I met Carly in January 2019 after securing the venue for my daughter's wedding. She was on a list provided by the venue. At our first meeting I was impressed with her professionalism and her friendliness but absolutely won over by her knowledge of the vendors in the Napa Valley.
My situation was a bit unique in that I was planning this wedding for my daughter who lived across the country and would only have a few days to visit the Napa Valley to help with the planning. With her schedule as a Naval Officer, marrying another Naval Officer, there was one day all year that they could get married. Additionally, the bride would not be available by phone or email during most of the planning. Carly assured me this would not be a problem,
Carly introduced us to the best vendors! Her relationships with the vendors made me feel very secure in executing the contracts. She created an amazing spreadsheet and budget showing when all payments were due. Any questions I had were immediately addressed and resolved. I realized after the wedding that any worries I had were created in my mind because Carly had control of every detail!
My daughter was able to come out for a few days and Carly arranged a preview of all the table designs, floral designs, signage, as well as a menu tasting, and cake tasting. We even got hair and makeup scheduled in this tight time frame. All of this made my daughter feel that she was getting the wedding she wanted and dreamed of, even though she had so little time to put into the planning.
The execution on the day of the wedding was flawless! Even with the contact person at the venue changing several times in our months of planning, Carly had everything in order. The detailed timeline was a work of art-there is no other way to describe it!
All of the planning created a beautiful wedding and reception! I even think that somehow Carly ordered the beautiful December day. Now, almost 18 months later, people still tell me what a beautiful wedding it was and how much fun they had. Most importantly, the bride and groom got exactly what they wanted. To me, as the mother of the bride, that was the most important aspect and Carly certainly delivered.
I have another daughter and while I'm not pushing her to get engaged, I know that the first person I would contact to tell the news of the engagement would be Carly!

Carly was absolutely amazing. She truly took my vision and made an actual fairytale. I ended up having her plan my welcome party in addition to our wedding which was out of this world. Not only is she professional and amazing but by the end I felt like she was my friend planning my wedding. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Take it from a type-A bride thinking she had everything under control - we are SO thankful for Carly!!! Carly was incredibly positive, responsive, detailed and organized throughout the entire planning process - which I very much so appreciated. Additionally, Carly proactively picked up on the level of detail I wanted to be involved in, and made sure she catered to that throughout the planning process and on the wedding day.

Carly has established herself as one of the BEST wedding planners in the wedding industry (other vendors want to work with her) and she has established amazing relationships with vendors in every category. When our photographers cancelled on us a few weeks before our wedding, Carly reached out to all her photographer connections in the industry to secure us a new photographer in just a couple days. Don't think this is going to happen to you? Trust me, neither did I!

Given how insanely organized she is, it was no surprise when we saw the detailed wedding timeline with the schedule for the entire day including arrival times for all of the vendors, what time I needed to be done with hair/makeup, ceremony lineup time, etc. On the wedding day itself, Carly flawlessly orchestrated everything - we never had to worry about a single thing and could enjoy being in the moment with family and friends.

It was evident to us that Carly truly loves what she does and is so incredibly talented and dedicated. Hands down our best decision we made during the entire wedding process was to work with her.

My husband and I could not say enough good things about the Carly Saber Events team! We did the month of planning and added on the design option. Carly made the design process so easy and fun! We would’ve had a such a hard time trying to narrow down the designs we liked without her. And then on top of it, she designs the emails to all the vendors so all you have to do is copy and paste!! It made it so easy to compare prices/packages. It also gave us confidence that each vendor knew exactly what we were looking for.
