I cannot recommend Jodie and her team more!! She was so amazing during the entire wedding planning process. She ensured we were staying not only on time but, ahead of our deadlines, continuously checked in with vendors and solved any hiccups along the way, while curating multiple thoughtful design decks with options to choose from. Jodie truly made the process so enjoyable for my husband and I. If you’re looking for a wedding planner that is highly organized, thoughtful, responsive and has impeccable taste, I would choose Jodie time and time again! We truly could not have enjoyed our wedding day and the planning process like we did without her!

Jodie was our fairy godmother throughout the entire process. She was everything we needed in a coordinator and more, and she is the best decision we made for our wedding. What would we do without Jodie? – is a question I asked myself many many times throughout the wedding planning process. Jodie, simply put, is the best! My sister worked with Particular Planner for her wedding in June 2021 and immediately after I got engaged my mom said we have to work with Jodie again and I had zero hesitations.

We officially started working with Jodie 3 to 4 months before our wedding and she is one of the most organized, professional, proactive, and motivated people I’ve ever met. I always looked forward to our calls because I knew we would accomplish so much, and whatever worries I had that day would immediately fade away because Jodie always had a solution. She kept me on track with all aspects of planning, introduced thoughtful details I would never have thought of, and made me even more excited for what was shaping up to be the best day of our lives—with Jodie leading the charge. She was also happy to join our calls with vendors, making sure we stayed on track and had any questions smoothed out by the end of our conversations. I truly cannot fathom the amount of work Jodie puts in behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly. For us, the day was flawless, and while we recognize how perfectly it all came together, we know it was because Jodie worked tirelessly to make sure that was the case. I also loved how responsive she was throughout the entire planning process. I always knew I could reach out to her at any time and would get a quick, thoughtful response.

The day before, she ran a great and much needed rehearsal for us and our wedding party and then, on the wedding morning, she came to my parents’ house where we were getting ready. She organized all our dresses, made sure everything was perfect, and took care of all the little details so we could relax and enjoy those special moments without feeling rushed. Then, at the venue, Jodie was a superstar (no surprise there) making sure we were having the best time, supporting our vendors, and ensuring our guests were so happy. Her energy, direction, and attention to detail made the entire day so incredible for us and allowed us to focus on what mattered most.

I could go on and on about how Jodie made the wedding planning process enjoyable, how her leadership shaped all the decisions that led to our dream wedding, and how grateful we are to have had her as part of two of the most important days for our family. If you're looking for a wedding planner, especially down the shore, Jodie is your person, and I promise that having her on your team will be one of the best decisions you can make.

There is no way I could have planned my wedding and enjoyed it as much as I did without her. She helped me craft my vision and execute with confidence. She really “tied the bow” on the day – from day of coordination, which she is phenomenal at – the day literally just “happened” it felt so seamless and I was not involved or even made aware of any mishap at all (and I’ve been in enough weddings to know there is always a snafu lol), to the level of detail and cohesiveness of the design (which was exquisite, if I may) to the ease and flow and just overall vibe of the weekend for my guests, family and wedding party. She is exactly what you are looking for to alleviate a lot of the stress of planning, guide you through the industry and really elevate your wedding!

Jodie had such a major, major part in our wedding being the best weekend ever. She did amazing work in the months leading up to and on the wedding day. She made things super manageable leading up to the day with constant communication and professionalism. We could relax because we knew Jodie was taking care of every little detail that needed to be taken care of. The day of, she was the driving force in all itinerary details being executed perfectly. No major issues came up at all. And she was proactive in any minor issues, taking care of them before they turned into anything. Jodie made a detailed itinerary for our wedding party and friend and family so they knew exactly how the weekend would go which was very helpful. And her previously developed amazing vendor relationships made for easy coordination. Jodie was the best, handled everything behind the scenes so we could focus on our day.

I can't count the number of times during our wedding planning when we turned to each other and said, "Jodie is the best money we've spent." Our wedding was the most wonderful day of our lives and we have Jodie to thank. From the moment we first met, it was clear that we were in the hands of a true professional. We cannot recommend her highly enough. She is helpful, intuitive, knowledgeable, efficient, honest, and kind. She brought the vision we had for our wedding to life and made it all come together perfectly, even down to the smallest detail. We are so over the moon with how everything turned out! We can't imagine what our day would have looked like without her assistance (nor do we want to). Jodie was, and is, absolutely wonderful at what she does, and we are immensely grateful for everything she did for us. Our wedding day would not have been the same without her.

Oh my goodness - I can go on and on about Jodie and Particular Planner. Hiring her as the "day-of" coordinator was the best decision we made (and I'm recommending to my sisters to have her plan their whole event!) Jodie was there on the wedding day, making sure everything went smoothly. Beyond that, she worked with me months before the event to determine a timeline for my (rather tricky!) schedule. She confirmed all of my vendors, checked my planning work, and allowed me to be a fully-present bride on the wedding day, and let my mom be at the center of it all without having to worry about a thing. She really jumped in when our band had some demanding requests, being the liaison with the venue especially towards those final days when all the details pile up.

Further, Jodie helped me figure out my hair day-of when I was struggling to articulate what changes I liked. She made everything a solvable, manageable problem, and found the quiet time for private moments on the wedding morning for my family. She also ran the whole rehearsal for my rather large bridal party/groomsmen (making us all feel very prepared!) Any concern I had, she addressed it head-on and directly, and I truly loved how "particular" she was. She really cares about details, and is specific. I loved that, and the guests could tell we really thought about all details.

Jodie's a true professional, answers really quickly, is as calm as she is particular about making the couple happy. Most important, Jodie is a supportive hype woman on a really special day who made us feel like everything was covered and taken care of. I loved our wedding and am SO grateful for Jodie and her team.

My wedding was two months ago and I am still trying to find the right words to describe my experience with Jodie/Particular Planner! We used the Event Management service, as I thought I just needed someone for the "day-of" logistics and support, but what I got out of working with Jodie was SO MUCH MORE. I felt like a very organized bride, but Jodie brought so much expertise, advice, and guidance to the planning process. She brought up things that I would have never even thought of, considered all of my concerns and questions, communicated directly with my vendors and set up any necessary meetings, and created timelines for everyone involved in the day. She even joined me at an in-person meeting with my florist. On the wedding day itself, Jodie was such a calming presence, and really handled everything -- she worked so well with our venue, photographer, and all our other vendors to ensure the day flowed seamlessly. She really pulled the day together from a big picture perspective, but also helped with all the little things that came up. Looking back, I don't know how I would have gotten through the planning process OR the day itself without her. Our parents and wedding party are still talking about how impressed they were with Jodie -- any time they brought something up to her that may need to get done, it had already been taken care of hours before -- she is just on top of it all! When Jodie is by your side on your wedding day, you get to truly enjoy the day and not worry about a thing! Working with her was easily one of the the best decisions we made for our wedding!
