We worked with Jackie Overdorf to plan our wedding and couldn't recommend her enough. I work in event production myself, and thought I could do much of the wedding planning myself. How wrong I was! Jackie blew our expectations out of the water. I feel she went way beyond our expectations. Not only did she handle all of our vendors, but she also designed all our print materials, picked up our cake, helped organize a welcome reception, and farewell brunch--all of which were outside of her contracted scope. She became our closest ally and biggest cheerleader in the wedding planning process. I miss having our check-ins! Jackie is so incredibly competent and is clearly an industry veteran, she had answers to everything and helped guide our wedding into so much more than we could have imagined.

The Kismet website and resources were incredible tools and made decision making and task tracking so easy. Jackie was always available to help and was a great sounding board when we would get stuck. We knew we wanted footage of our day but didn’t want a fully edited video. Kristina’s services were the perfect compromise. She captured beautiful moments and worked seamlessly with our photographer. We chose the "final details/day of coordinator package" and Kismet/Kelly far exceeded our expectations! She was with us from the start, having monthly check-ins with us ensuring we were on the right path/hitting all the right milestones. Come day of, everything was perfect! Kelly and her team were there to mitigate any issues, keep the event on track, and make sure we were able to be fully present. I can't thank Kelly and her team enough.
