Jenny was an absolute dream to work with. We planned our wedding from across the country, and she made the entire experience smooth, organized, and completely stress-free. She consistently went above and beyond for us, and her guidance throughout the process was invaluable. Every vendor she recommended — hair and makeup, rentals, DJ — was exceptional, and everything came together more beautifully than we could have imagined. Jenny was always on top of everything, which allowed us to truly enjoy our day without worrying about a single detail. Her husband Chris was also fantastic and such a wonderful support on our rehearsal and wedding day. Together they made the entire experience unforgettable. We are so grateful to Jenny and could not recommend her more highly.

We truly cannot say enough incredible things about Christine and her entire team! From the very beginning, her communication was exceptional. At every stage of the planning process, we felt informed, supported, and completely confident that everything was in the best hands, and that she was going to bring our wedding vision to life. Her organization and attention to detail were nothing short of phenomenal. Every element, big and small, was carefully thought through and executed seamlessly. What could have easily felt overwhelming was instead smooth, structured, and genuinely enjoyable because of how well everything was managed. On the wedding day (and throughout the entire weekend), her team absolutely exceeded expectations. Their facilitation was flawless. Everything flowed effortlessly, allowing us to be fully present and soak in every moment without a single worry. They anticipated needs before we even had them and handled everything behind the scenes with such professionalism and care. The entire weekend was executed to perfection. It was elevated, intentional, and beautifully coordinated in every way. We truly could not have imagined a more perfect wedding, and so much of that is thanks to this Christine and her incredible team. :)

We cannot say enough favorable things about Denise Kramer to describe how helpful she was in planning and overseeing a wedding and reception at Trentadue Winery. Her extensive knowledge of venues and vendors in the Sonoma area was essential to all our decisions. She was very insightful in providing relevant information to help us make the best choice for our desired outcomes. She was always quick to respond and a pleasure to work with. Her venue layout, timeline planning, and day of event oversight all resulted in a memorable day. You can’t go wrong in hiring Denise to plan and implement your event!

We loved working with Stephanie and her team at Off the Grid Beaten Path (OTBP) to celebrate 30 years together with 100 of our dearest friends and family members. The technologies OTBP for planning and timeline management are set and easy to use, providing easy access to most questions and automated reminders of tasks different members of the wedding party need to complete. Stephanie is clear, kind, and direct in her communications. Our event was somewhat out of the ordinary in terms of logistical management with 2 caterers, a friend who served as officiant and his husband as florist (amazing!), the DJ, event rentals, etc. And our event had four “movements” around the property, so there was a lot to manage. We are so delighted how smoothly everything went and most of all how many of our guests complimented us on the quality of the entire production, especially all the love! Thanks to OTBP for making one of the most memorable days of our lives happen so perfectly.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Kyla and Detailed Dreams. Their All Things Coordinated package was absolutely perfect for us. Although they officially took over two months prior to our wedding, Kyla was available from the moment we signed the contract for any and all questions, guidance, and reassurance along the way. She was incredibly responsive and always so kind, you can truly tell how much she loves what she does—and how exceptional she is at it. Kyla went so far above and beyond for us - she gave birth to twins five days before our wedding and still came to both our rehearsal and wedding and did an AMAZING job. Her dedication is unmatched. Throughout the entire process and especially on the wedding day, she was such a calming, steady presence, allowing us to fully enjoy every moment without stress. Our day was exactly what we hoped it would be and we are forever grateful for Kyla and her services. We wholeheartedly recommend Detailed Dreams to any couple looking for a planner who genuinely cares and delivers excellence.

I reached out to Carly with Carly Saber Events about 14 months ago to plan our wedding, which happened yesterday. Our initial phone call provided such joy, goodness, and enjoyment that I immediately knew that I wanted to hire her team for our month-of coordination. I cannot stress enough about what a right choice this was for such a momentous day. Carly matched us with Tania, and Tania was like having a best friend. We had our initial call, and I just felt that this woman would make sure that every happiness and dream would happen for my wedding. I knew that I wanted to plan all the details, and they provided me with lists, guidance, and recommended vendors to make an absolute dream team of vendors. Tania, you were my sunshine. You supported all my choices, made it feel like I planned a stunning wedding (even with my inexperienced eye), and supported my vendors by creating timeline, organization, and cohesiveness. By the 8-week countdown, I was able to fully step back and trust that you were going to take my vision, my beautiful dream, and you were going to transform it into a vision tied in a perfect bow. We had hiccups that were outside of our control; we had decisions to be made the day of the wedding. But you let me step into my own dream, and you take full reigns of making sure that my wedding was perfection. By how wonderful you were, I got to say “here are pieces, let’s make a puzzle,” and you were outstanding. Tania, thank you. Thank you for being so lovely to me, my mom (my dear mom), my now husband. Thank you for making our beautiful wedding day and making it momentous. What an absolute delight.
