The Best Decision We Made!
Carly was worth every single penny and truly one of the best investments we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, she stood out because she made me feel confident that our budget could actually work. After another planner told me we’d need to spend nearly twice as much, Carly stepped in with realistic solutions and total reassurance. That alone sold me, and I’m so grateful it did.
Our vendors absolutely adored her, which made everything run even more smoothly. In addition to her professionalism and expertise, she brings a warmth and kindness that made us feel supported every step of the way. She planned and designed everything from start to finish and completely brought my vision to life.
If you’re looking for someone who respects your budget, treats vendors with genuine care, and still delivers above-and-beyond service, Carly is the planner you want in your corner. I can’t recommend her enough. -

Working with Carly Saber Events for my wedding was the best decision I ever made. Carly and Danielle were quick to reply to my inquiry and excited and motivated to work with me. Carly did an amazing job designing the vision I had for the day and Danielle executed it to perfection. They were always quick to respond to all of emails or texts and I always felt like a priority to them. They made booking all the vendors extremely easy and took over communication once it was booked. Danielle thought of every single detail so that I could focus on the big picture and being present in the moment. Everything leading up to the wedding was expertly planned and they were conscious of my budget the entire time. The day of the wedding was perfect. Everything went so smoothly and I didn't have to to do a thing. Danielle made sure the vendors were there and doing what they were supposed to be doing. She set up all the personal detail tables and coordinated with everyone. I was able to relax and get ready and truly be present in the moment the entire day. The ceremony was flawless and the reception flowed so there was no awkward waiting around for speeches or dances. Working with Carly Saber Events was a magical experience and made for the best wedding day. I would highly recommend anyone who wants a beautiful Napa area wedding to consider booking with them. They have a great set of vendors that they work with and have the planning and execution of weddings down to a perfect science. I cannot say enough good things about working with them and all the vendors they recommended!

We enjoyed working with Carly to help us execute our Wedding vision in Napa, CA. Carly was always responsive via email and once we made decisions on vendors, she was able to take some of the back and forth work from our plate. Vendors seemed to really enjoy working with her and she came recommended with the venue that we choose. From the start she had good experience to book key vendors she coudl vouche for and tried to extract our vision. Some things in our vision didn't work out at the end but overall she was able to give us our full vision and generally kept within our budget. We would highly recommend Carly for any couple looking to plan their wedding who has amble time to plan and is comfortable communicating over zoom and emails! -

Danielle Ashworth is AMAZING!
I met Carly early on my wedding planning process and within 5 mins of our zoom call she was able to help me narrow down a venue and soon after connected me with Danielle Ashworth as our lead planner. Danielle was truly a dream to work with! She made the entire planning process stress-free and actually fun. She was always on top of every detail, and the resources she shared kept us organized and on track. Danielle & her team also has an incredible network of vendors, which made planning so much easier. She was wonderful with our families and made the wedding day run seamlessly so that I could truly be present and enjoy every moment. A huge thank you as well to Lizzie and Sylvia, who were amazing on the day of - so kind, helpful, and such an important part of the team! Cannot thank these ladies enough!!! -

My husband and I could not say enough good things about the Carly Saber Events team! We did the month of planning and added on the design option. Carly made the design process so easy and fun! We would’ve had a such a hard time trying to narrow down the designs we liked without her. And then on top of it, she designs the emails to all the vendors so all you have to do is copy and paste!! It made it so easy to compare prices/packages. It also gave us confidence that each vendor knew exactly what we were looking for.
Danielle was our planner month of (which is more like 2 months out)! Danielle was AMAZING. She was more like a friend who was helping us out a lot. She truly cared and knew exactly how to execute on the day of. We really appreciated how responsive, kind and professional she was!

Carly Saber Events exceeded our expectations from day 1. From the moment we met Carly and Danielle we felt so at peace with putting our wedding day in their hands. Throughout our entire experience they were professional, organized, timely, and so much fun to work with. Carly blew us away throughout the design process, and created an incredible design board that allowed us to seamlessly receive quotes from other vendors (florists, rentals, etc). All of CSE’s vendor recommendation were stellar, and all of the vendors we connected with were quick to let us know that they LOVED working with CSE. Danielle was our main planner and we could not have been happier with our experience. She created all of the important tools like our budget, vendor trackers, and monthly to-do list which made our wedding so organized. She made our planning experience so positive by taking care of everything, big and small! Not only did she exceed our expectations with her coordination and execution, but her positive attitude made the entire experience so JOYFUL. Whether it was the day of our wedding, or even just a quick phone call / email, Danielle approached each interaction with a smile and calm demeanor. We really appreciated how quickly she got back to me and took care of changes. She developed an incredible timeline for us, and completely took control of vendor communication/updates so that we could just enjoy the special time leading up to our wedding. Even our wedding party and guests commented on how lovely she was throughout our wedding day. We truly owe our entire wedding experience to the CSE team, and we are so sad that our time working with them has come to an end. -

