We cannot put into words how magical our wedding day at V. Sattui Winery was—it truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment we stepped onto the property, we knew this was the place. The combination of the romantic stone architecture, the lush vineyards, and the warm, golden Napa light created the most breathtaking backdrop we could have imagined. The V. Sattui events team was nothing short of incredible. They were organized, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our day seamless and unforgettable. Every detail was handled with care, from the timeline coordination to the impeccable wine pairings. Our guests are still raving about the food and, of course, the wine. The culinary team delivered a meal that was elegant yet comforting—exactly what we wanted. And having award-winning wines served throughout the evening made the experience feel authentically Napa. The courtyard ceremony, the vineyard photos at sunset, and the candlelit barrel room reception gave the entire day a sense of romance and intimacy that we’ll treasure forever. It felt like we were transported to Tuscany, but with the convenience and charm of Napa Valley. If you’re considering V. Sattui for your wedding—do it. It’s not just a venue; it’s an experience that will stay with you and your guests for a lifetime. We feel so lucky to have started our forever in a place this beautiful.

We hosted a lovely wedding with the help of the V. Sattui staff, particularly Monica and Melissa handling general event management alongside Raffaella and Chef Stefano leading our catering. Every person we worked with at Sattui was proactive, thoughtful, able to plan and execute an amazing evening for us and our guests, and we will be lifelong customers of the winery with the memories they helped us create on our special day.

We had our wedding in the middle of October 2024, right after record heat waves but the weather thankfully cooled down the weekend of our wedding. We did our ceremony in the lower courtyard which, on top of the lovely stone and accent of wooden beams, doors, and barrels, was also surrounded by beautiful greenery and local plants. The greenery was a perfect baseline for our florals that were only needed to accent the rows of seats and the floral arch for our altar, framed by the wooden doors for the Barrel Tasting Room where we would later have our reception— it was immaculate.

It did begin to sprinkle before the ceremony, but there is cover with clear view of the courtyard below along the upper walkways. Guests kept dry, and the Sattui staff flipped the cushions to the dry side as soon as the weather let down and the ceremony was about to begin. The cloudier weather did not hinder the beauty of the wedding as the courtyard features gorgeous string lights that cut across over the courtyard.

Guests were escorted to the Vittorio Terrace where our guests enjoyed cocktail hour where they had a wide selection of wines we selected from the Sattui catalog. Prior to the wedding, Virginia from V. Sattui, did a fantastic job walking us through a tasting of the Sattui catalog to make the wine list for the night. Beer and seltzers were also available. As it was still raining, the staff promptly set up tents on the lawn in preparation. The only issue we had was that the lighting of the tent would falter at times, possibly due to the weather. My partner and I had access to the interior rooms of the court yard tower to touch up on her dress or just take a moment away from our guests. Bathrooms are located above the courtyard so stairs are required to access, we did not inquire if there were any other bathrooms. We were unaware if there was a private bathroom in the courtyard tower for the bride.

The ceremony took place within the Barrel Tasting Room, it was an impressive backdrop as many of our guests had never seen the amount of barrels that stack and line the walls of the room. We fit about 135 guests with plenty of room to dance. Raffa and her waitstaff did a spectacular job at attending to each of our guests, making sure that all dietary restrictions and accommodation were followed to the smallest detail. Service was prompt, and elegant in their work. Chef Stefano’s dishes were enjoyed by all of our guests.

Guests enjoyed walking around and lounging in the courtyard or the tasting room where more wine was served. The venue had so many picturesque locations and our guests felt that this wedding had been the most elegant they had ever attended. The venue has strong guidelines about using rice, sparklers, confetti, or other paper items for our send off. We thankfully had some LED foam sticks for the dancing that we used instead.

Helpful and easy to work with. The staff were wonderful and the venue was beautiful. We ended up doing a small elopement so didn't really use external vendors/have much set up and we couldn't imagine it going any easier or smoother. They were responsive and accomodating!

