Baking with high quality ingredients and attention to detail will give you the beautful - moist - mouthwatering cake you want. Our refrigerated van makes it easy for us to deliver and setup all over the county. We offer a $25.00 cake tasting/consultation by appointment only. Yummy, Yummy in Your Tummy Mouthwatering, moist, and bursting with flavor, our cakes are made fresh with the finest ingredients. It’s quality you can taste in every bite! Because our cakes are baked to order, we can pretty much honor any request. If there are restrictions due the design of your cake, we’ll let you know beforehand. Most of our cakes are draped in fondant. We make our own and it’s delicious! We’ll advise you what the best choice will be based on the cake design.

Mapi is from the Andalusian region of Southern Spain where she studied decoration before taking her artist abilities to cakes. We’re a petite confection and custom chocolate factory. We create an assortment of decadent cakes, hand-molded chocolates, candies and other delights for gourmet and gift shops, large fundraisers, small coffee shops, elaborate weddings, simple dinner parties and everything in between. In the 20 years we've been cultivating Cocoa Bibelot, we’ve cooked up quite a variety of treats. We’ve created dark chocolate coffins, complete with skeleton, for an advertising agency’s Halloween party, white chocolate cherubs for a shop specializing in angels, and bright yellow chocolate sunflowers for a florist. We’ve also turned out fresh fruit tarts for afternoon tea, a decadent Victorian layer cake for a bride, and rich Italian cheesecakes for a deli. If you’re looking for something sweet, delicious and original to entice, thank, surprise or delight, call on Cocoa Bibelot. Dark chocolate kahlua truffles and linzer hearts may not solve all your problems, but they’re a perfect place to start.

My work has been published in wedding magazines, newspaper articles and shown on syndicated television shows. I have performed cake demonstrations at wedding fairs and trade shows.
