We booked partial planning with Caitlynn about a year out from our November 2025 wedding. The planning process was so easy and Caitlynn checked in on me even before our timeframe started just to make sure I was on track. She shared so many helpful tools & lists and was always available via text if I had questions or just wanted to talk through an idea. The planning process was so smooth all thanks to Caitlynn! 

The day of our wedding Caitlynn and her assistant Brianna got to the venue and started coordinating decor and all of our vendors. They worked seamlessly with our venue to make sure my vision came to life. I don’t think I fielded one vendor question all day which was exactly why I wanted a planner in the first place. Caitlynn was there every step of the way making sure we had everything we needed and were sticking to the schedule. The day felt so smooth and not rushed at all. 

I 100% recommend booking an assistant too. Having Bri there was a huge help and she’s a master at decor. I bought a bunch of random stuff for our sweetheart table and with very little direction Bri was able to make it look better than I ever imagined. 

Caitlynn and Bri truly went above and beyond and even helped watch my matron of honor’s kids (2 year old and 5 month old) while we took photos or were doing other things since their dad was also our officiant and a groomsman. I know that helped a lot with the parent’s stress levels and they were able to enjoy the day too.

Caitlynn is the best decision you can make for your wedding day! I got ghosted by my day of coordinator two weeks before my wedding. We signed a contract with Caitlynn 10 days out and you would have thought she’d been involved from day one. Her packages are extremely reasonable for the service she provides. Her character also stood out as she was the only coordinator we reached out to that led with empathy for our situation and didn’t price gouge with “rush fees” for the tight timeline. Within 48 hours she was not only completely up to speed but had recommendations and considerations that ended up being critical to our day running smoothly. Caitlynn is the calm in the storm, was somehow everywhere at once, and we were able to just enjoy our day knowing she had everything handled. I can’t recommend her enough and I’m so grateful that she was able to be a part of our day! 

Caitlynn is truly a superwoman. We hired Caitlynn to be our partial wedding planner and we could not be happier with our decision. My husband said that hiring Caitlynn was the best money we spent on our entire wedding. I didn’t have any close family or friends who were recently married so having Caitlynn be my main sounding board during the planning process was crucial. She was there to run my ideas by about decor choices/locations of different events during the day, favors, last minute worries - no detail was too small, and her expertise shows. She also created an amazing, thoughtful, detailed timeline (with two different ceremonies no less), and helped coordinate between a variety of vendors. We were planning our wedding through medical training and partially across the country, so we needed someone who was completely on it and she truly delivered. On the big day, she was everywhere, setting up 24 tables worth of decor, helping our family members, fixing my bridesmaid’s wardrobe malfunction, a stain on my dress, helping me pin my last minute outfit change and even helped build our last minute tea ceremony decor (which was in Chinese!!! how?!), while simultaneously making sure all the events ran on time and without a hitch. She is truly prepared for anything, and because of her, our wedding day felt so stress-free and smoothly run.
