It’s difficult to describe exactly how grateful we were to have Stephanie at Revel Together as our wedding planner. We could point to how accessible and professional she is or how incisive, shrewd and respectful she is when working with vendors and venue operators or even how she felt as warm, welcoming and energetic as we wanted the wedding to be. Pulling off the kind of wedding we envisioned was an enormous task that would have easily overwhelmed us had it not been for Stephanie and her ability to problem solve, research and, ultimately, get the job done with style. Most importantly, Stephanie listened to us in the early days of planning, when articulating a wedding vision could be elusive, and effortlessly understood and interpreted the direction we were going for. She carefully balanced our preferences and choices with the bottom line of our budget and we can confidently say that she made the wedding of our dreams possible; a wedding so good that it prompted my dad to not-so-deftly say to my fellow married siblings, “that’s the best wedding I’ve ever been to.”
The first thing we noticed about Stephanie was how friendly, quick and straight forward she is. We met with a number of planners who were one or the other but Stephanie blended that winning mixture with kindness and warmth. We had regular check-ins and she was always available for a call or a responsive email when we found ourselves fretting over one of the million details at play in the wedding. She took our description of our dream venues and found us a number of available options that fit the bill.
Since we lived in Oregon and planned to have the wedding in California, we weren’t quite sure how venue selection would go but Stephanie toured sites and asked many pointed questions, informed by her experience and forward thinking. She gave us a very accurate picture of these wonderful places that we couldn’t visit and though evaluating options was tough, she also helped us narrow down our selections and advocate for us when venues were being nonresponsive.
The wedding venue we imagined was an upscale lodge and series of cabins with dining on site. In our private searches, we learned how difficult it could be to find something like that, especially for the right price. Stephanie not only figured it out but helped us figure out the logistical details that we weren’t even anticipating (like what’s the most efficient way to collect lodging payments or how to handle dining expenses for folks not staying in the lodges). Our guests were staying on site for the whole weekend so even though Stephanie was technically only planning the wedding itself, she still helped coordinate other aspects of the weekend to create a cohesive experience. For every question we had, no matter how big or small, Stephanie had an answer or she was already actively finding the right answers from the right people.
Stephanie had overperformed in every category of planning; so much so, that when Stephanie informed us that we had room in the budget for some extra items, we trusted her to surprise us and surprise us she did. When we entered the reception hall for the first time, she had rented an array of fun and interesting lighting (we always said we were suckers for good lighting) as well as nature-themed flourishes that blew us away and created exactly the vibe that we wanted.
Stephanie truly elevates wedding planning to an art form and we feel so grateful for her part in making our wedding one of the happiest moments of our life, so lucky for the working relationship we had with her, and so jealous of the next wedding she helps plan (because there’s not a chance she doesn’t top herself). Stephanie knows how to deliver the wedding of your dreams under budget and exceeding expectations.

Stephanie of Revel Together was THE BEST person to help plan and execute the best day of our lives so far! We got engaged in July 2020 and immediately hired Stephanie to be our Wedding Manager. She got us through the beginning stages with ease, helping us decide on our budget, setting us up with our planning website, and taking us through all things vendors (especially venue recommendations and tours!) all through the hardest days of the pandemic. Stephanie is incredible! I loved working with her for our wedding up in wine country. She went above and beyond the call of duty, she was so organized and she really helped me offload a lot of the more tedious pieces of work that I didn't want to have to deal with, like scheduling and dealing with vendors. I found out that last minute (literally the night before) my dad told her he wanted heaters for our wedding night and Steph took care of it all behind the scenes and saved so many guests from being too cold! No idea how she was able to manage this turnaround so quickly, but we are so thankful to her. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and I know Stephanie had a lot to do with making sure it all ran smoothly. I couldn't have done it without her. Definitely hire her!!!
