We hired Jen as our month-of coordinator and can’t recommend her more highly. She was responsive, helpful, and organized and yet totally relaxed and fun to be around. Exactly who you want around on your wedding day. She went above and beyond for us and we are so glad we hired her! Everything was perfect.

To say that there were a ridiculous amount of moving pieces to my wedding would be an understatement: two different, isolated venues about half an hour apart, several hundred people, a full Catholic mass with Spanish traditions, several hours between ceremony and reception, buses on a loop between venues…the list goes on, with everything being further complicated by the lack of cell phone service on the Northern California coast! Jennifer and her team handled the event flawlessly and were truly so fun to work with throughout the planning process (and of course the day-of!). They kept us on schedule when necessary and let us be flexible in places where things weren’t as important, making sure that the day was simply amazing for both of us and our guests. Jennifer knows exactly when to flex her event-planning muscles, and when to go all-in on the (sometimes crazy) dreams of her clients. Her poise, calm nature, and great sense of humor make her an absolute joy to work with, and we will be recommending her services to any of our friends getting married in the area!
