Jeanne's organizational skills are top-notch. She used AislePlanner to keep everything organized, from our guest list and tables to vendor contracts and more. Her meticulous attention to detail ensured our wedding ran smoothly. She provided us with a 16-page(!) checklist that covered everything we needed to do each month leading up to our wedding (2 years out!), including details we never would have thought of on our own. Jeanne regularly checked in on our progress to ensure we stayed on track, and she even added important information to our website on our behalf, making sure it was all accurate and up-to-date. Her thorough wedding weekend timeline was incredibly helpful. We reviewed it numerous times during the planning process to ensure every detail was organized exactly how we wanted the day to run. Jeanne also took care of booking our trolleys and room blocks, which would have been overwhelming and confusing for us. She recommended amazing vendors like our DJ and Florist who were a huge hit at our wedding! Any time we had a question or needed advice, Jeanne was our go to. What truly sets Jeanne apart is her passion and dedication. From coordinating every minute detail I had envisioned (being Type A I had a LOT of opinions and directives) to seamlessly managing any unexpected hiccups, Jeanne truly exceeded our expectations in every way. Jeanne went above and beyond to make our day stress-free. She took care of everything, from the big tasks like booking vendors and setting up my reception tablescapes to the small details like tagging dance floor flip-flops, alphabetizing reception place cards, and mailing my bouquet for preservation. She handled everything with grace and efficiency, ensuring we didn't have to lift a finger. Jeanne Coon-Bogath is not just a wedding planner; she's a lifesaver. We can't recommend her highly enough. If you're looking for someone who will go above and beyond to make your wedding day perfect, Jeanne is the one! Thank you, Jeanne, for making our wedding day unforgettable!
