We booked him for day-of coordination services, but he was already working with us to keep us on track with wedding planning at least 1-2 months before our wedding. Sean has done multiple weddings at our venue, Brindare Napa Valley (formerly Tre Posti), and we could tell that he was very familiar with the venue grounds and staff. It gave us full trust in Sean for our wedding day and he did not disappoint!

Sean was there every step of the way on our wedding day and helped us immensely with timing. We were definitely behind schedule with much of our itinerary, but he was very kind to give us gentle nudges to keep us on track as much as possible. The day honestly flew by so fast, but again, we had full trust in Sean to execute. He set up the welcome table beautifully, directed guests to and from the ceremony and reception, got the cake and cake server set ready for us when it was time for cake cutting, coordinated the sparkler send-off flawlessly, packed everything up for us at the end of the night, and probably a bunch more that we don't even know about behind the scenes to help us make sure that we had the best wedding day possible. Even our parents commented on how amazing and helpful Sean was!

Sean is absolutely AMAZING. He planned our wedding from over a year out through the day of. He was extremely responsive - I mean responding within the hour to every email. He was very organized and helped us through every single detail. Honestly, we didn't have to do much, because Sean had all of the best connections and set us up with all of our vendors. He ensured that everything was perfectly organized and that we brought everything we needed day of. Once we gave him everything, he took it off ours hands and the day ran seamlessly.
