Jodie is the absolute BEST! I can't express how grateful I was to have her by my side throughout all of my planning and wedding day. The care she has for her clients is next level. Over the last year and 8 months, Jodie has dedicated countless hours and care into planning my dream wedding. I often forgot she was planning other weddings because of her constant communication and time working on my event. She is extremely organized - ensuring we met all vendor timelines, scheduled reoccurring meetings, and created design decks to help make the planning process stress-free and enjoyable. I truly do not know what I would have done without her guidance and expertise. On the day of the wedding, Jodie and her team handled everything from start to finish. My mom and I didn't have to worry about one thing, other than cherishing the day! I will never forget the moment I walked into my wedding tent for the first time - Jodie made my dream a reality. Such an amazing experience with Particular Planner!
My wedding was two months ago and I am still trying to find the right words to describe my experience with Jodie/Particular Planner! We used the Event Management service, as I thought I just needed someone for the "day-of" logistics and support, but what I got out of working with Jodie was SO MUCH MORE. I felt like a very organized bride, but Jodie brought so much expertise, advice, and guidance to the planning process. She brought up things that I would have never even thought of, considered all of my concerns and questions, communicated directly with my vendors and set up any necessary meetings, and created timelines for everyone involved in the day. She even joined me at an in-person meeting with my florist. On the wedding day itself, Jodie was such a calming presence, and really handled everything -- she worked so well with our venue, photographer, and all our other vendors to ensure the day flowed seamlessly. She really pulled the day together from a big picture perspective, but also helped with all the little things that came up. Looking back, I don't know how I would have gotten through the planning process OR the day itself without her. Our parents and wedding party are still talking about how impressed they were with Jodie -- any time they brought something up to her that may need to get done, it had already been taken care of hours before -- she is just on top of it all! When Jodie is by your side on your wedding day, you get to truly enjoy the day and not worry about a thing! Working with her was easily one of the the best decisions we made for our wedding!

Hire Particular Planner!
I highly recommend Particular Planner/Jodie! If you are on the fence, hire her! Our photographer recommended Particular Planner and I am so happy she did. When booking Jodie, we knew that she was already booked the day of our wedding so she would send a colleague instead, but we still went with her because we liked her so much. She has all the qualities you want in a planner, she's meticulous, friendly, organized, and is not afraid to take charge in any situation. The wedding management services package is way more than just “day-of”. We had an initial call when we first booked and Jodie made it clear that we could contact her with any questions leading up to the wedding. She also emailed us some helpful timely advice along the way (invitation tips, ideas/recommendations for specialty vendors and wedding favors, etc.). Around two months before the wedding, our planning got into full swing as we started working on the timeline and following up with vendors. Jodie joined us on most vendor calls which was incredibly helpful. She is so knowledgeable and would ask questions I wouldn’t have even thought to ask. She’s good at leading phone calls and making sure all points are covered. She also coordinated a lot with vendors apart from us so we didn’t get bogged down with unnecessary details, which I loved. The timeline was a back and forth project for our wedding, and Jodie was so patient every time we changed our mind. Ultimately our timeline was very similar to what she initially proposed, so trust her judgment! Her attention to detail is amazing and I would have been much more stressed during the planning process without all of her hard work. Rebecca was with us on the day of our wedding and she was incredible as well! She was so helpful and attentive and had things ready for me before I knew I needed them. She kept us on schedule, kept me calm, dealt with any issues that came up, and was also just so pleasant to be around the entire day. I know the day would not have gone as smoothly as it did were it not for Rebecca and Jodie. Hiring them was well worth the money! The day exceeded our expectations and we could not be happier!
