Kayla is SUCH an incredibly sweet, selfless, and hard-working professional and has a passion and innate talent for wedding planning. I can never, ever express how grateful I am to her, Kyla, and the entire team of truly outstanding vendors she recommended to me throughout the wedding planning process. I was fortunate enough to be able to hire a planner and I interviewed a few based on recommendations from the owner of the venue I chose. I had a gut feeling that Kayla and I would work beautifully together and I was right! Kayla provided expertise and support for almost a year - she was extremely attentive, responsive, and thorough. She, without hesitation, went above and beyond in too many instances to count. She was like a close friend who would email, call, and/or text me anytime, day or night, to provide an update, answer a question, or just simply provide some comforting words to help with my stress level. She has incredible relationships in the wedding industry and prevented hours of research and reading reviews on my end because she gave such outstanding recommendations. All of my vendors were amazing, from florals (WOW, just look at the photos) and catering (delicious food and wonderful service) to bartending (next level bar!) and the DJ (the dance floor was popping off!). So many guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Kayla has a truly unique positive, calm, "get it done" attitude, and no ask, big or small, was something she couldn't tackle or figure out. She never added to my stress - she only took it away. She even supported the videographer (also her husband, who is also such a genuine and talented person) and photographer at my wedding! The sneak peak photos look like they are right out of a magazine - beyond gorgeous. My wedding day was hands down the best day of my life and Kayla brought my vision to life flawlessly and with compassion. She will always have a special place in my heart! I am forever grateful to you, Kayla. -

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Kyla and Detailed Dreams. Their All Things Coordinated package was absolutely perfect for us. Although they officially took over two months prior to our wedding, Kyla was available from the moment we signed the contract for any and all questions, guidance, and reassurance along the way. She was incredibly responsive and always so kind, you can truly tell how much she loves what she does—and how exceptional she is at it. Kyla went so far above and beyond for us - she gave birth to twins five days before our wedding and still came to both our rehearsal and wedding and did an AMAZING job. Her dedication is unmatched. Throughout the entire process and especially on the wedding day, she was such a calming, steady presence, allowing us to fully enjoy every moment without stress. Our day was exactly what we hoped it would be and we are forever grateful for Kyla and her services. We wholeheartedly recommend Detailed Dreams to any couple looking for a planner who genuinely cares and delivers excellence. -

Detailed Dreams made our day the best day ever!!
Kyla is absolutely amazing!! She came in while we were in the midst of our planning process and picked everything up seamlessly. She handled all the communication across vendors to ensure that everything went off without a hitch during the walkthrough, rehearsal and the day itself. She also helped recommend quality vendors when we were stumped on where to start.
I was able to completely relax, enjoy and be fully present during my wedding day knowing she had everything completely handled. Plus she is just so kind and truly a joy to be around! I highly recommend her and the Detailed Dreams team to anyone in need of wedding planning and/or coordination services. -

Amazing experience!!!
We hired Kyla at Detailed Dreams as our day-of planner, but she went so far above and beyond that role. From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and endlessly patient with all of my many questions throughout the planning process. Kyla has such a calming and organized presence, and she was truly instrumental in making our wedding day absolutely perfect. On the day itself, everything ran seamlessly—I didn’t have to think or worry about a single thing because Kyla had it all handled. We were able to be fully present and just enjoy every moment. I truly can’t recommend her enough to any couple—she is the best decision you can make for your wedding!

Detailed dreams was so much more than my wedding planner. They were my sanity, my sounding board, my anti-anxiety pill , the answer to all of my prayers, the rock to my crazy, and the most wonderful partner I needed to plan my wedding. I cannot suggest them enough. I will scream from the rooftops that you actually need to hire them if you are getting married in the Sonoma area or you are doing yourself a major disservice. Kyla was professional, she was easy to talk with, she responded to my texts nearly immediately (no matter the day and time), she was so kind, had all of the answers I needed, she was there to make all of my dreams come true and fully support any plans I had. Her organization day of was something I will be grateful for the rest of my life. I actually had a perfect wedding and it was 100% because of Kyla at Detailed Dreams. From one bride to another, don't look any further than Detailed Dreams. If you are lucky enough to snag one of their spots, you have already won the wedding lottery! Thank you so much Kyla, you really truly were my hero on my wedding day and I will remember all you did for me and my husband for the rest of my life!!! -

Best planner ever!
Hiring Kyla as our wedding planner was hands down the best decision we made (besides marrying each other, of course!). From start to finish, she was an absolute dream to work with. Not only is she an incredible planner, but also one of the kindest, most genuine people you could ever hope to have by your side during such a special time.
Planning a wedding from out of state could have been stressful, but Kyla handled it all with grace and ease. She took the reins on vendor meetings, managed all the little details, and made every decision feel easy—even when I had total decision paralysis. I trusted her completely, and she delivered perfection.
Kyla guided us toward amazing vendors, helped us stay within budget (a miracle in itself!), and somehow made all my wedding dreams come true without ever making it feel overwhelming. She was always communicating, always checking in, and always five steps ahead.
On the day of the wedding, everything was absolutely seamless. I didn’t have a single moment of stress because Kyla and her team had everything handled. From vendor coordination to timeline execution, she kept things moving perfectly and let us soak in every special moment. I truly felt like a guest at my own wedding—in the best way possible.
Another bonus: Kyla had a huge collection of beautiful décor we were able to use, which helped us stay within budget while still making everything look stunning. I had a vision in mind, and she brought it to life even better than I could have imagined.
Truly, she’s a magician, a therapist, a designer, and a logistics expert all rolled into one. The best money we spent in our entire wedding was hiring Kyla. I can’t recommend her enough—she’s everything you could ever want in a planner and more. We’re beyond grateful for her and wish we could do it all over again just to work with her again! -

Always on your team!
We booked Kayla for our wedding in August at a private residence in Santa Rosa, CA. She was very responsive throughout the wedding process & was always on our team when anything came up. Our day would not have been possible without her! Down to bringing up slippers for us on the dance floor & designing mirror signage without hesitation, Detailed dreams provides top notch service! -

Incredible details for a day that could have become a nightmare. The team at Detailed Dreams helped us navigate everything from napkin colors, flyers, set-up, event flow, guest lists, etc. The list could go on…but they handled our wedding with grace. My husband I just got married this past weekend and used Detailed Dreams as our partial wedding planner, and we couldn't have been more happy and impressed with how our wedding day turned out! We knew going in that our dream wedding would need a hell of a planner. Thank goodness we found Detailed Dreams. We wanted to turn our backyard into a a picture-perfect venue, and we knew that would mean serious planning and logistics. From helping us measure and map out the exact amount of space we would need for dinner, dancing, and cocktails to picking up our desserts for us last minute, they were there every step of the way making sure each element was perfect. My partner and I had a perfect storm of family emergencies, new jobs, and unexpected work trips, and there's no way we would have stayed on track and made this wedding happen without Kyla and Kayla. Plus, they recommended an incredible team of vendors for us who made everything picture perfect (and affordable). Wonderful coordinating team
These ladies created and delivered one of the most beautiful events held at our ranch. They provided professional site visits with all vendors and arrived days early to meet and direct them onsite prior to event day. They always kept us up to date on details and overall planning of the weddings couples goals. The wedding was flawless and had all guests blown away upon arrival. -