We could not have had a better experience working with Carly. From beginning (selecting venue, vendors, design ideas) to end (day-of coordination, vision implementation), Carly kept us on task, on budget, and organized. When it began to rain as our outdoor dinner venue was getting set up on our wedding day, Carly kept the day dry, moving the reception inside and organizing with all vendors and the venue without us having to worry. She even kept us on time despite the hiccup! We truly could not have done the day without Carly- she allowed us to actually enjoy our wedding and the wedding planning process without getting stressed in the nitty gritty. Carly was absolutely incredible to work with. From our initial call, I immediately connected with her and could tell she was truly wanted to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams. We absolutely loved all the vendors she recommended for our wedding and felt like she created the perfect vendor team. We had an Indian wedding and a Jewish wedding in one day, which was a 14 hour wedding day! We used 2 locations within the same property and had 2 meals, 2 completely different setups and colors/design visions, and more vendors than a typical wedding. Carly handled everything flawlessly and was so on top of every detail. She was willing to hop on calls whenever we had questions, and she even took the time to join a call to meet my parents and answer all of their questions! The coordination services on the day of our wedding were impeccable. Carly and her team took care of everything and made sure the day ran smoothly, and we didn't have to worry about anything. I 100% recommend Carly! She is the BEST! -

I cannot recommend Carly more. From the second we started working together, I knew that I was in the best hands to make all of my wedding dreams come true. Our big day would NOT have been successful if we didn't have Carly. My husband and I haven't really been to many weddings and none of our friends are married so we really didn't know where to start. Carly was so helpful and responsive, she explained everything with patience and I'm so grateful for her. Wedding planning is inherently stressful so having her full planning services helped mitigate a lot of that. 2 months later our guests are still telling us it was the most beautiful, well planned, and organized wedding they've ever been to and we have Carly to thank for that because we truly had no clue where to start. 2021 was a busy year for her (weddings back to back every weekend) and she still managed to respond promptly to even the smallest questions. She was also awesome at taking feedback, pivoting when I wanted to change things and keeping everything on track. She also made sure we stayed in budget and communicated when we were going over. Carly is the ultimate event planning professional - hiring her is the best wedding-related decision we made. She designed, planned and executed a gorgeous, amazing event that was all set for April 2020, and then had to re-schedule twice as the pandemic just kept going. We actually got married on zoom and had a baby before we were able to have the event, which then of course had to be quite different than the original plan. In spite of it all, Carly rolled with it and had solutions for everything we threw her way. When we were finally able to have the event, it was exceptional and our guests are still raving about it months later. Working with Carly was so easy, and she took so much of the stress out of the process. As a couple we both work long hours at our jobs, and knowing we had Carly to sweat the small stuff for us was a huge relief! If you want a beautiful wedding, and you don't want to cry, stress or panic to get it, hiring Carly is the only way to go! Money well spent for memories that will last forever! Thank you, Carly! -

Our experience with Carly was a long one, due to multiple COVID postponements, and we are SO thankful for her as she stuck with us for the 2.5+ year journey until our wedding dreams became a reality! Carly is dedicated to her clients and made sure any and all of our concerns or questions were addressed along the way. She helped us plan and execute on two events for our spectacular wedding weekend in Napa, and everything went so so smoothly! We cannot thank her enough for her hard work in making our Indian/American fusion wedding weekend a dream come true. It really was magical and all of our guests were raving about how it was the best wedding they've ever been to! Carly is well connected to the vendors/venues in wine country (a BIG reason we selected her) and I cannot say how important having those relationships are (especially during COVID times)!
As a Project Manager myself, I have a high attention to detail, and Carly did not disappoint in this arena. She made sure every detail was in place and to perfection. Details matter!!

Take it from a type-A bride thinking she had everything under control - we are SO thankful for Carly!!! Carly was incredibly positive, responsive, detailed and organized throughout the entire planning process - which I very much so appreciated. Additionally, Carly proactively picked up on the level of detail I wanted to be involved in, and made sure she catered to that throughout the planning process and on the wedding day.
Carly has established herself as one of the BEST wedding planners in the wedding industry (other vendors want to work with her) and she has established amazing relationships with vendors in every category. When our photographers cancelled on us a few weeks before our wedding, Carly reached out to all her photographer connections in the industry to secure us a new photographer in just a couple days. Don't think this is going to happen to you? Trust me, neither did I!
Given how insanely organized she is, it was no surprise when we saw the detailed wedding timeline with the schedule for the entire day including arrival times for all of the vendors, what time I needed to be done with hair/makeup, ceremony lineup time, etc. On the wedding day itself, Carly flawlessly orchestrated everything - we never had to worry about a single thing and could enjoy being in the moment with family and friends.
It was evident to us that Carly truly loves what she does and is so incredibly talented and dedicated. Hands down our best decision we made during the entire wedding process was to work with her. -

