I had a post wedding party, for all our friends that could not travel to the actual wedding. From the planning to clean up, everything went perfectly. Fran came out to my house ahead of time to see where the event would take place. We decided on a late afternoon/evening event. She suggested bistro tables and umbrellas which really gave our backyard a festive and classy look. She helped to with suggestions for the food and desserts. We had a station of cheese, crackers, breads, dips and suishi as well as passed appetizers. The staff who came out to my house, set up everything beautifully. The staff was friendly and professional and took care of everything from start to finish. This left me to relax beforehand and then enjoy our guests during the party. and put it in the refrigerator. Afterwards there was nothing left for me to do, so after the party I sat down with my husband, son and his wife and we talked and laughed for a couple of hours. This was a luxury that I usually don't have after a party.
I haven't mentioned the food. It was delicious. Everything was good quality, tasty, and well presented. By the way, don't miss the bacon wrapped chorizo and the shrimp balls with an orange curry sauce.

Before we get into the details, the tasting was amazing, my whole family was excited about the menu and Justine was really sweet helping make sure that everyone was enjoying everything - including my mom who was undergoing chemo at the time and not feeling great. Their location in Cotati is convenient and the tasting could not have gone more smoothly.
For planning overall, Justine was so wonderful and communicative, I come from an events background and had about a million questions and there was never one that she couldn't answer almost immediately - even once we got into dreaded Covid period and we were still determining if and how we'd be able to move forward and waiting on California/Sonoma guidelines for service.
Our wedding was extremely impacted by Covid so we went from 110 guests to planning a super small and private, family-only dinner for 13 people and they were amazing every step of the way. At one point Justine had helped me create 3 different versions of our BEO that included different types of service/menus/rentals based on whether we felt comfortable having dinner served onsite, if we were going to do al fresco and have it dropped off earlier, etc. It was a nightmare and she was awesome.
When the day finally arrived the team was prompt, food was delicious, they were very aware of all Covid requirements to ensure that things went smoothly and safely. LOVE Park Ave and would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Working with Park Avenue for our wedding at Viansa Winery was one of the best decisions we made! They were absolutely perfect in every single way. I am a professional event planner and my (new) husband is a restaurant manager, so many of our friends are industry. A lot of my family works in restaurant related industries too (owners, PR, photography, wine) So we knew right away there was a lot of pressure on us to hit it out of the park, and have the food really impress everyone at our wedding. From the very beginning, Anthony worked with us to develop the perfect Italian inspired menu for our guests. Anthony listened carefully and provided insightful suggestions to make our stellar family style menu come to life. He was also able to provide valuable tips on rentals and other vendors which we really appreciated. The food at our wedding was SO GOOD! People are still raving to us about how good the food was! We did a family style Italian inspired menu which got people talking with people at their tables and encouraged a feeling of togetherness. The sangiovese tri-tip with mushrooms paired with Viansa’s sangiovese was the perfect pairing. We wanted to include a chicken option on our menu because some people don’t eat red meat, and honestly I never have high expectations for catering chicken- but it was delicious! It was perfectly juicy and flavorful. People kept coming up to us to compliment the food all night. I also want to compliment all the servers that work for PA because they were really friendly and cheery the whole night despite it being a bit cold outside. We also got to create a fun Italian dessert bar with PAC which was a big hit with our guests. Tiramisu, cannoli, and gelato which everyone loved. We also utilized the existing pizza oven at Viansa to do late night pizzas which was a fun surprise for guests. My only regret from our wedding is not specifying to our photographer to get some food photos. At least we have the great memories! Anthony was so sweet in packing us up some to go meals as well, which was really a nice touch. We were able to enjoy them the next day and reminisce over our perfect wedding.
