Claire jumped into our planning process three months before the wedding when our original planner was suddenly unavailable, and she truly saved the day!! I don’t know what we would’ve done without her. She was so calm, organized, experienced and pleasant to work with. She is relentlessly detail oriented, can see around corners, and helped us feel as prepared as possible for the big day.

She seamlessly guided us through every planning challenge leading up to the wedding, and she was such a rockstar on the day, from coordinating all the logistics in the morning to holding up a flashlight as we did some emergency repairs on my wedding dress at 11 pm. With Claire handling everything, we felt like we were really able to spend the entire day with our friends and families soaking up all the joy and fun. We loved every single minute of our wedding day. Many people told us after the wedding how wonderful and beautiful the whole weekend was, and we know we have Claire to thank.

We got married at Rule of Thirds, and one of the biggest reasons our wedding day felt so effortless was because of Claire. From our very first conversations, it was obvious that she knew the venue inside and out. She understood the layout, flow, timing, and countless small details about the space that we never would have thought to ask about ourselves. Claire was also incredibly responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. Whenever questions came up, she was quick to provide thoughtful answers, practical advice, and valuable guidance. Her experience helped us make better decisions throughout the planning process and gave us so much confidence that we were in good hands.

Going into the day, we had mentally prepared ourselves to answer a few last-minute questions or make small decisions on the fly simply because there were still aspects of the wedding that felt difficult for us to fully visualize beforehand. Instead, Claire handled everything seamlessly behind the scenes.

Claire worked directly with the venue staff, vendors, family members, and friends to navigate any last minute questions and find solutions without needing to pull us away from the celebration. That level of professionalism, calmness, and problem-solving gave us tremendous peace of mind and allowed us to fully enjoy the day.

Claire was everything I could have wanted in a wedding planner and then some! On the business side, she was beyond incredible handling all organization and paperwork with our vendors, helping us prioritize tasks on our tight 3-month timeline, coordinating all venue requirements and timelines, and truly making sure every last detail or scenario was accounted for. On the personal side, Claire could not have been kinder, more patient, and a true joy to work with! It speaks for itself that every vendor we reached out to was thrilled to find out Claire was our planner and excited to work with her again. The wedding day could not have gone smoother, and she really was a master at herding cats (aka our families) to ensure everyone knew where to be and when. Claire was like the quarterback of our wedding day. From the weeks leading up to the day through the whole night, she kept everything running smoothly and stress free. Her familiarity with Rule of Thirds and their staff made a huge difference, and she handled all logistics, vendors, and timing seamlessly.

Claire was the best wedding planner we could hope for. She was with us every step of the way, from looking at venues to the very end of big day.

She was very friendly, very meticulous, and did a great job keeping us on schedule during every part of the process, from booking the venue, to picking out a cake caterer, to doing a rehearsal schedule the day before.

We never felt overwhelmed as she laid out everything we needed to do in detailed spreadsheets. She helped us schedule visits with wedding venues and coordinated calls with all of our vendors. She had a great list of recommendations for catering, photography, a photobooth, a DJ, and everything in between. We always felt like we were in the best of hands and that everything was under control.

Claire did a great job coordinating with all of the different the points of contact for each vendor so we didn’t have to worry about anything but enjoying our day. Whenever we had a question for a vendor she would make sure that the right person was asked and could answer it. She even joined most of the calls we had with our vendors to make sure we got all the information we needed.

She also was very encouraging about ideas we had for making our wedding unique and showing off our personality. When we decided to use pez dispensers as escort cards for each guest, she was super excited and made sure we had everything we needed to execute our vision. She was able to turn our ideas into a reality that wowed us!

When it got closer to the wedding she made sure that we had a finalized schedule that we could go over and ensured all the vendors and speakers were on the same page.

The day of the wedding was absolutely wonderful! She made sure that everything was running smoothly and that we knew where to go. She made sure that we got some quiet moments with each other to take it all in. Thanks to her we had such a magical evening.

The day after she put together a highlight reel on instagram that we’ve watched about 2000 times - we are seriously obsessed with it!

Overall she made sure we had the best wedding possible and one of the best most special days of our lives. We would highly recommend working with Claire! She will ensure an amazing and smooth event with special memories to cherish forever.

Where to even start when praising all of the hard work and time Claire at WedWell put in for our wedding?! We had seen all of the great reviews prior to bringing Claire on board for our wedding and we can now confirm (2 weeks out from our big day), the rumors are all true. Claire was incredibly thorough and organized prior to our event and she was quick and covered all of the bases on the actual day. We even had a slight mishap with one of our vendors during the wedding and we actually didn’t even notice until Claire informed us the following day. That goes to show how smoothly Claire runs the show on the day of the wedding. We hired Claire for her day of coordination service and it was really nice that she jumps into planning a month out so she can get to know the couple and really understand the vision you want to bring to life. She’s realistic about what is possible and also incredibly helpful in helping you achieve everything you’re imagining. We could not have imagined a better wedding planner than Claire. She didn’t just make our wedding day flawless—she made the entire 17-month planning process smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. From start to finish, she anticipated every detail, kept us organized, and always thought a step ahead. My wife and I partnered with Claire, who was our day-of coordinator, for our wedding in August 2025.
