  Detailed Dreams brought my dream wedding to life!

  Kayla is SUCH an incredibly sweet, selfless, and hard-working professional and has a passion and innate talent for wedding planning. I can never, ever express how grateful I am to her, Kyla, and the entire team of truly outstanding vendors she recommended to me throughout the wedding planning process. I was fortunate enough to be able to hire a planner and I interviewed a few based on recommendations from the owner of the venue I chose. I had a gut feeling that Kayla and I would work beautifully together and I was right! Kayla provided expertise and support for almost a year - she was extremely attentive, responsive, and thorough. She, without hesitation, went above and beyond in too many instances to count. She was like a close friend who would email, call, and/or text me anytime, day or night, to provide an update, answer a question, or just simply provide some comforting words to help with my stress level. She has incredible relationships in the wedding industry and prevented hours of research and reading reviews on my end because she gave such outstanding recommendations. All of my vendors were amazing, from florals (WOW, just look at the photos) and catering (delicious food and wonderful service) to bartending (next level bar!) and the DJ (the dance floor was popping off!). So many guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Kayla has a truly unique positive, calm, "get it done" attitude, and no ask, big or small, was something she couldn't tackle or figure out. She never added to my stress - she only took it away. She even supported the videographer (also her husband, who is also such a genuine and talented person) and photographer at my wedding! The sneak peak photos look like they are right out of a magazine - beyond gorgeous. My wedding day was hands down the best day of my life and Kayla brought my vision to life flawlessly and with compassion. She will always have a special place in my heart! I am forever grateful to you, Kayla.

  The best planners we could have dreamt of!

  Kayla and Kyla were phenomenal to work with! From the first email we received we knew we were in great hands, they were so detailed, organized and eager to get to know our vision. We ended up with the best vendor team we would have ever asked for and got many discounts. Can't thank them enough and we recommend them to anyone engaged!!

  Proactive Wedding Planner

  Detailed Dreams was a recommended vendor by our wedding venue (Rosewood Events in Petaluma), and did not disappoint.
  The most stressful part of this wedding planning process was when our initial catering company, who we hired very early on and were so excited to work with, stopped communicating with our wedding venue and Kyla at Detailed Dreams THREE weeks before our wedding. Kyla saw the red flags and was worried that there would be some serious issues on our wedding day. Before even calling me to tell me that the catering owner ghosted her for a venue walk through, she had already contacted another catering company with similar food that we had picked out, a similar budget, and found that they were in fact willing and available to cater our wedding. When she relayed to me what happened and what she was thinking, while I was stressed out, she made me feel so calm and I knew everything would work out (which it did!). Kyla ensured that we had a tasting with the new catering company and booked them in record time, as well as helped us part ways with the previous catering company in a professional manner. Kyla’s proactive approach to any hiccups we had while wedding planning made this already stressful and tiring (but of course, wonderful) process so smooth.
  
  From the very beginning of my wedding planning journey, I knew I needed help with the creative side of the wedding, like selecting aesthetically pleasing decor, flowers, etc. Kyla helped my husband and I tons, by starting off with a detailed questionnaire, and creating a vision board from what we selected. Kyla then made that vision come to life by working and communicating with all our vendors, even when my husband and I changed our minds about a few different initial details.
  
  Kyla was also extremely communicative, answering all my questions in a timely manner. There were a handful of times where I texted her with a question and she answered right away, taking any worries or concerns away! Kyla was also super helpful the day of the wedding. My husband and I got married at a Catholic Church, and she came to the church at the end of the ceremony to make sure we took photos at the church in a timely manner and were able to get to the reception site on time. She helped the photographer with all our family photos and making sure we took photos with all of our loved ones. I felt like she went above and beyond by making sure the wedding venue (reception site) was set up and ready for us, and also traveling to the church to make sure things were going according to plan.

  Amazing!

  Kyla & Kayla are amazing and I would hire them again in a second. Hands down, this was the best money spent in our entire wedding budget. Kyla not only helped us with planning and did monthly checks in on our planning process, but she picked up rentals for us as well as our wedding cakes. Kyla very professionally dealt with all our amazing vendors & our tricker vendor. She helped guide our guests and made our entire wedding process so seamless. She is kind, funny, organized, and caring. We love her!!

  Detailed Dreams made my daughter's Dream Wedding Come True

  Kayla and Kyla helped execute a 175 person wedding at a private estate venue with ease and perfection. They were instrumental in helping us choose vendors initially and then they took over all communication with the various vendors a few months prior to make our experience less stressful and more enjoyable. They were reliable, friendly, professional, and delightful to be around. We highly recommend!! Thank you ladies for all your hard work & dedication.

  Miracle workers for our backyard bash

  We knew going in that our dream wedding would need a hell of a planner. Thank goodness we found Detailed Dreams. We wanted to turn our backyard into a a picture-perfect venue, and we knew that would mean serious planning and logistics. From helping us measure and map out the exact amount of space we would need for dinner, dancing, and cocktails to picking up our desserts for us last minute, they were there every step of the way making sure each element was perfect. My partner and I had a perfect storm of family emergencies, new jobs, and unexpected work trips, and there's no way we would have stayed on track and made this wedding happen without Kyla and Kayla. Plus, they recommended an incredible team of vendors for us who made everything picture perfect (and affordable). We also leaned heavily on their keen eye for aesthetics, working with them to put together a gorgeous event that surpassed our wildest dreams. Do yourself a favor and hire them!

  Spot on wedding planning!

  Kayla and team at Detailed Dreams planned and executed a beautiful wedding. I was the musician and the DJ at their event and from my experience everything went super smoothly. Their eye for design was fabulous. Attention to detail was apparent. Highly recommend them!

  Kyla was amazing to work with! She was very professional, organized, and flexible. I said something once and she remembered. She allowed for our vision to come to life and helped us throw an elegant and fantastic wedding. She really did the heavy lifting with the vendors. Glad we chose Detailed Dreams.

  I highly suggest anyone looking for a wedding planner to book with Kayla and Kyla! Hiring them for my wedding was one of the best decisions I made in the planning process. During all the changes with Covid, they kept me sane and helped it all come together beautifully. Kayla and Kyla are very sweet and genuine and have great communication skills.
  
  I plan on recommending any family and friends that are getting married to use Detailed Dreams. They really made our dreams come true!

  Wonderful coordinating team

  These ladies created and delivered one of the most beautiful events held at our ranch. They provided professional site visits with all vendors and arrived days early to meet and direct them onsite prior to event day. They always kept us up to date on details and overall planning of the weddings couples goals. The wedding was flawless and had all guests blown away upon arrival.
