Kayla is SUCH an incredibly sweet, selfless, and hard-working professional and has a passion and innate talent for wedding planning. I can never, ever express how grateful I am to her, Kyla, and the entire team of truly outstanding vendors she recommended to me throughout the wedding planning process. I was fortunate enough to be able to hire a planner and I interviewed a few based on recommendations from the owner of the venue I chose. I had a gut feeling that Kayla and I would work beautifully together and I was right! Kayla provided expertise and support for almost a year - she was extremely attentive, responsive, and thorough. She, without hesitation, went above and beyond in too many instances to count. She was like a close friend who would email, call, and/or text me anytime, day or night, to provide an update, answer a question, or just simply provide some comforting words to help with my stress level. She has incredible relationships in the wedding industry and prevented hours of research and reading reviews on my end because she gave such outstanding recommendations. All of my vendors were amazing, from florals (WOW, just look at the photos) and catering (delicious food and wonderful service) to bartending (next level bar!) and the DJ (the dance floor was popping off!). So many guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Kayla has a truly unique positive, calm, "get it done" attitude, and no ask, big or small, was something she couldn't tackle or figure out. She never added to my stress - she only took it away. She even supported the videographer (also her husband, who is also such a genuine and talented person) and photographer at my wedding! The sneak peak photos look like they are right out of a magazine - beyond gorgeous. My wedding day was hands down the best day of my life and Kayla brought my vision to life flawlessly and with compassion. She will always have a special place in my heart! I am forever grateful to you, Kayla.

I can’t say enough good things about Kayla. No amount of thank you’s will ever be enough to cover how thankful I was/am that we found Kayla for our wedding. If it wasn’t for her, idk how our wedding would have turned out. We ended up with the worst situation with our venue, MACARTHUR PLACE (don’t ever get married here or plan an event here), of them constantly getting everything wrong and trying to scam us for more money and thank the lord, Kayla saved us and made our wedding beyond perfect. I had No idea all the issues that were happening because she handled it and let me have a stress & worry free wedding weekend. Although they officially took over two months prior to our wedding, Kyla was available from the moment we signed the contract for any and all questions, guidance, and reassurance along the way. She was incredibly responsive and always so kind, you can truly tell how much she loves what she does—and how exceptional she is at it. Kyla went so far above and beyond for us - she gave birth to twins five days before our wedding and still came to both our rehearsal and wedding and did an AMAZING job. Her dedication is unmatched. Kyla is absolutely amazing!! She came in while we were in the midst of our planning process and picked everything up seamlessly. She handled all the communication across vendors to ensure that everything went off without a hitch during the walkthrough, rehearsal and the day itself. I first worked with Kayla and she was truly AMAZING. Very detail oriented, timely and more than that, she was incredibly responsive, always there to answer our questions (no matter how big or small). She offered so many vendor suggestions from trusted people, had so many creative solutions, and keep us on track with a calm and reassuring demeanor. Some of my favorite vendors came from her suggestions! One our first call, I could tell how much she cared and how detailed oriented she was - it made me want to hire her right then and there! She really understood our vision perfectly and handled every detail with professionalism and grace. Her expertise and dedication were clear with every step making what could have been a super stressful process feel entirely much more manageable!

Right before our wedding, I got to with Alexis more closely and that's where she shined brightly. Alexis is truly incredible, so kind, hard working, helpful and an all around girlie pop. She shine so brightly and was an absolute superstar on the day itself ensuring that all of our planning came to life flawlessly. She was calm, organized, and effortlessly made the magic happen from start to finish. I got SO many compliments from guests on how smoothly everything was going and many who noticed Alexis is hard-working behind the scenes. We didn't have to worry about a single thing. Alexis was really EVERYWHERE, orchestrating vendors, managing the timeline, and ensuring everyone was where they needed to be. She reassured me many times throughout the day when I was feeling nervous or unsure. She completely had a handle on everything and handled anything on the fly. There were moments when I last minute decided to make a change in the timeline and she completely handled it with grace and wasn’t even worried about it. Because of her, we were able to fully immerse ourselves in the joy of our wedding day knowing that every detail was being handled with precision and care.

Together, Kayla and Alexis are an unparalleled team. Their communication, professionalism, and genuine desire to create a perfect day for their clients are truly remarkable. Detailed dreams was so much more than my wedding planner. They were my sanity, my sounding board, my anti-anxiety pill , the answer to all of my prayers, the rock to my crazy, and the most wonderful partner I needed to plan my wedding. Hiring Kyla as our wedding planner was hands down the best decision we made (besides marrying each other, of course!). From start to finish, she was an absolute dream to work with. Another bonus: Kyla had a huge collection of beautiful décor we were able to use, which helped us stay within budget while still making everything look stunning. I had a vision in mind, and she brought it to life even better than I could have imagined.

Truly, she’s a magician, a therapist, a designer, and a logistics expert all rolled into one. The best money we spent in our entire wedding was hiring Kyla. I can’t recommend her enough—she’s everything you could ever want in a planner and more. We’re beyond grateful for her and wish we could do it all over again just to work with her again!
