Viansa Sonoma is a destination wedding venue located in Sonoma, California. Viansa Sonoma is a beautiful Sonoma winery that combines romantic Tuscan architecture with breathtaking views of the Sonoma Valley, making it the perfect setting to host the wine country wedding you have always dreamed of.
Facilities and Capacity
Viansa Sonoma can accommodate up to 300 wedding guests in its beautiful indoor and outdoor event spaces. Its ivy-covered courtyard setting, the rolling hills, and vineyards make Viansa Sonoma an ideal location to exchange your vows and enjoy a timeless wine country wedding celebration. At Viansa Sonoma, your wedding ceremony can be held in their romantic courtyard, which is framed by vineyards and olive trees and graced with a lovely center fountain, or in a more private setting on our upper lawn (Alta Terrazza). After the ceremony, you and your guests will be guided through Viansa Sonoma’s candle-lit wine cellar, while the newlyweds can share a private celebratory moment. Then, your reception can be celebrated in Viansa Sonoma’s pavilion. We also have a romantic wine cave that is the perfect space to host an intimate celebration.
Services Offered
Couples have the option of hosting several wedding events at Viansa Sonoma, including engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, ceremonies, and receptions, as well as elopement celebrations. Outside wedding vendors are able to come into Viansa Sonoma to work their magic for your special day. The venue also offers a list of preferred vendors they work with in the area. Viansa Sonoma is a wheelchair-accessible venue that offers shuttle, valet and parking to couples and their guests on the day of the wedding.

We've been honored to provide our DJing, Photobooth, and lighting services at Viansa Winery for several years. It is absolutely one of our favorite venues in Sonoma! It's higher elevation delivers a spectacular view of the valley below. It's uniquely charactered spaces allow couples to choose various scenic choices for their ceremony. Most importantly we LOVE working with the people there. Meredith, Courtney, and rest of the wedding coordination team is super fun, and easy to work with. They are very friendly, and laid back, yet super organized and professional which make them great to work with. If you are looking for a wine country wedding experience, definitely stop at Viansa!
They say the three most important things about hosting an event are location, location, location. While it's not completely true, location is nevertheless one of the key factors that can literally make or break your party. We've been working with Viansa on a number of occasions, and all we can say is "We love you, Viansa Winery!" The breathtaking view of Sonoma Valley, abundant selection of great wines, friendly and attentive staff - we can go on and on. But it's better to see once than to hear 100 times, so take a trip to this magic place and see for yourself why it should be your number one choice for any event!
