I met Carly in January 2019 after securing the venue for my daughter's wedding. She was on a list provided by the venue. At our first meeting I was impressed with her professionalism and her friendliness but absolutely won over by her knowledge of the vendors in the Napa Valley.
My situation was a bit unique in that I was planning this wedding for my daughter who lived across the country and would only have a few days to visit the Napa Valley to help with the planning. With her schedule as a Naval Officer, marrying another Naval Officer, there was one day all year that they could get married. Additionally, the bride would not be available by phone or email during most of the planning. Carly assured me this would not be a problem,
Carly introduced us to the best vendors! Her relationships with the vendors made me feel very secure in executing the contracts. She created an amazing spreadsheet and budget showing when all payments were due. Any questions I had were immediately addressed and resolved. I realized after the wedding that any worries I had were created in my mind because Carly had control of every detail!
My daughter was able to come out for a few days and Carly arranged a preview of all the table designs, floral designs, signage, as well as a menu tasting, and cake tasting. We even got hair and makeup scheduled in this tight time frame. All of this made my daughter feel that she was getting the wedding she wanted and dreamed of, even though she had so little time to put into the planning.
The execution on the day of the wedding was flawless! Even with the contact person at the venue changing several times in our months of planning, Carly had everything in order. The detailed timeline was a work of art-there is no other way to describe it!
All of the planning created a beautiful wedding and reception! I even think that somehow Carly ordered the beautiful December day. Now, almost 18 months later, people still tell me what a beautiful wedding it was and how much fun they had. Most importantly, the bride and groom got exactly what they wanted. To me, as the mother of the bride, that was the most important aspect and Carly certainly delivered.
I have another daughter and while I'm not pushing her to get engaged, I know that the first person I would contact to tell the news of the engagement would be Carly!

Carly Saber Events helped us with our daughter’s wedding on May 30, 2026. We chose the Full Coordination and Design option and are thrilled with the results.
Carly was professional and efficient to work with, yet her warm personality made us feel comfortable throughout the process and our wishes were integrated from the beginning. She alleviated concerns that arose, helped us set a budget and guided us through the process of staying on task. Details and actions included a comprehensive month to month planning list, and assisting us with vendor and venue selection, often hosting a meeting or video call to better understand the choices to be made.
The wedding day activities went seamlessly, even though actions started in the early AM, and continued right up to the ceremony start time. There were no hiccups, drama or worries. We heard phrases the following day from family and friends, “fairy tale wedding” and “best wedding we’ve ever been to.” Our daughter and her husband both said “best day of our lives.” The credit goes to Carly, her team and the incredible vendors she connected us with. From the venue support team, DJ, florist, photographer, videographer and rental companies that provided furniture and a tent. The tent is a good example. It provided a contingency against weather but also provided the feature of task lighting and chandeliers to class things up. Dozens of guests commented on how great the tent was, as a feature.
The entire event was spectacular.

Our initial phone call provided such joy, goodness, and enjoyment that I immediately knew that I wanted to hire her team for our month-of coordination. By the 8-week countdown, I was able to fully step back and trust that you were going to take my vision, my beautiful dream, and you were going to transform it into a vision tied in a perfect bow. We had hiccups that were outside of our control; we had decisions to be made the day of the wedding. But you let me step into my own dream, and you take full reigns of making sure that my wedding was perfection. By how wonderful you were, I got to say “here are pieces, let’s make a puzzle,” and you were outstanding.

What an absolute delight.

Words can't even describe how helpful Carly and Danielle were. Of all the hires, they were the best. The level of organization, not just on managing all of our vendors, but thinking of the little details that never would’ve crossed our minds. They are hyper-organized and kept us on track. After our first few meetings, they immediately understood our vision, used their connections and years of expertise to find us the right vendors within our budget.

Special shout out to Danielle, who took over 90 days out (although they started working with us well before that), was an absolute dream!!! We even had multiple family, friends and guests come up to us at our wedding to talk about how amazing she was. She has the best attitude, handled everything like a boss, while still having the warmest demeanor. 10/10 if you are looking to have a well oiled team behind you during a very overwhelming time, they will come through ten-fold. They turned a very stressful time into the special time that it’s meant to be.

Carly was extremely organized and helped us stay on top of every single task and detail we needed to accomplish ahead of our wedding. While being organized is table stakes for a wedding planner, the way Carly went above and beyond showed an clear drive and genuine desire to make our wedding the perfect day is not. Whenever we asked Carly for any of our somewhat out-there / particular requests (e.g "I want a chocolate fountain and our venue doesn't have one"), the response from Carly was never "yes, but.." or "maybe if..", her response was always "Yep no problem all I need is you to tell me X and I will make it happen." I had 100% trust that Carly would get the job done with no issues.

Working with Carly was absolutely seamless and I couldn't image a better wedding planner. I had somewhat dreaded the idea of having to plan a wedding, but I actually ended up missing it when it was over because of how much fun it was to work with Carly. We enjoyed working with Carly to help us execute our Wedding vision in Napa, CA. Carly was always responsive via email and once we made decisions on vendors, she was able to take some of the back and forth work from our plate. Vendors seemed to really enjoy working with her and she came recommended with the venue that we choose. From the start she had good experience to book key vendors she coudl vouche for and tried to extract our vision. Some things in our vision didn't work out at the end but overall she was able to give us our full vision and generally kept within our budget.
