These guys make great cakes! My wife and I were married in June 2023 and we went with Sweetie Pies, after having an awesome time tasting their sample cakes in Napa. Ultimately we went with a yellow cake with lemon mascarpone mousse filling and fresh mixed berries, with a vanilla buttercream frosting. I’m sure all the cakes are great but honestly I felt bad cutting this one because it looked so good. The cake was a hit and the final cherry on top is that on your one year anniversary, Sweetie Pies will send you a smaller version of your wedding cake to enjoy. We can’t wait to get ours! Thanks again Sweetie Pies for making our cake look and taste so amazing. Highly recommend!

Delicious cake for all!
Sweetie Pies was a subcontractor for our catering vendor. They made a delicious 3-tiered cake in exactly the rustic style that we requested. It was nicely balanced between cake, filling, and buttercream, and everyone loved it! We enjoyed having leftovers for a few days, and will have even more a year from now :)

Must use if in Napa!
Marlem was a joy to work with and made everything so easy! We ordered a small cutting cake. The cake was beautiful and just what we asked for. We didn't get to eat much of it sadly because of the chaos of the day but will order a mini version every year for our anniversary!

Amazing wedding cake!
We selected Sweetie Pies for our wedding cake after having doing a cake tasting with them and seeing their amazing work on Instagram. We landed on doing a 3 tier cake with two flavors- 1. white cake with mixed berries and custard and 2. chocolate cake with raspberries and chocolate both. Both flavors were just so good! We got so many compliments from our guests about how good the cake was. For the outside of the cake- I really wanted a gold leaf design but we aren't crazy about fondant, so I was delighted when they told me they could do it on their buttercream! If you aren't sure about the design- they have a photo book of pasts cakes you cal look through! We also had our florist provide some flowers to decorate the cake with. The cake was exactly what I wanted- it looked so beautiful, I was almost sad to cut into it! Wisely, they made the bottom layer (that we cut into) the white layer, in case of any mishaps. We're quite looking forward to getting our 1 year anniversary cake top from them!

The Best Choice for Your Wedding
When my husband and I attended our tasting at Sweetie Pies we looked at each other like "we cannot eat more cake today"....it was tasting #2...well, then we had the most delicious and spot-on tasting cakes put in front of us at our tasting where we not only could not help ourselves but just knew this was meant to be! We worked with the owner to choose our tasting cakes and then worked with Marlem from the tasting until our wedding day and could not be more delighted with the help we received! Such amazing and courteous people and our cake - omg - still DREAMING about it! We did 3 tiers, 2 different flavors and decorated with florals and it was just to die for. We cannot wait to visit for our one year anniversary and have our cake again! Thanks for everything, Sweetie Pies!

Great people, great cakes
The people at Sweetie Pies were very professional yet friendly. We had a great experience doing the tasting and working with Marlem to create out perfect little wedding cake. The chocolate and silver cakes were amazing and the design was exactly what we wanted.

Beautiful Wedding and Grooms Cake!

Amazing Cake, Awesome Service
Christina was incredible at Sweet Pies. Communication was easy, quick and clear. When we went in for our tasting, we found something we liked, but as we chatted with Christina, and I told her that I wanted a filling that was similar to the custard we tried, but with some lemon curd. She had the awesome bakers there whip some special concoction up for us to taste and it was incredible. We went with them immediately. We decided on their silver cake with fresh berries and the curd/ custard filling topped with buttercream frosting. Our vision was simple, beautiful, elegant and seasonal. Christina made this vision come true.
The cake was incredibly beautiful. BUT, what is more important, it that it was DELICIOUS. I am so happy that we went with this bakery, you will be happy with the final product in taste and visual!

Beautiful wedding cake for small reception
Sweetie Pies produced the most beautiful, small wedding cake for our small wedding reception. The size was just right and they still made it two tiers so it was a beautiful wedding cake. They were able to take a photo of my wedding gown and use it to make the frosting on the cake look like the lace on the gown! It was extraordinary and all our guests were talking about it days later even. They even made it pale lavender to go with my wedding color palette. The cake was just as perfect inside, it was DELICIOUS!
