She provided us with a 16-page(!) checklist that covered everything we needed to do each month leading up to our wedding (2 years out!), including details we never would have thought of on our own. Jeanne regularly checked in on our progress to ensure we stayed on track, and she even added important information to our website on our behalf, making sure it was all accurate and up-to-date.
Her thorough wedding weekend timeline was incredibly helpful. We reviewed it numerous times during the planning process to ensure every detail was organized exactly how we wanted the day to run. My husband and I are not exaggerating when we say that Jeanne was our lifesaver during wedding planning. After our venue recommended her, we hired Bogath Events for partial planning and weekend coordinating. We had already booked our venue and our vendors so we thought the rest would be cake, but we had no idea just how much we'd come to need Jeanne and her expertise.

Between COVID-19 postponing our original date and THEN a fire in our apartment building that displaced us for more than 2 months right before our wedding, Jeanne really stepped up and made a nightmarish scenario feel like a walk in the park. She went above and beyond the call of duty, managing to successfully move 100% of our vendors to our new date with 24 hours of our postponement decision, and then she went way beyond her job description when our lives were chaos dealing with our apartment fire.

She also kept us organized during the whole process, letting us be involved in the things we cared about and taking off of our plate the things we didn't. She was always a phone call or a text away, and never made us feel like our questions were dumb even though they 10000% were at times. Plus, knowledge of the LBI area and its vendors in particular is unmatched.

When it finally came down to the wedding weekend itself, she outperformed even our wildest expectations. Everything went smoothly — not a single hiccup to note — and it was exquisite. Any couple getting married down the shore would be privileged to work with her. She's part of our family now, and I hope you make her part of yours!

Jeanne was absolutely spectacular. Not only was she a great planner, she was a great listener and friend. She went above and beyond any of my expectations to execute my dream wedding. No thought that I had was shut down, she found a way to make everything work even in certain avenues she maybe hadn't had to explore before - like security. She was more than a planner to me, she was truly a friend, and a lifesaver. If only she planned lives because I have found it hard to go without her after our wedding! Even her family had our backs, her husband Richie wheeled my grandmother down the isle! Even when the weather got in a literal uproar she never backed down and continued to execute a beach wedding to the fullest. She, her team, and her family, all have a heart of gold and her planning is the absolute best in the world. So thankful to have found her!!

Jeanne was instrumental in making our wedding planning process and day incredibly stress free. She helped with partial planning and coordination of both my wedding and our welcome drinks/rehearsal dinner. First and foremost, Jeanne is a wonderful sounding board and brings good knowledge of LBI area vendors that are great to work with and that she has collaborated with before. She helped us make decisions and was able to provide benchmarks of what costs were "normal" and within our budget. We had monthly phone calls where she let us know what had to get done that month, and was super responsive via email. She never lost her temper/cool and was the ultimate source of calm for us amidst a hectic process. She made our wedding welcome baskets, made calls to vendors to coordinate details and all the little things that you don't care to do yourself when you're getting married :) When people asked me if I was stressed about the wedding planning, I never said yes (in very large part to Jeanne!). She brought her team to our wedding day and I hardly had to lift a finger at all that day to ensure that it went smoothly. The day overall was absolutely beautiful and that is also thanks to Jeanne's aesthetic. Our only complaint is we are only getting married once and won't be hearing from Jeanne as frequently!!

I have only amazing things to say about working with Jeanne with Bogath Weddings and Events. I hired her for the full service wedding planning and I’m so glad that I did!!! In the time between getting engaged and the wedding, I graduated from my undergraduate program, applied to grad schools, tore my meniscus and had surgery, moved into a new house, and started my graduate program. It was a much busier year than I intended, but Jeanne helped to ease all of my concerns and made great decisions for me along the way when I had a lot on my plate and said things like “you know what I want just tell me what’s best”. We had several long phone calls going over appropriate details when different parts of the planning process came up, and Jeanne always made sure we were on time with things.