Carly is the best!
Carly is amazing! Not only is she the nicest person you'll ever meet, she is just so good at her job and was amazing to work with! When we got engaged, we talked to several wedding planners and as soon as we had our first call with Carly, we knew she was the one! On our first call, she listened to everything we wanted and we truly felt like she understood our vision. As soon as we started working with Carly, she immediately made things easy on us. She sent us vendor recommendations, budget spreadsheets and monthly checklists. We were originally supposed to get married in August 2020, but once COVID hit a few months before the wedding, we talked to Carly and made the decision to postpone the wedding to 2021. Carly was there for us every step of the way! She was so incredibly supportive and helped us work with all of our vendors to make sure all of our bases were covered.
Carly was on top of everything, especially leading up to the wedding! She was one step ahead of us the entire time. She was in constant contact with all of our vendors and sent details & timelines to everyone before the wedding. Carly also set up time with us to walk through the timeline and what to expect on the day of, which was so incredibly helpful. Carly was always available and had open communication the whole time. If we ever needed anything, she was a simple text away! On the wedding day, Carly took care of everything! The entire wedding ran so smoothly without anything going wrong. Our wedding was perfect and we have Carly to thank for that! Carly is amazing! 10/10 would hire Carly again!!!

Like Working with your Best Friend
Carly was absolutely wonderful. She stayed with me through COVID, through the originally planning company going out of business, through starting her own business, and over a two year time period. She never let the hiccups interfere with our planning process and she always kept in touch. She was thoughtful and attentive. Carly is the exact type of girl you want in your corner on your wedding day, hands down.
I would consider myself a Type A, perfectionist, and did not have a crystal clear vision for my wedding day so I wouldn't cal myself the easiest bride to work with because I made a lot of decisions on themes, colors, details as I went along. I knew what I didn't like but not always exactly what I did like. This is where Carly's excellence begins.
She is so incredibly easy to work with, so patient, but also a true expert in what she does. She has experience working with the big vendors in Napa including the venues which made a HUGE difference for us planning our Napa wedding from Chicago, IL. She has done so many weddings that I trusted her completely on vendor recommendations and they did not disappoint.. in fact there were a couple I booked before I found Carly and I wish I had stuck to her list because all of her patterns were absolute rock stars!
Her recommendations obviously stretch far beyond vendors because she also had the most perfect day of timeline, great suggestions on seating, day of event flow, procession details, everything! Anything I threw at her she would give me her best options and why (Important for me to know the why!) and then let me make the best decision.
I truly enjoyed the planning process with Carly, her monthly checklists were exactly what I needed to stay on track, and her expertise is what every bride hopes to have when they are planning their perfect day.

The Best Decision I Could Have Ever Made!
Working with Carly was the best decision I made when wedding planning! Carly absolutely blew me away throughout the entire process. It is my understanding that the majority of planners have a limit on communication with them, but Carly had no limit and always made time to answer my questions, recommend vendors and problem solve with me. She kept all of my contracts organized, coordinated with all of the vendors and prepared everyone for the big day perfectly. Carly was always a step ahead of everyone. When it came to the wedding day - Carly absolutely AMAZED ME! How many brides can say not one thing went wrong during their wedding day? I have worked with so many event planners over the years, and I would choose Carly time and time again. Because I have a background in events, I am super detailed and A-type and know when things go wrong/right, so choosing a planner was a big decision for me. Carly did an exceptional job "being inside the brides head" and made my vision come to life so perfectly. Many of our guests mentioned "who is your event planner?! She killed it!". Carly was a joy to have by my side on the big day and it gave my such peace of mind to know she was running the show. If you are looking for a wedding planner who will melt your stress away, you must work with Carly! I began working with Carly for my wedding in May of 2020 for our May 2021 wedding at Tre Posti, and I am SO so thankful to have found her when I did! Not only did she keep me on track in terms of monthly to-do lists, but she had the most valuable suggestions and advice for each detail and vendor of my wedding. I trusted Carly wholeheartedly, which made the process a breeze. Carly brought positivity and excitement to each step of the process, and was honest with me always on what I needed (and more importantly what I did not need) for our fairytale day without squashing any of my out-of-the-box ideas. I was so thankful that she had suggestions on things I could cut out of my budget, and I don't regret skipping any of those things. She is a total professional in creating a wedding timeline and executing it flawlessly. If there were any hiccups on the wedding day, I didn't even know! Her ability to see my vision and make it come to life was applauded by all of our guests for weeks on end. And most importantly, she made wedding planning so enjoyable with minimal stress.