In February, my daughter was married in V.Sattui winery, her dream since she first visited this magical place 8 years ago. It was one of the most amazing nights of our lives. I would not know where to begin to express our gratitude to everyone who was involved in making this night so special. What a joy it was every time we spoke to Alison. She made everything so easy. The wine selection, the setup of the winery, the rehearsal, etc. Mariah coordinated the entire menu and what a great job she did. Four months later, I’m still getting compliments of how fabulous the food and service were that night. During these unprecedented times, the Ferrare/Lopez family would like to thank V.Sattui for giving us a special night to look back on that was shared with so many friends and families. We can’t wait to go back.

The perfect venue! Not only is this winery absolutely stunning, but you will receive the best service and help every step of the way. From day 1 my fiance and I were encapsulated by the staff and how helpful and supportive they were! They made the entire planning process stress-free and you will truly feel like family. I can't thank everyone here enough! We had a dream fairy tale wedding thanks to this venue and all that they offer.

The most magical venue! The grounds and venue are just absolutely gorgeous, and there is barely need to add more floral (although we definitely opted for a thick red rose petal aisle). Seriously, it looked like a dream. The food and wine were fabulous. Alison and the rest of the team at V Sattui were truly a pleasure to work with! We cannot say enough good things about V Sattui!

My husband and I had the most incredible night and we couldn't have picked a better wedding venue. The place was just so magical and the service was incredible. We had about 150 guests and they all fit perfectly in the barrel room with plenty of room for the dance floor. We got so many compliments from our wedding guests from the delicious food to the beautiful winery. It was truly a wonderful night and we highly recommend V. Sattui!

We were married the last weekend in April, and everything was in full bloom! We made sure to use the entire grounds with our ceremony on the lawn, cocktail hour in the gardens and dinner/reception in the barrel room! The grounds and privacy of the location made this venue choice a no-brainer for us! We are still getting compliments on our choice of venue!

Much like our relationship, it was love at first site with V. Sattui. It was the first venue we visited, and when we left, we decided it was the one. We were greeted by Alison, V. Sattui's incredible events coordinator, and after our around hour long visit, we were hooked. Let me explain...

V. Sattui is one of the only (if not the only) vineyard in Napa that allows guests until 11 pm. Your guests arrive in the early evening, so you have the ENTIRE winery to yourself (including back terrace, courtyard, lawn, barrel room, cellar club etc). It is absolutely beautiful, and gives your guests a chance to explore a great winery that I am sure they will visit after the wedding. The venue has gorgeous florals and greenery all over, so the need for florals is minimal (at least it was for our end of March wedding, and will be through fall I would imagine). The barrel room where dinner is held is magical - lit up with candles, it is straight out of a fairy tale. There is a huge selection of wine for any palette, and the wine is absolutely delicious (and we had a very fun 2.5 hour long tasting before the wedding). Also, we were in the off-season, but in the on-season, I have heard their on-site Michelin-starred chef is amazing.

Now, about the service. Alison is amazing. She knows so much about weddings (not just weddings at Sattui), and is responsive, friendly and warm. She is honest in her opinions, never trying to sell you anything or convince you one way or another. We really enjoyed getting to know her over the last year and a half, and we look forward to seeing her when we visit Sattui (wedding perk - a 1 year membership after your wedding!!). The day of staff at Sattui were also impeccable. They were attentive, friendly, and my guests loved them. One guest told me she couldn't find the coordinator to put down a card, so she asked a server. He couldn't find the coordinator either, but 30 minutes later, when he finally tracked her down, he went to find my guest and introduced her to the coordinator. That level of attention and detail meant that our wedding was flawless, and went off without a hitch.

I cannot recommend Sattui as a venue enough. It made our wedding such a special day, and is a great place to revisit again and again.

V. Sattui and their staff was AMAZING!! Our wedding was absolutely perfect. The venue is gorgeous and everyone we worked with there was a delight. Chef Stefano and his wife Raffa are amazing to work with. Everyone loved our food! They could not stop raving about how delicious appetizers and dinner was. Raffa kept the dinner flowing nicely and never made anyone feel like they were waiting to be served. Right after the ceremony she came and met my new husband and I while we were taking pictures to bring us champagne and a plate of appetizers. The staff also set our tables beautifully and folded the napkins to fit our menus. Our guests all loved every staff member they interacted with. The servers are the bar were even dancing along to the music during the reception.
